Great atmosphere and food, very friendly staff

Service was great (Thanks Laila). Food was very good. Only issue, food took a while to come out.

Waited 2 Hours for 2 Plates. Never got a Refill for my Drink. Then Waited another 20min for a to go box. There was Probably 12 People and about 6 Servers. Great Views Of Girls Showing Skin. But the Service and Food Wasnt Impressive. I went to Waffle House instead.

Cheese sticks but no cheese! Very disappointed

Ive been coming here for years service is good but the cooks are terrible...

I attended my neighborhood Hooters and I’m currently experiencing the worse service that I have ever received and this location. My server acts as if I’m annoying her by being here, and it took forever for her to call me and take my order; after sitting down at the table with her previous guest!!! I supported you guys through the pandemic to make sure that you all knew that we (residentswanted you to stay in business, so I’m quite disappointed in your service today. She just brought my wings so I’m going to find sh this review.

Good service. The place is clean. Good food. Beautiful and sympathetic girls.

Service is always amazing, the staff is always helpful and never stops smiling. I only went in to pick up a door dash delivery, but the bartender was so pleasant, I didnt even mind waiting for 15 minutes I enjoyed watching her practice her craft and lean over the bar joking with guests, I had to tip her even though i didnt purchase a thing she is work of art that confirms there must be a good above for such a beautiful woman to exist.

Got wings to go and a PBR while I waited. Bartender was nice and is the Bomb Digity Smack. Wings and Celery both quality.

Just wanted a cold beer on a Friday afternoon and everybody was be too gorgeous to wait on you

The waitresses were super sweet and they had great customer service! Obviously, some people don’t come here for the food so it was good, but maybe not great. I would come here again though!

Hooters has definitely changed from when I worked there many years ago. And not in a good way.Service- The hostess, Michelle, seemed to be new. We were told to go stand off to the side, near the bar, to place a to go order. We stood there and no one came to see if we needed help.We decided we would just eat there. Michelle said they are going to clean a table. She left and came back and told us to follow her. When we got to the table, it was FILTHY. She went to go get something to wipe it down. She wiped off part of the table and then walked off quickly. We tried calling for her, but she didnt hear us, I assume. She came back to the table to finish wiping it down after a few minutes.Our server was Vanessa. It took her about 10 minutes before she came to our table. She kept saying she was going to get things that we were missing, but she would stay gone for about 15/20 minutes. We had to have the hostess bring us things.Drinks- We ordered two waters and a shot of Titos. I think it is time for Hooters to invest in new cups. The plastic orange cups just are not it. My husband had to get a to go cup because his water tasted it like dish soap. The glass my Titos came in was dirty.Appetizer- We ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizers. They were okay. The breading taste like flour and the marinara sauce was watery. It took 30 minutes for those to come out.Wings- My husband ordered naked wings- Hot Honey and Jamaican Jerk. I ordered BREADED Garlic Parm and Medium. My wings were not breaded and the sauce tasted watered down for both of us.Shrimp- We also ordered buffalo shrimp. That wasnt bad.Fries- Were warm and did not have any salt. We did not add salt from the table because it was very dirty.It took about 20 more minutes for the rest of our food to come out. We ended up packing it all up and leaving.I miss the old Hooters. It used to be a fun environment. Even with the casual atmosphere. It seems now, they only care that people come because of the name and HOOTERS no longer care about the food or the service. We definitely will not be back.

They always could have been bigger, the wings are what I am talking about of course. I hadnt been to a Hooters in a long while, we were near one for lunch and the wife said "hey you want to go?" not sure if it was a test but hey the buffalo chicken sandwich was good and the flashback nostalgia of my teen years in the 90s was worth the heartburn. I am old enough to be all of the servers father or grandfather but overall the experience was fun. There were even some old cars and made up Toyota Land Cruisers out front to take a look at.

The food is good, but the service is absolutely terrible. All the waitresses just disappear for 2-3 minutes at a time, and when you do see them they just run between doors in the back. I was seated without paper towels or utensils and had to request them after my food came out. I had to track down a waitress twice since mine didnt come out for a while. Go somewhere else or order.Edit: To be clear, the food is the only reason the review wasnt 1 star. Service was 1/5 at best, food was at least 4/5.

Our experience at this location was superb. Riley took VERY good care of us which was shocking as it was only her second day. Our drinks stayed full throughout and we enjoyed the entertaining views. Food was good other than the dry chicken fingers. I wish I could remember more about the food but as you can expect I was distracted.

Always sad when another menu favorite leaves/changes. Quesadillas recently and now the guacamole isnt an option. At least they were knowledgeable though and so I could just grab an old fave, the buffalo tender sandwich (formerly known as the strip cheese sandwich, back when they had ciabatta buns).

Never have I had bad service or food or beer at Hooters. Tonight was no exception.

The food was all fried and the waitresses dress very indecent and inappropriate. They also say that they are a family restaurant. No sane person should ever go there.

The service at this location is horrible. Every time I come here. Whether it"s waitresses hiding in the bathroom to get out of doing anything or those who sit at tables with other customers and ignore the kitchens pleas to come get the food that has been sitting in the window for 10 minutes. Every time. Horrible.The kitchen was on par tonight. Some of the best fish and chips and wings Ive had in a while from there. I would give them a 5. Especially since it was obvious they were totally tired of the wait staff letting their efforts get cold. If you go, perhaps try the bar area, she seemed to be getting the job done tonight too.

Dont place a to go order, or theyre bound to screw it up. Seems you can only get good food here when youre THERE and you could actually complain about it in person lolol. What a joke

This was a cool spot. My waitress was very busy so I understood the long waits but the vibes and drinks were great.

Restaurant was very short staffed ... only 2 servers on the floor. Appetizer (mozzarella stickscame out cool, and then both our entrees (burgersbordered on cold. Felt like the food had been precooked and attempted to be warmed up before serving.Had not been to a Hooters in a while, and, based on this experience, will not trturn.

I ordered a 10 pc wing meal and chicken tender meal. They forgot the fries for both orders and the chicken wings were hard and gross. I honestly should get my money back. Years ago, every one I know, rages about how hooters wings are so great but they are not good. This was my first ever eating at hooters and it is my LAST time ever eating at hooters.

Never had a bad experience at hooters like the one I had yesterday.. there were 7 of us and it first started with them not having trulys or stellas but the waitress didn’t say anything for 15 minutes. Didn’t serve us water either, finally we Ordered food and we waited 45 minutes only to get cold wings!!! The manager had no idea what was going on, I asked her for a beer and she said and I quote “that’s the waitress job, let me go get her” what!!? Then we were getting charged for stuff we didn’t even order! I’m giving this a 1 star simply because you have to give them some sort of a rating, wish they had an option for NO STARS!

No menus is NOT acceptable. You want customers??? Theres a minimum level of service were willing to accept and taking away the menus and forcing people to use their phones crosses that line. 30+ year customer ya lost.

Wings were on point, drinks were on point. Everything was on point. Ive been to a few of these restaurants and Ive been to many high end restaurants. Our waitress Leighla was exceptional. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was inviting.

The food was delicious but the 3 mile island sauce still wasnt the hottest. The new uniforms are crazy revealing. The menu prices seem higher than I remember too. Overall a good experience for me and my coworker.

Service was extremely slow! The place wasnt that crowded! We were told we came at the rush! At least 1/2 the restaurant tables empty, so what rush? The server was friendly. Took a while for re-fills and 2 appetizers as a meal took forever!?!?.

lets start at the beginning. waitress was very slow. she clearly did not know the menu snd could not answer our questions. the food took 25 minutes to come out and was sitting for 5 minutes until the manager came out and brought it to us. the food was mediocre. wings weee dry and overcooked, fries were bland, tacos were cold and hard. the womens bathroom was dirty. one out of two of the stalls had no door. the countertop was dirty and the toilets were dirty.

Their wings were delish! The manager was very courteous and helped me place my online order so I could apply my discount code. The new outfits are cute as ever.

Eh....mediocre for as usual. Glad I didnt order anything. My friends food wasnt good at all. I just dont care for Hooter. Never have. I would be more than willing to give more stars if the food was actually decent. The taste tots taste frozen. The wings are just that... wings... nothing special.

Always a long wait. I’d personally never eat here for the moral issues I have with this place. They only hire women that conform with Hollywood bodies adding to body image issues in our society. I have to go in here often and I get customers complaining about the long wait times. Avoid it there’s better places to eat that make better food, have better wait time issues, and don’t contribute to body image issues for girls and women.

Havent been here in 8 years due to bad service in the past but decided to give it a try again. Took forever and we were there early. Cooks didnt cook our food until much later (order must have got lost after one cook came out thru the patio to the parking lot cursing at a waitress following him while he chain smoked ). Waitress then forgot about us on the patio and had to hunt her down to get the check. Staff should not pet service dogs. She didnt even wash her hands. Also caused dog hair to go everywhere on the patio while we were eating.

On my pick up order this is how my wings with two different flavors were boxed. Mixed together. I paid $6.95 for this amount of chili and finally the celery was left out of the order. Unacceptable. 10/30/2021

I think our waitress name was Ab. But she was fantastic she checked a number of times to see if everything was ok. She is funny she laughed and joked with us we had a good[ time. The food was good. We had dessert my husband had your chocolate cake and he liked it. I ordered the keylime pie but some how it got dropped so I ordered the cake too and it was good.

My friend and I enjoyed this Hooters experience. The location was not overly crowded. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The manager stopped by a few times to ensure we were taken care of. Great place for friends, sports, and fish and chips.

Ordered the fish and Chips, kid’s burger sliders and the Caramel fudge cheesecake. So, firstly.. the fish had absolutely ZERO flavor like not even salt or pepper, nothing just battered fried fish. I ended up throwing it away all together. The curly fries were decent little to no flavor but not too bad. The only thing that saved the burger sliders was the bun, meat was dry. The food honestly deserves zero stars but the only thing saving it was the dessert. The caramel fudge cheesecake was one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had in my life 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I dont know about the dining in experience but do not get take out from here. The food was stale and cold. Low quality chicken tenders and their waffle fries were so bad we couldnt eat them.. the picture is of the box first being open. Im honestly surprised at this experience, first time ordering hooters, and also my last.

The service was great! Drinks stayed full, food came out at a timely fashion and there wasnt much of a wait, even though they were really busy. Everyone was polite and the manager came out to greet us. The building was clean and orderly. The food came out hot and tasted really good. The price was adequate for the quality.

Went to the Hooters of Kennesaw, GA. Sat at the bar with my friend. I Had convinced him that Hooters makes a awesome buffalo chicken sandwich.We both ordered the same buffalo chicken sandwich with their hottest buffalo sauce TMI and ranch dressing and a side of pickled fries jalapeño chips.Both were delicious, the buffalo chicken sandwiches were very thick cooked perfect tender absolutely great batter. One of the best out there. And their fried jalapeño chips were really good.Now for the two stars. We sat at the bar for no less than two hours ordering drinks talking and eating. We had to wave down the bartender every time for a refill. One time I was waving my arm almost touching her and she ignored me or didn’t see me. It was if she was ignoring us but there was no reason to. The bar was not full there were only two tables that she was supporting being the bartender. The place was almost empty.Everyone else sitting at the bar classes were full, never empty. It got so bad my friend who never gets angry looked for the manager. He found him chatting I guess with local friends that he knew while holding a roll of toilet paper his hand. So he decided to come back to the bar and cash out. That was the only time the bartender decided to chat with us.At the end the bartender was talking to and catering to her “friends“ and not worried about net new customers she’s never seen and in doing so ruining any chance of them possibly becoming new friends at the bar. Well they ruined that chance I will never go back to the Kennesaw Hooters

My "bacon blue cheese" burger had, at most, a half slice worth of crumbled bacon and a sprinkle of blue cheese. My wifes cheesesteak had no more than two ounces of meat and did not have the extra mushrooms we paid for. The cheesesteak also had some sort of rock hard solid brown substance in it...I literally dont know if it is supposed to be meat, sauce, or cheese. Absolute failure.

Excellent! Great server and food was very fresh, and tasted great! I have not been to this location in years! But it was always my go to favorite place! I love the Buffalo Platter- breaded shrimp and original wings. Hit the spot! 😉👍

The place was surprisingly clean and bright. Seemed like a lot of regulars at the bar. Nice atmosphere where everyone was friendly. The boneless wings were decent. The cajun sauce was forgettable. Will try a different one next time.

Where else can you have great food (and drinks, though I wasnt drinkingand be surrounded by such stunning beauty? If I got the names right (and will probably butcher the spellings), Peyton on the left will hands down win the Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant if she enters it. Shoo in. Cant say much about Chelty in the middle because she is a point member of the Impossible Mission Force and besides having the worlds most beautiful peepers, has to maintain a normal bartending gig as part of her cover. The incredible and stunning Kelsey defies words and it was a genuine pleasure to be in her atmosphere. OK, heres a few words. Dreamy eyes. Dimples from heaven. Id better stop there. Honestly, the other gals I saw here are similarly gorgeous. Superlatively serious about their presentation, beauty and job performance. The entire place was clean or being cleaned, everyone was observing social distancing and wearing the cute face bandanas or masks. And having had more than a few dozen Hooters meals in my home area of Clearwater, Fla., over the decades, I can say theyve got the formula right here.

I had a blast today at Hooters😂. The food was tasty, fresh, hot served and timed manner. I ordered the curly fries, buffalo shrimp(my mom and myself split the 24 count 🍤, buffalo boneless chicken, taco salad and pretzels. My mother ordered the NEW Buffalo Meatless Chicken bites.#yum😋yum She really enjoyed the flavor a lot. Our choice of drink was #H20. The environment was friendly, especially our sweet waitress of the hour Chelsey. She was very knowledgeable in the variety of sauces for our chicken bites and even recommended some item choices I decided to add to the final bill💵. The price was reasonable considering what we consumed; resulting in having full bellies😂👍.

So there are 2 ways to enter and exit the parking lot which is nice. We were seated after about a 2 min wait. Were greated and the waitress Chesley introduced herself and quickly got our drinks. She was very attentive and kept the drinks filled. Which with a family of 6 eating was a big deal for me. I can always wait on food. But need beverages constantly! The Hootitizer was out fast and was eaten before I could get a picture. The food was hot and delicious! Best Hooters wings we have had in years since they were bought out! We had the garlic parmesan. And 911. Bacon wrapped. 3 mile. and honey chipotle wings. Soooooo good! I had a burger and it was a mans burger, but I love a big burger so they dont disappoint. Lots of tv screens obviously. And kids were happy. Will most definitely be back.

Never been to a Hooters until this night. I ordered the smoked hot wings and baked original, tried there signature wings that made their name. Very good. The atmosphere was friendly, and allowed pets on the patio.

The food was hot and good. The server was nice. For the time of day I went and the amount of people there, the wait time was more than I had anticipated. Otherwise, it was fine.
