Hooters in Macon

Worse mistake I ever made getting something from this place. Shrimp were dry and chicken strips were bland. Looks like the cook just threw everything in a box. For 34.00 I’ll go somewhere else!!!

Love Hooters Daytona wings. Waitresses were ok.

This place needs to be cleaned it really stinks. The ladies are very nice. No menus you have to use your phones. I had ordered 10 wings they were $16 nothing comes with it. Wow really?

Still one of the best wing shops in the business! Miss the all you can eat option though!!

Wait staff is very friendly and helpful. I am allergic to many foods. I asked for a glass of Sanggria but they didnt have it. Then I asked for black coffee.This is a sports bar. I know. Then she offered several mixed drinks. I ordered a Pink Pasion. For food we ordered a grilled fish sandwich and curly fries. We first asked for Mai hi Mai hi sandwich, but they dont have that anymore. The grilled fish was delicious and the curly were very good too.

Excited to go, but we had a terrible server, she was just bland and when we were given our food she just put it down and walked away like she didn’t care, got our food wrong for my boyfriend and for his friend she said “we owe you some fries” like seriously if there wasn’t enough fries for a meal, just wait until there is instead of giving him literally 5 tiny pieces of fries. And the fries werent even curly. We had to wait forever for my boyfriends meal to come out so we told them it’s for to go and she just tossed the bag on the table and left and was looking at us dirty while we walked out, maybe she should have been a good server to get a tip🤷🏻‍♀️Didn’t feel welcome at all

The wings were ok, however, a few items should be addressed.Service, these girls act as if they dont want to be there, and move really slow it takes forever to even get a drink.The kitchen area should be a bit more concealed,or keep it a bit cleaner, will give the kitchen staff props at least they wear gloves when handling the food. My personal observation is, if the joint is not busy on a Friday night or Saturday and Sunday during the day into the evening there are issues..

Service was far better than Savannah, Ga. Its sad that the drive time from Savannah to... is about the same as food delivery from the time of ordering.

Wifes Gf.. Hotwife. Bar is open... Open poly. If upside down chucked pineapple drinks are hard to find but a must.. Look for me Im ur plug baby.. Is and thick and timely to no end in you... We got cleaners and degradation moves for otheteamates we cuck and pet sit with supervision. And accommodation..

first time at a hooters! i cannot complain, the food was great but the service was even greater! Calleigh was our server, really nice girl.

The staff is very friendly. The wings are good. Good atmosphere for a sports bar and grill.

Went twice over a 2 week period. Daytona wings have always been good. 2nd visit got nachos. Big improvement from last time I had them when they were way oversalted. Nachos were good today. Nice mix of all ingredients. Huge serving.

The most disturbing hooters that I have eaten in. Dirty and sticky floors. No menu got uploaded on your phone slow internet took 10 minutes to get to look at. Waitress was rude rolled her eyes at us cause we didnt know what we wanted. Table was dirty when we got seated. Waitress try to give us other people food and we hadnt order yet. Waitress having more fun talk to two guys at the bar then doing the job. The glasses of soda were flat and tasted nasty.

Me and My son Ford stopped in on our way to Orange Beach Fl. We had the best server MIL I think was her name: we had the Caribbean Jerk Wings and they were Off the Chain. The Food came out fast and Hot. Great all around service and kitchen. Way to Go Hooters team. Would drive from Charlotte Anytime to Eat some Wings with those Ladies.

It was quite revealing and eye opening. Lol! The chicken was good but I was disappointed because I got only wings instead of legs and breast..

Recently spotted this place in Macon, didnt know there was a Hooters in town. Its just as chill as I remember when I would go to the one back in Jacksonville. Great food, great service. Thanks Celine! I look forward to my next visit (although my curly fries seemed too relaxed, lacking curls. Might have been the last bits in the bag but still good foodThe buffalo shrimp is new to me and was banging!! I think Ill go a step up on the heat next time 🔥🔥🔥

We went to hooters for drinks and wings. We got there and the waitress took our drink order and food order immediately which was nice but after that we waited 45 mins for our food and never got it. After I asked about it she said the machine didn’t put the ticket in after I watched her put it in on the computer for the second time supposedly. Also the other waitress other than the bartender was better at checking on us than the bartender was.

Limited beer selection. They need to understand craft beers are a thing now. Odor coming from the kitchen like greasy drains. Drank a single beer and left Hooters used to be a quality establishment. Sad.

Heather my waitress was 5 stars, polite, friendly, and beautiful. The rest wasnt so great. I was told they are out of cheese sticks, lettuce, and celery. After I ordered, Heather returned to tell me they are also now out of Pretzels. I switched to a different app making my entire meal deep fried. All of my food tasted like old grease. Hopefully new grease is arriving when they get a food order.

Naked wings were real bland. No seasoning, not even salt and pepper. Ice tea tasted like teabag. Not sweet.

I love this location. They are always very responsive and ready to serve when I arrive. The food is always hit and fresh and the service is always friendly. My cup never runs dry and the atmosphere is very cordial. I highly recommend this location to anyone local or traveling.

Food was better than I remember. Have yet to see what the hoopla is concerning the wait staff. Bunch of over made up young girls in short shorts and tight tops

My waitress Miranda was awesome. Never had to ask for more soda or anything. She came up to me multiple times to ask if I needed anything. I got to chat her up for a little and she was an awesome person. The food was delicious as always and the service was too notch. I will be back again when I’m in the area.

We seemed to have bothered the manager when my son could not locate the Q ball for playing pool. 🙄 my husband ordered fish and chips, that order came out bearly cook let a lone very light brown (as if it was not even cooked). As my husband sent it back for another try. The cook threw the fist back into the oil over frying the fish. We also observed the manager drinking a beer right if front of us. I ordered the sliders and could not eat them due to the bread being really cold and extremely hard, not edible. Our waitress was wonderful, we do thank her for her service. After taking off my husbands order our bill was still over $60. We are not impressed by the food and manager. We will NOT be recommending anyone near this establishment no time soon. Our opinion there needs to be a change up/clean out with manager and cooks in order for us to come back and spend our money.

Fast to go service from online order. Even though it said a little over a hour I was only a few miles away so went on in when I got there and asked. They said they were working on it now and would be ready in a little while. Only waited 15 to 20 minutes max. The food was good. Only thing I can say was the restaurant itself could use a remodel or at a minimum a really good cleaning and some repairs. Service was great, friendly and quick.

Kelia (sorry if I spelled her name incorrectlywas a gracious waitress. She took my to go order at the bar and provided me the expected wait time. My wings were still warm by the time I got to my destination (20 miles). I ordered the regular breaded wings with Dry Cajun Seasoning, some of the wings are missing some seasoning but they were still good.

Seated us and left. Had to flag someone down after 15 minutes just to order drinks.Had to go get our own napkins and flatware.Waitresses were 2 and 3 deep talking to a couple of tables instead of helping other tables.All 3 tables in our vicinity received the wrong orders.I finally found fries worse than BK. No seasoning, cold, and soggy.The waitress/bartender that ended up helping us tried to do a good job, but we had to put in repeat requests for items we had already ordered.Not a pleasant experience at all.If there were 0 🌟 possible, this placed earned it this night.

The food was actually cooked correctly. Usually when I go into a Hooters, the wings are a bit overcooked. These wings were done perfectly. My server was very attentive to me and made it an overall pleasant dining experience. No hassles, just good food and ESPN. I cant ask for anything better.

Food was great! Service was good. We ordered wings. The manager even checked in. Didnt take long for our food to come out and they were not over crowded. Great visit.

This establishment is a disgrace, the waiters were hairbrained and negligent, the floors were sticky, tables were disgusting, I witnessed a manager yelling and reprimanded a girl who obviously looked scared and intimidated. The food I was served was cold, the cup my drink was put in was sticky and still had lipstick on it. I was served and then ignored. I had to chase down my waiter to even pay for my food, on veterans day no less. This place needs a full team fire and full team rehire. Absolutely disgusting!

I went in to enjoy what I hoped would have been a wonderful meal, but unfortunately it never got to that point. I stood and waited to be seated just for the servers to look at me, not acknowledge one time of me standing there waiting to be seated and they continued to walk by me numerous times. After 10 minutes of standing and no one coming to seat me I chose to leave. I refuse to spend my hard earned money and patronize a place that provides mediocre service. Crazy thing is I was on my phone in the car and I saw numerous people walk in and a few minutes later walk out, and I can definitely see why. Management needs to work on training their staff on customer service if you want people to patronize the business.

This hooters is absolutely HORRIBLE. My family came in & ordered drinks and food. While waiting for our food, we found a tooth on the table, a whole tooth! One hour later , our server “Eden” never came back to our table so we tracked her down to ask for a refill. Then another sever approached us to let us know that our server never put our order in. We left, hungry and disappointed. 0 out of 10, this hooters is NOT recommended.

Food and drinks were decent. But we went there with our son on his 20th birthday and my wife let the staff know it was his birthday. Then they had him stand on a chair with two conical paper water cups in his mouth and menus in his hands and proceed to flap his wings like a bird. While they sang some song and gave him a different name and got his age wrong, cuz I guess thats funny?... No free food or discount, just a bit of humiliation for ya.... Happy Birthday?!?

Ordered delivery. Wings (hot and garlic parmesan on the side), curly fries, fried pickles (remoulade sauceand mozzarella cheese sticks (marinara saucegot the order with NO SAUCES!!! Like seriously how hard is that? Its sauces!! Its what makes the food taste good. Especially from HOOTERS of all places. And dont blame door dash for this. The sauce goes inside the dang boxes. Ugh...never again.

I dont know what to say. I had ordered a caesar salad and 15 wings, mild and with lemon pepper. Paid $33 for it and I would have preferred to save the money and go hungry after this... The mild sauce was separating and had a cheesy, oily texture. The lemon pepper were drenched in the oil from the other sauce. The "caesar" salad, which came with twice the amount of cheddar cheese than lettuce, came with no dressing and no cutlery. No wipes or napkins. All Styrofoam containers. I ended up getting a fork from my hotel and drenched the salad in the ranch I ordered for dipping. That couldnt even save it since there were clumps of shredded cheese I needed to eat around. Couldnt eat half the wings on account of the terrible sauce. Disappointed is an understatement. What I need is my money back.

The food was amazing! Service was excellent! Elysia was super nice and the most beautiful girl I have ever seen. I hope she can be my waitress next time I go! The manager was super nice also. Making sure we okay. I would give more stars if I could!

Hooters is in need of an update. Only three beers on tap. Service was not good. Wings were not great.

Brought a group of five for a business lunch on 08-31-21 around 12:30. Had the rudest waitress there is. Real short with any question from any body in the group. She also looked ridiculous with her long eyelashes. Nobody received any refills (i had hot wings so that would have been helpfulor any check to see if we where doing alright. Half the people in the group liked their meals. They were not busy. About the same number of employees vs customers.

Food was delicious. Perfectly cooked! The 2 waitresses were very attentive, but busy. Manager was all over the place helping wherever he was needed. Building is looking old from years of use. Hope they update and bring back to its original glory. Will go back just to give them more business.

As usual I enjoyed Hooters once again this time in Macon beautiful Wildlife on display we have fried Jalapenos in boneless wings as always the restaurant was not grounded it was very comfortable no signs of covid!

2nd Update: Fries were bad Again, forgot my coleslaw and fish was tiny NOT worth 15 bucks plus delivery fees.Update: Ordered fish n chips from the Bait n Tackle. Fries were not extra crispy as I indicated. Instead of tartar sauce I got 3 packets of mayonnaise! Fish and the lemon half were really good though.Original: onion rings were good, but the wait was killer.

First off, kitchen did a great job. Everything was hot and fresh. The manager did not give a fu... he sat us and forgot us, for almost 30 mins. Girls took over once they figured it out. Mens bathroom faucet is busted. Staff was nice but too slow. Told waitress we had over an hour drive home thrice and still only got ticket when i got up. Not returning and don’t recommend. Ill try Augusta.

Met up here with a few family members for a quick bite around 2ish. The hooters were well fit for their uniform 😍 and provided quality customer service. Food was awesome. Seating plentiful with social distancing 💯

Really good food and fast service. Visited on my birthday a year ago and went again today. Seems the food and service is only gotten better since my last visit. Ordered Philly steak and cheese with steak fries today all I can say is WOW! it was like a taste of heaven. Beautiful waitresses too. If I could eat there ever day I would.

Going on 30 minutes now and still havent received my appetizer. I would understand if it was busy, but there are twice as many empty tables as their are tables with customers. Its a good thing they are showing the boxing match or I wouldve left already. Btw can one of yall please bring me another drink 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

The burger I ordered was entirely too salty, so much so that I could not eat it. My teeth were literally crunching on undissolved grains of salt. This was a to-go order and was money just thrown in the trash. I called back to the store and spoke with the server who took my order. She offered to have the kitchen re-do the order if I came back in. It was just too much to have to repeat as it was starting to get late. The server did take my name and number to forward to the manager to comp a future order. To their credit, I have ordered this several times before and never had any problems. But this particular one was an epic fail. Please take that cook or prep person off the line and re-train them on seasoning food. I do not like wasting time or money 😡.

My server Nancy was not very attentive only came to refill my.drink after she heard me slurping on an empty glass. Just overall fair experience. I love on Louisiana and my service at home is much better

Great location just off I-75. The beer options are good, and my food was prepared to my liking. My Hooter girl Laya was attentive, friendly, and incredibly gorgeous. She had the right attitude for their brand, and made me feel welcome.

Hadnt been to a Hooters in years, but met up with a couple of friends for the game. Whatever Hooters has done with the new wing recipe is AWESOME! The wings arent those tiny wings like other spots...these were big and meaty! Oh...and the Long Island Tea is one of the best ever. Good job!

There was about 4-5 tables and waited almost 45 minutes for 20 wings. Luckily they were hot. At first we had 3 waitresses. Soooo we werent sure who was taking our order. The girls have a unhealthy obsession with their phones. The lights were off and the place looked closed.
