Hooters in San Miguelito

Love the wings, unfortunately they got parts of our order wrong.

Ive been here a few times and its been hit or miss as far as service. I now just sit at the bar so I can always get the attention of the wait staff. Food is typical bar food just to give you something in your stomach to absorb the alcohol.

It was Good After Obama, Trump and Biden Now Days Term 🇺🇸

The service here is almost comical. Lots of waitstaff and I literally feel invisible. Got up and asked a gaggle of girls if they still served food.It’s dry, air conditioned and they have college football.

This restaurant has reduced the size of their portions, quality and their screens for watching games are faulty. Nothing like the US.

CLIP JOINT. No menu with prices available. I think they charge $2 per wing. Decent wings. I dont like not being able to see prices.

Food was great. Service very very good... The waitress was very attentitive. She checked back several times to see if the meal was good. All around it was a great visit.

Great food and even better place to hang out with family or friends. Buffalo and lemon pepper wings are at another level. Best wings in all Panama so far. Would recommend in a heart beat

Worst experience at a Hooters Ive ever had. Entree and beer I wanted was unavailable and warm, respectively. Then proceeded to pay $10 for 6 tiny boneless wings with no side. Even ordered a side salad to supplement and it never showed up. Ended up buying a second dinner somewhere else to eat on the way back to my hotel.

Hooters need to focus more on sport broadcasting because if we go in hooters and not another restaurant it because its a SPORT-BAR ! so reduce music while LIVE SPORT EVENT ! And use ALL the screens for broadcast ! I give 3 stars because I want hooters improve his sport broadcasting service. And each time the girls say that the tables are reserved and all the evening they are empty ....

Hooters is Hooters. This one was pretty typical, so it lives up to expectations perfectly.If you are used to US Hooters, youll find the service a bit slower, and the wings cut a different style, but the staff was friendly, and Im sure the food reflects the local appetite.

Not bad, but not much lighting and seemed kind of dark in the joint

Unfortunately, not a good experience. At the bar, I ordered food and drink. I received someone elses food order. Instead of fixing things, the staff simply threw out my original order and cooked a new order for the other person. No apology (so, I left no tip). Again, this was only at the bar. I have no idea if the service at the tables is better.

Its a Hooters. It was fine. My friend said her wings were meaty but the sauce was okay.There were only two waitresses on the porch so they had a lot of tables and were spread pretty thin. They did their best.We were there for Superbowl and they did not disappoint. It was on every screen.

The wings here are meaty and delicious, though the "3 mile island" hotness level was not as hot as I had hoped for. The staff was friendly and our waitress spoke English very well. Overall I was impressed by the quality of the wings and I plan to return

You go for a good meal. Then you are look at like what are you doing here. Like you owe them something bad service.

Service and food not good at all. They forgot my order completely and had to wait after everyone else was served.

Came here to watch certain sports event lured by a waitress promising they were going to screen it. It turned they were not. In the meantime, we ordered some food and drinks, in a hope to see what we came here for. Taco salad was good, burger was pretty decent as well, but this is not why we came here.

When to Hooters for some wings. It happened to be all you can eat wing night for $15.99. I thought alright, time to catch up on some good wings. They wings seemed to be rejects or something, because they seemed a little odd. Might have been the night the off load their seconds. Pretty average wings for Panamá.

Fabulous customer service, very friendly staff and great food and drink. I returned many times during the 3 weeks i spent in Panama City

We were quite unhappy with the service we recieved and the quality/temp of food we got. The owner is a great guy who reached out and was very apologetic and handled the issue very well. Ill give them another chance!

My boyfriend and I came to eat with some family, our server Tamara stated off by saying there’s new rules including she can’t take stuff off the table without gloves. We ordered drinks and she held the ids without gloves, and when she got one drink wrong she picked it up off the table without gloves. When we ordered our food one of us ordered half and half wing flavors, when we did she said that the cooks in the back were unable to do that because they are new. When she brought us our food, the wing flavors on one were wrong. We said it was fine because we didn’t want to trouble her because she looked like she was having a hard time already. She brought us our checks, one was $79 and ours was $15, the $79 bill was payed with cash and we payed with card. She charged our card for both bills, she said it shouldn’t go through because it was void but when we checked the bank account it was pending and when we showed her she said it didn’t charge it even though it said hooters and the $79 said pending. The manager said the refund would take 48 hours to go through. Overall the service was not very good and the food was at least edible. If you’re looking for wings I would never recommend this place.

Beer prices are ok, food is ok,but the hooters girls are not motivated at all, talking to each other or are on the phone instead of entertaining the guests

If it was possible to choose a cero start that’s what I would have picked. Food is alright but the service is horrible. Came here to watch my football team and I was the only one watching football americano and they changed the channel. Like in previous reviews, my first waiter was horrible and the second one was decent but her boyfriend’s were waiting for the first one and second one waiter. They were more worried to get off than to give a tourist a good experience. I don’t think this place will be open too long if whoever owns this franchise doesn’t get involved. If they had a manager working this shift he was a complete ghost.

the attention is excellent, the place its great for watch sports events or hang out with friends.

They have decent good chicken wings, thats all I wanted. Nachos are not good you better skip those. But it is a nice place for watch sport games while eating and drinking with friends. They offer a wide variety of beer drinks and cocktails with good customer service from the ladies. It is quite expensive but a good experience overall.

Atmosphere is really nice and staff is excellent. My waitress Claudia was excellent and extremely friendly. 5/5 for everything, I definitely recommend.Thank you Claudia for everything 👌🏽

The quality of service is dropping over the years. It used to be a good place to spend time watching a game and flirt with the girls... now its just a regular restaurant with poor attention to the customer and average food.

Definitely a little on the pricey side but my food came out delicioso wings were nice and hot and apparently the grease was fresh, due to the language barrier my waitress spent a little extra time trying to get my order to perfection no compliments out of me 🙂👍

To each its own. If you like overpriced food, half frozen beer and mediocre service, while still being expected to shell out a 20% tip, this is your place.If youre expecting to see ANY of the girls used in flyers, posters or any other promotional material, think again.

I’ll start by saying the food was good. However, that’s about the only positive I can muster. We started by asking if they could put the NHL game on. The server said probably, but that she’d have to ask her boss. In the meantime we sat down and ordered a beer. They were out of stock on the kind we wanted. No big deal, we ordered another kind. It came mediocrely cold. We waited a while, and asked the status on the hockey game again. The server said the boss is busy in a meeting and she would ask after. We waited a little longer, and finally asked again after hearing no word back as we ordered some food. The server asked us to write the game down, so we did, but unfortunately they later told us they couldn’t put it on. The food eventually came and the server asked if we wanted ketchup. We said yes, but she proceeded to chat with her co-worker who was just getting off shift. We ended up having to get the ketchup ourselves. At this point we’re a little disappointed as it was pretty slow in there and all the servers just seemed to be standing around. When we finally went to pay, the sever asked if we wanted to leave a tip on our card, and instead of the percentage we told her, she typed it in as the dollar amount. Unfortunately, their machines don’t show you the total amount until the receipt prints out, so we couldn’t correct her. Needless to say, they got a much bigger tip than deserved. I ain’t comin’ back.

Terrible service. We left after we sat down and recieved no service. Waitresses standing around. One waitress was sitting g at a table not sure if it was her boyfriend. We even waved over to the bar. Thinking a manager was there. He looked up then did nothing.

My family and I decided to visit Hooters during our visit to Panama city.When you first arrive, you realize that there no hostess so you can chose where to sit.We decided to sit far from the bar since we had an under age child with us (we went there for 6pm). At first, we thought that we were sitting near the washrooms and then we realized that they were located across from were we were located. We are not sure why the establishment smelled like piss. We had this waitress (blond afrowho was very nice and took our order and brought us out drinks. We waited a while (25min+ and the place was emptyand we had another waitress bring our order, we notified her that the order was wrong and she said .."thats not my problem, Im just in charged of bringing the food". So we asked her to call the other lady (blond afro ladyand she confirmed the order was wrong. Ill be honest, they made a big deal about bringing the correct order and we decided to eat what they brought. I was not impressed with the tasteless chicken wings. I went to the washroom and they didnt have water so you couldnt flush and none of the washrooms was in service. Forget about soap, its a 99% water and 1% soap mix.At the end the waitress came to get payment and she tipped herself 10$, not what we asked for. My family felt uncomfortable since the girls were busy flirting with my husband I just thought it was funny how disrespectful they were.I would not recommend this place, I dislike leaving bad feedback but I dont want anyone to be disapointed...just go to a local restaurant.

Food is really good. Attention is always good. The only thing I have to complain is about the timing for prepare and serve the food. It took almost an hour! But at the end, the food was good so it worthy

Went in with a group, I was the first to order but they never got my food. Apparently the waitress didn’t write it down. Too late to attend, and food wasn’t good at all.

Well, what can be said. It was a hooters restaurant! Lol. Salad was terrible, but their buffalo chicken sandwich was tasty, and service was average. It was a nice change, great scenery, but probably wont visit again for a long time.

Nobody was at the front door to take us to the table, we order curly fries and we got regular french fries instead and nobody told us before or after that there were no curly fries, plus they brought the fries a while before the wings as an entry... why??? Arent fries a side. Besides, service was slow and the food took forever and the restaurant was not full!!! The waitresses were talking with the supervisor and walking around. My experience in Hooters in Albrook was excellent but calle 50 was dissapointing!

It took them forever just to bring the menu and different from the known Hooters standard, waitress have not even introduced herself, just threw it on the table. Also there was no draft beer .. definitely not what we expect from a Hooters ! We left without ordering.

Good food nice place.

Its a good place to watch games, have fun with friends and eat some good wings and other sides. Girls are nice and very good at making sure you are having a good time and enjoying your food.
