Food wasnt good at all. Service was friendly

Food was great and the beer was cold. Service was terrible. The waitress kept walking by and totally ignored us. I had to call to her loud to get some service. She came back once to see how we were doing. Not cool.

Due a computer problem, lack of management problem took over an hour to get our food with few tables and people who arrived after us were almost done eating and paying by the time we got our meals

Went to see the UFC 279 event, food was decent but what was most disappointing was when the main card began the connection was lost what a bummer!!!! Never again..

Our double meat cheeseburgers were just Marvelous! & definitely TRY the Fried PICKLES appetizer! Certainmy Delicious Food!

I love their wings and their flavors, I always tolerated bad service and their slowness, but today 20 min and not even getting close, it was my limit I leave your restaurant

Despite that it was a packed house because of the UFC Fight, the food was brought to the table pretty fast. Ive been in there before with no one in there and they take long.

Philly cheese steak sandwich is my go to meal it is prepared when ordered. The cheese is always melted and sandwich is hot. Sayla is the bartender we also sit at the bar with her and she provides great service.

Our waitress was the best. Her name was Kassy and she was nice fast and very energetic loved the service and the food was good. Recommend the steamed shrimp.

Food was good the view even better. Stopped to pick up done fried pickles and a cheese steak sandwich, love them pickles. The sandwich wasnt bad, a bit greasy, bread not toasted. I dont know if I was supposed to request so. The serving was good, again the grease made the bread fall apart. The only grease/oil should come from is the cheese and not everything else. Service was great and prompt.

Slow service. Might be under staffed. The present staff however were very friendly.

5/10/22 9:30 Server seated us and we were never attended even though there were three waitresses serving tables next to us. Ended up walking out, probably for the best. This was the filthiest Hooters I have ever been to. 🤮

Gave this place a chance, order a beer, they forgot about it and only to come back to tell me they had ran out of the beer i had order, order anotger beer and took also very long to finally bring it, lets see how this goes

Waited 30 minutes at the table with the menus and did not even get our drink orders put in, we ended up leaving after about 35 minutes. Do not recommend.

Subpar food, horrible service, staff hung out in the kitchen to play on their phones (along with the bartender), manager was non existent. We had to get one of the cleaning ladies to find someone to close out our bill 20-30 minutes after we were done eating.

Awesome took the kids they enjoyed their meals wings curly fries wife and I enjoyed our beers my 6 yr old son took a photo his dream came true 🤣🤣 overall awesome 👍👍

Food was really good. Service was very bad. “Sweet Sam” was our server. She should be called “Slow Sam”. I take people out to eat all the time for my job, and I can’t remember the last time we had such bad service anywhere. Slow to get drinks, even slower for food. My sweet tea sat empty for 15 minutes. There are other dining options in the same area, I will try something different next time.

I would like to say that the waitresses were extremely nice! Good customer service and all. We even gave a nice tipHowever, the food itself tasted a bit odd almost microwaved, it made me feel sick and I didnt even want to take it out.

It was our 1st time coming here cuz we came in town for my Aunts Funeral and just needed a place to crash out for one night and this place is great, so keep up the great work Guys and May God Bless you all.......

as I sit in the toilet I can only blame Hooters!!, Ive read the reviews about soggy fried pickle .. well it is true. the food was cold and , the wings were the worse which is the only reason I went

I was very disappointed... Ive heard that hooters had the best wings... They were very average. Never EVER get fish and chips, theyre terrible. The service was ok, all regulations in place. The toilet facilities smelled very badly, toilet paper all over the floor, no paper towels or any other options for dry hands after washing them. I dont think Ill ever be back.

This place SUCKS. They are slow as hell and they eff up your order. Dirty table, no attention to detail, waited 40 min for my first drink after already waiting 25 min for the waiter to arrive.

Curious about that place, ended up being a disappointment. When a simple salad is not done right what do you expect about everything else. Shrimp tacos only had two small ones per taco. At that price I would of expected at leat 4 shrimps. Service was terrible the girl never looked at me when talking to me. Never came back after food was brought out.

Food is great, and some of the staff is friendly. But most of the time expect a long wait time before getting drinks or even food. Sometimes the waitress wont even come to your table after 30 min, you might leave before anyone comes or youll place your order just to be told after 40 min that it never went through, its always a surprise.

We waited for over 30 minutes to have our host greet us. Other hosts walked past us when we tried to get their attention. I understand that sometimes theres miscommunication but all employees should be taught to be aware of all customers regardless of whether they were assigned the table or not. Service was okay afterward.

Ordered through uber eats. $5 gallon of lemonade, it was pretty much clear. Tasted like the bottom of a glass of lemonade after all the ice melted. I feel as though i should give at least two stars because i was at least able to make a nice jug of kool-aid from it

Hated it! Could smell the dirty disgusting restroom from where we were sitting! Waited over and hour for our order of wings and oisters! Worst hooters by far! As a matter fact worst restaurant in Laredo I have been too.

Food was great, the girl that was serving us also was very helpful and pleasant. Went there with my kids and We really had a good time..

Very disappointed, restrooms were disgusting. Smelled like sewer waste, papers all.over the floor, toilet seats were dirty, and the trashcan foot pedal had about 3 inches high of grime and dirt. One of the sinks was out of order and the paper towel dispenser was backed up too. Food took about 45 min to come out, we ordere 10 wings and 2 kids meals. Arrived cold, waitress forgot to bring the celery sticks we ordered, she said she would bring them out, however never did. When she brought the check she said she forgot and apologized. Cleaniness 👎 service 👎 food temperature 👎

Negatives - The burger was bland. There was no sauce nor any condiments on the burger, despite my specific order. The toppings options were extremely limited and did not include jalapeños. Raw options were virtually nonexistent. The price was at least double what a burger of that quality should have cost. Despite already overcharging for the burger, they also charged extra for any toppings beyond the basic lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles.Positives - They provided an ample amount of fries. The food was prepared in a timely manner. They provided mayonnaise as well as ketchup, for dipping the fries.

They took about an hour to deliver our food and also got our order wrong. The server probably forgot we were sitting outside. We arrived and we sat outside no one came to take our order. We went inside and asked to be seated. It got dark and the outside lights were never turned on.

Ive been to this particular location several times while working in the area. Never had a bad experience, bad meal, or bad time.

Only good thing was the sweet tea. Employees were to busy on their phones to pay attention to the customers. Worst ever experience at any Hooters and I travel A LOT!

Had dinner with the family. Horrible service. Food was brought out 1 plate at a time About 10 minutes apart. 30 minutes later I find out Waitress didnt even put in my order. I used to love coming here but recently service has been mediocre at best. At least the beer was cold.

Update 6/29/21: What a difference 14 days makes. Ordered over $100 with tip of food online for my family. Went to pick it up and WOW! Chaos! Wait staff sitting in corner on phones, cooks in shorts walking in and out of kitchen, no one at the front welcome area. After an extra 20 minutes to get food, I get home and two orders of fries missing. For $13, I got to go back and get them My family eats, while Im getting fries. Manager is a young girl who allows all this to go on. Any other city, a reputable restaurant chain would have comped me my fries and attempted to make up for the cold wings waiting at home for me. Food tasted ok, but not what it was in store two weeks ago for lunch. Wife and I still going to give it another try for date night, but as they say...third time is the true test.As a previous restaurant owner, I see the signs, and the signs arent good. Tuesday nights should be managed better than a packed house Friday night. Please, the food is good and the restaurant has a great atmosphere; dont let it go down the tubes and end up closing.I dont know why I havent been eating here. Food and staff were great. I liked this one better than any Ive been to in San Antonio. Wife and I will be going here for casual date night.

06/06/21 I was really looking forward to watching the Mayweather vs Paul fight, but sadly the TVs were constantly turning on and off. It would have been better if y’all just didn’t show it and it was really annoying that I can’t watch it well. I should’ve just paid $60 at home, better than getting interrupted every 5 seconds!!Food was good and waitress was super kind! But I don’t think I will come back here to watch sports

When we got there the hostess didnt sit us right away. She was just standing there talking to this other girl. But our waitress was really nice n attentive. Samari was her name. The food didnt take long at all. I really liked that 😊

Service was phenomenally horrible.Restaurant was half full. Most of the waitresses, greeter and bartenders were no where to found or eating and chatting with each other instead of working.I ordered a Cesar salad to go with the greeter after waiting at the bar for about 5-10 minutes for someone to take my order. The greeter and friend did respond to waiting at the takeout pickup desk and promptly went back to break and chatting with friend. I waited 30 minutes, paid %8.25 for a $8.21 because apparently give exact change was too inconvenient, and received chopped lettuce with some croutons and not fully cooked chicken bits with ranch dressing which considerably less than listed for Cesar salad.During the 30 minutes I saw the manager come out of the kitchen to go to the washroom looking like he was having one heck of a day. Saw another kitchen staff member come out and do busboy rounds and inquire if someone had assisted me yet before heading back into the kitchen. Those 2 and 2 waitresses tending the Restaurant (not including the barwere the only people I saw working. There were 4-6 waitresses and staff eating and chit chatting with each other. Literally there were more employees eating in the restaurant than customers because apparently whatever issue was happening in the kitchen wasnt affecting the employees getting there food, just the customers.The greeter did Try to accomplish the task of getting my order even though she had no clue how to do the job (the greeter position is typically the entry level or trainee position so not terribly unexpected). She didnt give exact change, didnt stay at her post when customers were present (went back to chit chatting with her friend and waiting for her food which she got before I did - she mightve been on break), didnt check the order (had to go back for utensils - and obviously the order was subpar). Wasting another 30 minutes of my time was losing too much on futile situation.If the experience had been less horrible the busboy and greeter wouldve bumped up the rating 1 star for effort.The staff roster at this restaurant is due for cleaning by business administration to fire the freeloaders who are apparently there to hangout for a paycheck or pretend to be supermodels or some garbage like that. Understaffed is better than bad staff like that.

Ordered fried pickles and wings through postmates 40 bucks and the pickles were soggy and under fried and the wings were horribly over cooked could barely chew them. Blue cheese dressing was the only edible thing I got. As a truck driver a rarely get good food but I splurged and ordered it big mistake nothing like the Hooters back home in Florida. Need better fry cooks.

Service is ok, a little slow for not having that many people. Waitress was nice and drinks were cold and food was good.

Excellent service from blonde bartender Cat, made me feel special and welcomed. Recommend the buff shrimp as well :)

Bloody Marys are good here and the staff is super friendly. I went for lunch with my son and husband; they were so happy to come here for some reason. I think the wings could have been better but I doubt people come here for the wings. I had the Texas cheesesteak and it was pretty good.

One star because there isnt a lower rating. Hostess Karina told us there was a 15 minute wait to sit at the bar then sat 2 guys at the bar. I asked why and she said, "there isnt a table near the bar for you". Open seats at the bar and she said that the bartender was too busy so we couldnt sit there. We reported it to the very nice manager and left.UPDATE: GM called and apologized. Offered to make it up to us. I appreciated the gesture and offer but will probably not return. Dont want to give the impression that I was just out for a free meal. We may give it a shot the next time we are in town.Update: 12/13/18Much much better. Service was excellent, food and beer were good.
