Hooters in Fortuna Foothills

Horrible service! Went with a friend and nobody took our order. A couple waitresses walked by our table to include a manager and nobody stopped to get our order. Wouldn’t recommend.

Normally, it would be pretty good. Tonight was really bad. I couldnt get the waitress to acknowledge our table because we werent a bunch of horney men. Food came out cold and had to remind the waitress to get the drinks. She never came back to check on us. I usually tip big, but with watching her check on every other table than ours, i didnt. Honestly, I dont see us going back.

They sat us down as soon as we got there wasn’t busy at all. We were sitting down at the table for about 20 minutes nobody came to take our drinks or food, and just decided to leave. Horrible service…

Food was excellent!! Our waitress Amy was fantastic and very nice! Will definitely be back!!

$10 beers. Slow service. All I’m saying. Got an extra star for being dog friendly.

Awesome service food was good. Got the Mac n cheeseburger so good. Wings were wrong but they fixed em and they were delicious. Be 5 stars if it wasnt for the one mistake awesome experience.

Seated quickly for lunchtime on a Sunday. Cold beer. Good service.

Awesome dinner, just drive thru stopped for the nite buffalo wings, shrimp tacos, an Buffalo shrimp were awesome, didnt see the half price shrimp til a read the poster on table awesome

Great food and service, I have gone two times and the two times everything was excellent, I have ordered a boneless with 4 diferentes sauces and they taste delicious, never tried the hottest, the same with the French fries with cheese, great combination, always clean!

Great boneless wings and Caesar salad. The staff is very welcoming(Alyssa, Lily, Amber and Monet); always great to see smiling faces

Hooter was awesome! Had a great dining experience, our server was super nice and helpful. Very knowledgeable of the menu and had a great attitude towards making our visit to hooters. The beer was SUPER COLD!! very impressed! The bathrooms were very clean and the cleanliness of the whole restaurant was very on point. The food was delicious and of course the wings were phenomenal. Definitely a must stop when visiting yuma or out celebrate an occasion. Thanks hooters!

I have to say much better than previous years that Ive gone to the Yuma AZ hooters very good food and service. I almost gave up completely on the Yuma Hooters until this recent experience. Motorcycle parking friendly

The service is excellent. The ladies are super fine here! Pretty AF! The food and beers were delicious!

Very good wings and fries although their burgers meat isnt very flavorful and just tasted unseasoned. Its also very loud there so dont be shy to speak up more

How about you don’t give me a receipt when I order a new drink? Especially after I tell you I am going to order food. It seems like you want to “turn and burn” customers. Seems like you are trying to kick people out for wanting to relax and take their time.

I went to hooters a couple of days ago and realized I got charged twice. Simple mistakes it happens so I decided to call they were nice and the manager said he would get back to me, got my name and phone number and never did I get a response back. Just made me upset bc it was my first time coming here and this happens.

Service was meh, but my main issue was the fact that I ordered their supposed "hottest" wing, and tbh, fire sauce from Taco bell was spicier...

Im from our of town and the service at this hooters is great pleasant atmosphere. The staff are great kind and generous. The have met my needs and the food has been awesome thank you folks. Signed Little Tony

Ive had bad service twice at a hooters in 20 years. Both times have been in Yuma. I mean cmon! It sucks because I really love the wings. Waitresses attitude and ability is hot Garbage.

Nice, big & spacious inside the place & clean from what I saw. Other then that, all down hill. Bartenders were rude which did not make you feel welcome or inviting. Ordered chicken tacos off of the sandwich section & at the bottom it says all sandwiches come with curly fries or substitute some other items so I asked for a side salad instead of fries. When my meal came out, it was a chicken sandwich w/ the side salad for an up charge of $1.99. I questioned it & the manager & bartender said well the tacos dont come with a side so the bartender changed my order to the chicken sandwich which is not what i ordered. I asked them why are they listed under the sandwich section & they didnt have an answer. So I had the sandwich sent back so I could get the tacos that I originally wanted. Finished my meal & when I got my check, they removed the charge for the chicken sandwich but still got charged $6.50 for the side salad which you could of fit in a 6oz bowl. Complete rip off & will never return here again. Zero customer service skills.

Been to quite a few Hooters in my days, this was has so far been the best. The service is always so great. The brunette with the baby yoda socks behind the bar is the sweetest and so professional. I’ve never been to the same establishment as many times in one week as have this place. They are making a regular out of me. What a wonderful welcome to Yuma!Oh, and their Margaritas are the best!

Great place to watch a game. Plenty of televisions throughout the restaurant. Service was very quick and the order was delivered promptly. Nice selection of items on the menu.

I had a family emergency and had to move back to Phoenix. The manager Raphael is extremely rude and unforgiving. Upon explaining my situation and why I could no longer work for the company he hung up the phone in my face. You are not a human when you walk through the door but a commodity. Be weary of working here. Girls will look at your happiness and roll there eyes at you,. A terrible environment for those with a heart. If you dont have one Im sure you will do just fine.

Well, I came to Yuma for work. Roughly a week and came here for football Sunday and then midweek for some dinner.Its Hooters, so the food is fine. Actually it was probably better prepared than most Hooters that Ive been too.But the staff and the service. Such garbage. I dont blame slow service on a busy NFL Sunday. Ill accept it.But then mid-week on a slow Wednesday. I come in and order a beer and clearly Im in the mood for food because I take a scan of the digital menu as she drops my beer off.Two waitresses and a manager walked by me at least a dozen times and no one asked me for my food order. (Same thing with the gentleman next to me that just happened to come in around the same time). The only reason I got food? My beer was empty and I need a refill and even then, I had to ask politely to place a food order.The two waitresses were a tad busy with end of shift closeout and making drinks for the rest of the restaurant. The manager didnt care. She was more involved about her status quo with 2 gentleman across the bar. How do I know?I took a picture of her because thats literally where she was the entire time and every time a Hooters girl asked for her help at the register, she rolled her eyes.

Great food. Service was a bit off, but it was Sunday and I understand it might be difficult for some sports venues to keep up, but when you gotta ask twice, come on. Id go back, no anger, it could be better 🦉

Great wings, especially the smoked ones. Cant fault the girls for their serving and looks.Place is kept clean and tidy and there is plenty of room. Pool table has plenty of space around it which is always good.

Closed due to mismanagement. The girls did not have the expected endowments for the restaurant of Hooters, and the food was bad. You can have bad food and great Hooters servers and stay open but that didnt happen.

The service here is an absolute abomination. 1 bartender making drinks for a packed restaurant. Food is slow to come out. Staff isnt all that friendly. Dont waste your time or money in this location. I take that back. Just come in and order a ton of stuff. Eat. Drink and then walk out. Nobody will even notice

Great wings, great atmosphere, great service. I came here on a Saturday around 5 p.m. There was no wait to be seated and had a beer in hand within a minute or two. I would come back if back in the area.

Horrible service! After 25 minutes of asking who our waitress was while they stood around talking to each other we left. The best answer we got was from the hostess who said theyll be right over but nope.

Well what could be better than crispy chicken wings and cold beer? Super friendly and attentive bar tenders. Did I mention that there are a ton of televisions showing sports and entertaining programs? Fun environment.

Good food! Our chicken wings came out hot and fresh, but our service was kind of slow 😕 other than that food was great, but it was too loud inside.

Ordered food with my friends and made a formal complaint about how the food was taking long and found out my server was FIRED for that! Absolutely outrageous for a server to take responsibility of the cooks mishaps. Will never consider coming here again until your management team takes full responsibility for an unnecessary action. Makes zero sense why my server would be fired for something the cooks did/didn’t do.

Great food, the Garlic Parm and Spicy Garlic are delicious. We ordered the beer and cheese pretzel bites and the cheese was delicious but it arrived to our table after we got our food. Good food with ok service.

Very unprofessional customer service. I was recently out of surgery. I used door dashed to deliver my order from Hooters. I ordered a Buffalo chicken salad with no CHEESE AND RANCH DRESSING…. When the order finally got to my house I could tell they just rushed in my orders and did not read the special instruction that came in the order stating “NO CHEESE!” They added blue cheese and the ranch dressing had the lid pretty much not to secured in there. It was soo disgusting leaking through the paper bag. I called and spoke to the manager Aaron and all she said “well I’m sorry I could remake your order but I can have anyone deliver it?” I said ma’am I am recently out of surgery I ordered it through door dash for a reason. That is the best you could do really??? Wow no human compassion.

On two separate visits I ordered chicken wings and the free Boneless 10 pc and they were both good to go. The strawberry lemonade was refreshing as all get out as well. For some the atmospheres the main attraction but dont sleep on the food entrées. I see multiple return visits in my future.

Stoped by Hooters after its reopening to grab their famous wings. We were greeted at the door and seated quickly and I waitress was very attentive. She took our order and the food was delivered quickly and exactly as we ordered. Hers were the issue began while drinking my beverage a piece of glass broke off in my mouth and luckily I didn’t swallow or bite on it! After calling over the waitress who apologized, she called over the manager who replaced my drink. Now in any other establishments the management would at a minimum comp you for the meal. They need to work on their customer service procedures and skills!

The service was good. Our server was very attentive to our needs for refills and checking to see if everything was alright. The food was hot, made to order. Lots of TVs with sports playing on each one. All in all, a good place to enjoy a meal and watch a game

Service was great. I went during happy hour and sat at the bar. I order the boneless wings. The wings were perfect and juicy. I had the garlic butter and half bar b que.

Had a great happy hour here. Theyve really stepped up their flavors. The Lots O Tots were great along with the pretzels. The boneless wings were great as usual. Ill be back soon!
