Great service, very clean, amazing food with big portions. The wings were good sized and delicious. Fish and chips was massive, 4 pieces, mostly batter, but still awesome.

Food meh....service 👎👎our server first did not understand that if you order a bottle of beer with clamato that an extra glass would be required. She also did not put all of our tables order thru the kitchen so part of our table recieved their food after everyone else was done. Over all she could have used more training shifts she was polite enough but was really unsure of items. Also although the host did give the kids a couple of toys they did not gets kids menus. When we did get kids menus no crayons to keep the kids occupied not everyone puts a screen in front of their children.

Went to the Hooters on 178 st. Friday night... did not look busy at all. Was seated. We browsed the menu, and took a while to figure out what we wanted to eat. No server. Put the menus down. Waited. No server. I honestly think they forgot they sat us. We were walked by several times by servers who wouldnt even look at us. After 15-20 mins seated without being looked at... we casually walked out. I doubt the noticed. I just moved in a block from here and its my first time at a Hooters. Just... disappointing.

Great time, awesome service, I had few drinks and appetizers, watched Raptors game.. lots of seating many tvs with all the different sports on to enjoy.. and lets not forget the view :all in all dont miss the chance to brighten up ur week

This is our favorite Edmonton Restaurant. The food is normally excellent. However...our last visit, the desserts tasted off. They tasted like they were freezer burnt. Our server was polite. However...this last visit there was a table with 2 guys that every server seemed to be enthralled with. We get that other tables need attention but every server was trying very desperately for these 2 guys attention. Flirting dancing for them and constantly hanging at their table and sitting with them. It made it quite difficult to get refills on drinks or order more food. Once the Fantasy game night began, it didnt get any easier. We called our cab and went back to the hotel. We hope to try again as we really have enjoyed the burgers and wings there during past visits.

I just had my first visit to Hooters and I have to say it was fantastic. The food was amazingly delicious and the service was just as good! Our server was the best one weve had in a long time, she was very polite and attentive! Ill definitely be going back. 💖

The variety of food on their menus will satisfy everyone! The girls are warm and friendly. Bring your whole family here and be treated very well. I came with my friends. They seem to like it!

Worst night ever it doesnt even deserve a star. It took 45 minutes to an hour to receive our drinks and I ordered my wings the same time as my beer and on top of that had to wait an extra hour for my food. Then when I received my wings I ordered another order of wings and it took another hour just to be told that theyre going to be the next in line to go in so i cancelled that order or else Id be there for another hour. Like when you think its All You Can Eat Wing Night people would get their s*** together and make sure theyre well staffed and able to take care of all the customers like this was bad service the manager never came to the table to apologize for the long wait and then didnt even adjust the bill. The wings cost me the same amount of money ordering regular wings at the regular price sorry but three hours waiting for your meal is ridiculous. The waitress was friendly and Im sure it was not her fault just bad management. They were not ready or prepared for the event. Luckily there was a fast food restaurant next door so I could eat at 10:45pm

Had an amazing time there, couldnt ask for nicer waitresses. Amazing wings, ribs, nachos and deep fried pickels. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. On top of all that my girlfriend bought a Hooters shirt and got a picture with all the Hooters girls. We will be coming back. :)

Service was good, area was clean. The nachos should be taken off the menu unless you like pumped processed cheese and cold meat on cold nacho chips. I felt sick after.

Ive been in town for the week for work and have came here a few other nights and had decent service but tonight was exceptional service. Jules was my server and she was amazing. Great service sat and talked about what I did for work and why I was in the area and just really made me feel welcome. I hope if I get in the area again and stop in I can get her for my waitress again. Food was also great as always!

We booked for a group ahead of time /hockey team, it took over an hour to place our order and after we ate the bills were all mixed up. While trying to sort the bills out which took over 30min one of the parents mentioned to the manager the experience wasnt a great one, he responded to our group that it wasnt a good experience for them/Hooters either!! We booked ahead, got poor svc, slow food delivery, mixed up bills and it seemed like it was our problem they were disorganized! Definitely be my first and last visit to Hooters!

The best Hooters by far....on both sides of the border. We were visiting and buying our new car in Edmonton. I am so beyond glad that we stopped here for dinner. Naturally....the servers are beautiful....however...these ladies are beautiful inside and out. Our server was super attentive and super nice. We tried the beef sliders.....omgoodness....the best beef I have ever tasted. We also ordered 40 wings and they were equally fantastic. We brought our little boy a piece of peanut butter and chocolate cheesecake home and he devoured it. We brought our 2 older daughters home tank tops that they loved! The manager is an absolute gem! She sat with us and talked to ensure our visit was optimal. She helped us sign up for the Hooters club. She fully explained everything. We had a very nice visit with her. We cannot wait to return here in a couple of weeks for a visit....or two.....or three! Hooters franchise is beyond lucky to have this manager on board. She started at an entry level position and worked her way up the ladder over the years. It was our sincere pleasure to not only dine here but meet all of you wonderful ladies! Cant wait for our next visit!

The price of food and drinks are fair. I think its more for men than women. Its an ok place but I think it wont last very long.Theres not alot of customers.They need to change their marketing, ambiance and food menu to get all sort of crowd.

wings are horrible, bartender sucked strongly advise they go back to school and learn how to make a proper drink. Pricey for dried chicken, cold fries, stale bread, and multiple alcoholic drinks that I personally believe had no alcohol in it.

Service couldve been better!About eight tables!Took the cooks longer to make a meal then expected!Quay of food in a rating of 1bad-10good, Id give it a 4!Burger had no favour of seasoning tasted bland!A friend had the Philly Cheese steak, the cut of meat had a lot of grissel in itAnd the amount of curly fries, seemed like a childs portion; that came with the burger...

The food was good but the sauce for the fried pickles was not quite as good as I remembered it to be. My personal favorite is the buffalo platter with 911 sauce if you like it hot but good flavor. All and all pretty good but the prices are a bit high for wings and such.

The chicken tenders sandwich is AWESOME!!!! Maybe its the honey garlic wing sauce, maybe its the fact I can have a different wing sauce on it next time or maybe its because it was served by the wonderfully happy and beautiful Miss Liz!! With all due respect to any Hooters server that has ever served me, the lovely Miss Liz is now at the top of list. Now, if I could just teach her how to play crib. 😉 Thanks Liz, see you Saturday.

Ordered multiple items off menu with 3 people. Every single thing was bland with little to no flavour. Even the coke had a weird taste to it .The long island ice tea tasted like swamp water. I seriously considered going to 711 across the parking lot , knowing their wings and taquitos would have more flavour. Drive past this place, theres so many better options in the area.

Great service at this location! My wife is gluten intolerant and both the server and the manager were asking questions and showing her the labels on some packaging to confirm whether or not some products.As a chain though, Id expect the menu to be labeled better for removing the guess work for staff and customers.

Ive been here a few times with my young son. We have tried a few appetizers and they have all been good. The wings are really good. A fun place to watch a hockey game with a minor.

Had a great meal amazing chicken. Service was prompt and informative. I recommend the Buffalo chicken sandwich as well as the wings. My server Jamie suggested those and they were amazing. 5/5 will eat here again.

This is always my go to place for wings when Im in Edmonton. Hands down the best wings. The food is always cooked consistently as well, as in it always tastes the same. Ordered 50 wings to share amongst 4 people with a side of curly fries and we left stuffed. Went on a Sunday evening and it was a pretty relaxed place and not very busy which was nice. Our server was a little forgetful this time around (reason for 4 stars and not 5), but did a pretty good job overall. Will always return when Im back in town.

Great place for delicious pub style food. Onion Ring Tower is the best. Not a great place for kids for the obvious reasons!

Plenty of TVs and an average beer selection. Drinks arent cheap for sure however. The Dayton wings are my favourite and they also have bacon wrapped wings which are great. Good patio in the summer that faces the right direction to always have lots of sun.

Ive been here a few times for beer and wings and have enjoyed myself for the most part. The staff are always friendly and attentive to their customers needs. On my last visit they were unfortunately under staffed and although the waitress was working hard she was unable to see to everyone as quickly as I would liked to see. The shift manager sitting at the part seemed to be enjoying herself but did little to assist her staff. The wings are large and quite good but the breaded ones tend to get a little rich after 10 or so.

First time in that place. The table had graffiti scratched into the top. The seat had duct tape on it. Definitely felt like I was in dive. Food was ok. Beer was cold enough. Waitress was honest enough to recommend the good food and worst food.

Came in with my family last night for some wings. They were amazing our server Jules was very friendly and fast! My wife was cold when the manager came up to ask how our food was I explained how cold my wife was. He took off and quickly adjusted that for us!

Came in to watch my friend in the wing eating contest! Was so much fun the wings were great. Our server was quick and we never waited long for food or drinks. If I had one thing to nitpick I couldn’t eat a lot of wings. We will most certainly be back!

Totally terrible experience. Waitress jules was horrible. We asked for a crown and coke and then told her it was apple crown and coke and didnt want that. Instead of saying ok let me look into it. She tried arguing it was regular crown. Then realized she was in the wrong when the bartender was making her way to the table and realized it was apple. Didnt even apologize and instead she dropped off the right drink and walked away. Then we got not even half the food on time. My kid got her food almost last. And my wings came after everyone was already done eatting. Didnt even apologize... Im just so fustrated about my experience there. I do not recommend anybody going there. Not worth your money.

Came in with my buddy last night best wings I’ve had! Could maybe be a lil nicer with the sauce but still amazing. The server was great and our food came fast will be back

Worst wings at any hooters ive been to. They were very soggy and small. The only reason Im giving 3 stars is because ashlee was a great waitress, friendly and kept my drink full.

Excellent wings.The rest of the menu is pretty good too, but the wings are on another level.The staff is very quick and friendly, and genuinely care about the service they are providing.Also not hard on the eyes either lol

The wings are excellent. This location his very open and roomy. The sauces arent as hot as youd expect but still very flavourful.cant wait to try the new desserts. The cheesecakes look amazing.Celeste is an absolute light in my week. Shes genuinely kind and thoughtful. I worked hospitality for decades and know real nice vs waitress nice. If it wasnt for her I probably wouldnt have gone back again for another 10 years. The rest of the girls are always cheerful and smiley. Its a feel good location.

I like walking into an establishment and being promptly served. Maybe Im being presumptuous, but I expect to be served by servers when I seek out service. Hooters delivers and then some, especially at the 178st location. This place has become a regular spot for me. Im showing up for lunch 2 to 3 times a month now. Ive sampled a majority of their menu and everything is well prepared and delicious. The food here really cant be beat and the service is a cut above. I always have a good experience when I go for lunch at Hooters.

Food was over salted and overly greasy.The burger meat tasted like generic processed patties. And the chrimp tacos werent very fresh tasting.The service was decent, but will never be going back.

We ordered 2 orders of Naked Salt and Pepper wings well done, and an order of fried pickles well dione, when we got it they were anything but well done. They were an unappetizing flabby sort of consistancy. We also ordeted 2 caesar salads which both camee with no dressing. Never again

You cant go wrong visiting Hooters. The staff is always friendly and quick to provide excellent service. The food is always well prepared and the portions are always more than you expect. Good people, good food and great service. What more could you want?

They have a huge serving for nachos and the chicken wings taste really good. I dont like the bbq ribs though its hard to chew. But still giving 5 stars coz i love wings 😁😁😁

There are no sunshades/blinds which made for a very uncomfortable dining experience. The pretzels w/beer cheese wasnt actually pretzels but pretzel bread cut into garlic bread lengths. Rather disappointing. My host was happy she could just order flappies instead of the drumsticks.

First of all, terrible service. The only reason why i rated its a two out of five is because the food was actually good but the service was horrible. We ordered poutine and the Rude waitress took our order and brought out curly fries with gravy and cheese, without even giving us the heads up that they didnt have anymore regular fries! we ordered a second – to go . Sunrise burger and a poutine (with curly friesand she wrapped it up and when I got home it was actually onion rings!!! I hate onion rings! I didnt end up eating it because it was gross!! I was so excited for the poutine but I was really disappointed I need my money back.

Listen lady, I didnt come here for the food. I came here for the girls HUUUGGEEE "Personalities" and no one had those. But that aside the food was cold and the pop was flat. Not to mention that the fries tasted like theyve been sitting in a cold fridge then reheated in a easy bake oven. The waiters were nice but at the same time they didnt really seem like they cared about your service or well being. All the really cared about was getting paid it seemed like. *sidenote Im rating it a 3 star because the burgers were good.

The food overall was so good. The wings were really great. My Canadian burger was one of the best burgers I have had in a long time. The service was really good, and they were accommodating. (Came on a game night you needed tickets for and we just wanted food). I also love how its family friendly.

Quickly realized we made a bad choice in coming to Hooters. Beer was cold. Food was not good. There was a childrens party (really?!right next to us and after half an hour or so, two clowns showed up and smelled of very strong perfume. It made the experience much MUCH worse.

Pretty good food. Excellent service! Pretty sad about the drinks though. Took a half an hour to get something out of the blender. My wife is very happy with the Pina Colada. Starting to wish that I had ordered the Smirnoff ice.

Nice place to enjoy some food while watching sports. Took the kids on Sunday where kids eat free til 5. I ordered some delicious hot wings that were very meaty. Wings were great and service was adequate. Good family restaurant

I know you dont go to Hooters for the service, but this was abysmal. Ciaran was our server, neglected us for so long that our drinks were empty for about 25 minutes. We finished our drinks before our food arrived and we only managed to get a refill when we had nearly finished our meal. She came back and claimed she was "running around like crazy", yet wed just watched her talk to her one other table at length (which was next to uswhile we sat there with empty glasses. We even went to the bar to try and get refills because we waited so long. The only reason this didnt get a 1 star review is because the wings were delicious and the hostess was a sweetheart. Even our measly 5% tip was too much.

Worst service I have ever had in my life. Im very patient and we waited half hour before someone even came to offer us a drink, finally some guy came from the kitchen to get us water, food came pretty fast, still no one came to top off our water or nothing. We ate our food, and one of the girls came and asked if we needed anything else, we said just the bill. Half hour went by, still no bill so we went to the hostess, some Asian girl who has no business dealing with people at all, she sighed and said she would find the server, did I mention the hostess never said one word to us when we walked in? She just grabbed 2 menus and we followed...anyways finally some random person printed our bill, and we left. What a joke...

Good , reasonably priced food, and friendly service from a pretty, young lady named Haley. Nice and laid back the Sunday evening we came. Plenty of TVs for watching whatever games were on and a nice looking, bright place with windows everywhere. Also, the mostly classic rock music was at a comfortable volume, not loud like in too many similar places. Nice manager on as well. Definitely want to be back.
