Great service. No Thursday night football

I had the shrimp tacos, very good. But not a lot of shrimp, I had more tortilla and cabbage than shrimp. Aldo I ordered a long Island ice tea from the bar, it was disgusting. I thought about going over there to show them how to make one correctly. Bar tenders should have recipe books at all bars.

Stopped in for lunch and enjoyed boneless wings with Tx BBQ sauce. The beer was cold and the bartender was attentive and very friendly.

Service from waitres was not good took too long to get drinks took way too long to get food and then order was not correct in other words never going back

Fries were not brought out , wrong food was delivered, non sweet tea was brought out, we ordered sweet tea, tea was taken back and brought back with sugar at the bottom of cup, sugar dont dissolve in cold tea!

really great spot for wings!! had a lovely experience just by myself. staff is super friendly and very attentive. the boneless wings I had where just what I wanted.

I had to pick up a door dash order from there today at hooters in Abilene today and they took an hour to make the order I am not very happy and the costumer was not happy either

Outstanding place to eat. I travel to Abilene frequently and it is always my place to visit. Food is excellent. Service is fast and the women well u know.

My first time ordering at your Hooters, Abilene, Tx.You have a problem!I got 10pc wings and they are infested with bug larvae. So is the dressing, BBQ, rub. I have pics of anyone wants to see them.Im mad. Ill be at your place tomorrow and my money back! Ill never come back!

Appetizers came out same time as some food from group ordered and the rest of the groups food didnt come out until 10-15 minutes after the first.

Food was good, but they are horribly understaffed. Team did as good as possible with minimal staff

zero stars if i could, this place made us wait an hour for our pick up order. Food was bland, the assistant manager was a buffoon. And they completely ignored the women in our group when they tried to re-order their food. Honestly it felt like we were losing braincells for every agonizing second we had to spend waiting on the bunch of dimwitted staff try and figure out what a refund is and how to issue it. We spent sixty dollars there and for what? Just so an incompetent assistant manager can demean the women in our group and serve up bland slop and not give us as so much as a discount? deplorable, if erectile dysfunction was a restaurant chain this would be it.

Just gross! First and last time customer! Everything we ordered was ruined and disgusting and Ellie the manager was immature, snarky, and inept! No pride in her job or position if she was really even the manager like she claimed!?!?!?!?

Probably one of the worst Hooters Ive ever been to as far as service goes lot of mixed up orders and not getting what you ordered but all in all it is a Hooters

I love hooters. Worked at 1 for 3 years. This particular 1 was at best a 2 out of 10. Placed my order online. Sat on parking lot for an overly sufficient amount of time(maybe 45min). Traveling partner went in to get it and was gone for at least 30 min(kinda was wondering if he had fallen asleep or something). He finally came back w the order of shrimp and 2 orders of crab legs. No utensils for being able to eat such a thing..at all. So I went back in and stood at the front for a good 6 or 7 min, 1 waitress having made sure contact w me and everything but totally neglected to say 1 word to me. Mind you this was at 7pm...a hostess should have still been present. Anyways..saw another WakaWaitress at a order station in the back so I walked over to her. No one else was in this area BUT me..she never looked up at me in the 2 or 3 min I stood there in front of her. I finally said excuse me, twice, before being acknowledged. I asked her for some crackers for the crab legs and she acted as if I asked for some act of God or something. I think there were 3 tables total in the entire place and the 1 chick today made eye contact had 1 of them. She finally came out maybe 6-7min later and handed me 1 set. I was not about to stand around and wait for another. The wait staff was less than attentive, helpful, polite, or even friendly. I would not return to this location if u were paying for my meal. I spent over $100 and got water only type service. Wish I hadnt given any tip on the tab. That was done b4 any interaction was had. Couldnt believe hooters of all places. But then theres that.

On june 28We dine in. Took our order for 40 mins we got our food. Then before we go we order chicken to take home. Took 45.mins . But we keep aaking 5 tomea where is the order finally when we aak can we apeak with the manager the bar tenderSeems ignore us and after 10 nins they bring out chicken to go. See the picture how it burn. Taste burn chiecken.

The food is delicious 😋; The beers are cold! Great atmosphere. Whats not to like 🤷🏿‍♀️

Nice server, pleasant, food took forever though. She gave us 50 % off because of the long wait. So we were OK with that, unfortunately we were in a bit of a hurray.

It was horrible food came out cold we got one plate at a time it took forever to get in and out and being able to eat

Dont order to-go food. Every time we have placed an order online it takes an hour and a half or more for our food. Then the order is always missing items. Then when you get the food its cold like it was just sitting in the back getting cold. If the restaurant isnt capable of handling to-go orders they need to just cancel the option. It has been like this since the location has opened.

Best wings hands down!!! Not too loud, very energetic atmosphere and friendly staff. Great dinning for men, women, and children alike!!!

Absolutely horrible. Wasted 1 hour here waiting for food just to recieve COLD wings and a manager that refused to come talk to me. The waitress was such a drag, and had such a draining presence the entire time.. thats a great way to ensure your customers come back. Saying that this location is pathetic is giving them too much credit.

Great service great establishment and just needs more people and more special and stay open later

It has been a rough day. I had Ms. Destiny serving my table. And her great attitude changed mine. Plus the food was good and so were the drinks, management was amazing. Thank you for the great experience.

Scenery was wonderful, most of the servers lived up to the name. Dont expect much though when it comes to knowing the menu or asking any questions about whats around town if youre not from there. The food was way overpriced and didnt taste very well at all.

Went to drink during the week, only 3 customers and me, order curly fries and they were cold, bartender didnt care she spends more time in the back with coworkers, drink 2 tall beers and she cut my drinking, the 2 guys next to me they were there for a long time super drunks and she keep serving to them and not to me, thats fine i go somewhere else and she miss a tip😊

Our Waitress was AMAZING, however the kitchen was well below par... Way more to say that really offended me, but Ill send that to the corporate office.

Waitress was awful. It took 45 minutes to get our 2 beers. We ended up just walking up to the bar.We waited 2 hour to be served cold food and then still waited another 30 min to get the food they didnt bring to begin with. The sad part was that they were not busy and people that came in after us that had different Waitresses were served within 30 minutes.

At first , there wasnt a line and we waited to be seated. Finally got a waitress to sit us down after waiting for 18 Minutes. Was kind of mad . Two Hooters women took very care of us and wasnt mad anymore. These two Women outdid themselves with customer satisfaction. Professionalism and great customer service. Will come back more often. The food was great and came out in several minutes. Im going to recommend hooters to family and friends. Great work guys. Thank you

Lackluster service. Food was ok, but nothing to brag about. All the girls seemed to have more gossiping to do than to engage the customers. Not worth a second visit, and I typically like their food.

Dont get the wings. They were undercooked and too salty. Im from Buffalo, the home of wings, I know what they should taste like. These were so bad. The service was fine though. The waitress did warn us that the wings were not good, thats why they still get 4*.

Excellent service parked my 18 wheeler in the back street without any issues. I showed up at nine pm February 4th in the middle of the blizzard hungry as hell without knowing they closed at ten. Shout out to Angelica for taking care of my order and drinks

The waitress, Livy, was great. It was a VERY busy night, but she kept things in check. Nachos were good, the boys loved their burgers and sandwiches. The fish and chips were good, but a bit massive for an old ladylike me.Overall good eats, and a great place to watch a game.

I ordered online for a pickup while traveling through town. When I arrived my food was sitting at the hostess stand getting cold with staff ignoring me. After waiting for 10 minutes I finally got someone to come help us. Then to be told that they were out of ketchup and would not put any in a small cup for us. Never again will I go there. The rest of the staff that I saw was more worried about closing in over an hour than the customers.

Wish I could leave a review on the food but couldnt get seated. Came in for lunch and over half the tables were empty but I got to just stand there for 10 minutes while every employee just stood around talking and laughing with customers or each other. Nobody at the front podium and nobody seemed to care that I was just standing at the front looking around for anyone that would acknowledge my existence. Its OK though, brought my money to B dubs and told my 6 buddies that were coming to meet me to go to b dubs as well.

Great service, the servers are really pretty, and very friendly. The burger I had on Texas Toast was great. I will definitively visit again. Marissa is great.

The staff was nice and polite. The service took way too long seeing as they just opened and there was hardly anyone there. The food was not that great. The curly fries were undercooked. The food prices were a little high and they do not have a lunch menu. Tried it but wont be going back. 👎 wasnt impressed.

Food was good and the staff provided overall good service. Unfortunately they are having staffing problems as well and need help. I visit this location whenever Im passing through Abilene and there was a noticable difference from previous visits. The staff did a great job with the team they had but they were stretched thin. Ill definitely visit the location again as they had the best boiled shrimp Ive ever eaten.

The food was terrible! The boneless wings were very tiny dried out. I did not like the seasonings they used for the garlic Parmesan. The flavor of the mild sauce was excellent but even the good flavor couldnt cover up how bad the chicken was.

This was the first Hooters I had ever been in. And me and my co-worker Brian enjoyed it tremendously. The food is exactly what you would expect from a bar - style location but it is still delicious and it was everything we needed on a long road trip.

The burger I ordered was good. 2 stars due to service and its not necessarily the wait staffs fault. It looked like there were only 2 ladies working the entire dining room. That made for big delays in getting our order and intimately our food, having drinks ordered, ect. The waitress we had did just fine.

This well known place has gone about as far south as I can stand. Every once in a while I will give them the benefit of the doubt and try to see if they have improved. But for the passed year now and 4 trips, I have been extremely disappointed with their service. Every visit I have made, they have sections closed due to lack of waitresses to work them. They have been short staffed for over a year. I normally order my favorite, which is the smoked wings with garlic habanero seasoning. For the last several visits, they have cut way back on their flavorings and you hardly get any flavor at all. Therefore, I have to ask for additional, which is a teaspoon amount and is plenty.Again, there was hardly any flavor and I had to ask for more. After I ate over half if my order, the waitress finally comes running with it. I also order fries with my wings, and I received a large bowl with only 9 fries. The wings, minus the lack of seasoning, are always great. The service and the price your charged for each individual item is poor.10 smoked wings with no flavor, $14.99Teaspoon of seasoning to add your own, $2.68Fries, 9 total in a bowl, $5.99Tea, $3.99Total for 1 person, $27.65 for a meal of wings and fries.

Went for lunch with a group of 6. Its wings, so nothing special there. The server was good, and seemed attentive on taking order and drinks. She didnt need to write down our order and got it correct when it came out, she knew all 6 different drinks and gave refills when needed. It did seem like the kitchen was a little slow on getting the food out. Food was hot and didnt feel like it sat in the window waiting. Overall 4 stars on service, but 3 stars on kitchen.

it was not so busy...waiter was good took my order ...its kind of relaxing just I think its more not so busy...look like a good place to hangout...first time here on Sunday evening...waiting for food so lets see how does it goes

I wholeheartedly believe that if one has nothing nice to say then nothing should be said, but tonight was way to much for me to NOT say some thing.First, I completed my online order st 7:48pm. Upon paying in advance online, I was told food would be ready in 20 minutes. Food was not ready until 8:50. An hour? The location was not even busy!Brandon, the host, was a complete and total smart-mouth. The purpose of a host is to greet guests. I did not get a Hi. How are you? I apologize for the wait. Have a good night. Thank you for visiting. I only got a snarky attitude telling me it will be 20 more minutes 2 different times. NO WAY DOES IT TAKE AN HOUR TO FRY CHICKEN PIECES OR LEGS.On top of the terrible service & attitude and inordinate wait for food, our order was totally WRONG! I ordered a shrimp and spinach salad. NO SHRIMP! We ordered 20 wings with 2 flavors. Only 1 flavor. We ordered 8 boneless wings with 2 flavors. Only 1 flavor. We ordered & paid for extra ranch and blue cheese. Nope. We didnt get that either.This visit was completely unacceptable. I was part of the local media pre-opening dinner. Things were great.
