New place that has great vibes. A little pricey but overall great place to hangout and have fun. Music was great

The flavors they got are good and i like them, but i can do this at home. This place is ok but the owner has favorites and will ask you to move to another spot so his favorites could sit there, and the price not really worth it

Ive waited over a month...owner/manager has a horrible attitude problem...I still have not received my refund...was told I would be contacted by a guy named Micheal in regards to info....was told "next time talk with someone before writing a review on the internet cuz some people dont like that" well I gave you a chance I talked with a couple of people and no one has reached out and contacted me.

If you are looking for a relaxing place to sit down and have a good time with friends. Do not come here at all! The owner/manager is overly childish and is horrible with customers. He has the worst attitude and is not reasonable at all. Everything is overpriced , from the entrance fee to the snacks. The couches are all burnt and beat up. The music is way too loud and the atmosphere is way too dark. I wondered why there wasn’t any customers when I walked in & after one night I understand why. He picks and chooses who to service. Do not spend your money here, you will spend more than you need to for a horrible experience. The hookahs aren’t even good enough for me to want to stay for what I paid.

Visited about a week ago...was told by employee the owner would reach out to me regards to a refund because I was unsatisfied with customer service. And still no owner has contacted me and I left my information. Nor has a refund been given

Not recommended. Was threatening me just cause I was honest about asking for hookah with lotus bowl and was told no but advertises it on instagram. Sorry not hating but truth is truth.

Guy was very attentive but not up in your face every five seconds which is great.

Walked in for two seconds, first impressions: music too loud, too cold, prices over-expensive especially for Berwyn. Cheaper hookah in downtown Chicago! No wonder not a single customer inside.

Awful customer service, the employee takes pictures of the IDs, although I spefically asked if he was taking pictures and he said no. He will post your address and name is his replies to negative comments. After callling him to address this, he was very childish, hostile, and racist. If you love rascim, bad customer service, and hostility this is the perfect place for you. If you read other negative reviews this will confirm this. I will be contact with better the business beurea, google, and a legal council in regards to this business’s inappropriate distribution of personal customer information. I enocourage all other customers who have had similar experiences to do the same, in order to take an awful business like this out of the picture.

I’ve been here before and was charged for per hookah, not per person. Came in again and was treated with absolute disrespect and told that they’ll be charging 15 per person if your smoking and $10 if not smoking, although he had literally not a single customer in there. I hope their New Years resolution is to up their customer service and to have set prices, rather than basing it on whether they have business or not. Will never come back again.

This place is way too loud the hookah water is always to low or to high also very packed with very little air flow I thought it be a fun hang out spot but i wasted my time and money. Hookah buzz has music at perfect amount I can enjoy and talk to my friends where as in hookah Hannah the music is always blasting and I have to lean over and yell. The couches are uncomfortable and from I’ve seen from other reviews it hurts others backs. The workers at hookah buzz are always helping and can always be found. At hookah Hannah it seems like there hiding in the back I’ve asked 3 separate times for regular coals. The prices are ridiculous as well. personally I think it’s theft. This is nothing personal just sharing my experience. If you wanna take my advice good. But don’t bash me on my personal experience. Theirs a reason for the plentiful low ratings so don’t compare yourself to hookah buzz the highest rated hookah spot in the Chicago land area.

Horrible experience!! I thought it would be a fun night to take my coworker to this place since it’s literally down the road from me and neither of us had tried it. We went in, met this nice lady who joined us in our session. The “owner” took our cards and I thought it was to charge us but who knows for what now. We leave thinking everything is okay. Next thing you know the cops are knocking on my door telling me that we never paid. What the hell?!? The owner claims he told us that the systems were down which was never said to either one of us. Come on man! Was this necessary?! I just checked my account & $40 bucks was charged when it’s $15 a person. Never going to this place again. Too bad zero stars is not an option. ✌️

One of the best Hookah Bars I’ve been to! Great vibe and the hookah flavors are great! The staff is very friendly and will help you out with the tobacco flavors if you aren’t familiar with them! I would recommend to anyone!

The ultimate reason to leave this review was to let others (non-regularsknow how terrible this place is, just like any normal person we too went to this business looking at their reviews, but I suppose many others might be willing to turn a blind eye to what this business does. The hookah was worse than what I had at a worst place: whereby coal changes needed us to get up and ask for it, rather than them coming as a courtesy, after a while the hookah flavor became overwhelming, which took 10 mins of waiting and 2 reminders to the service person. The worst thing is: they can’t take a bad review. One of us had the audacity to post it while we were there and that got so upsetting to the owner that he felt like confronting us about it, and go as far as using cuss words. Now that behavior set off one of our group members, and he started reciprocating in the same manner which led to them calling the police and they asked us to leave, fair enough! Moral of the story: there’s many other businesses who would value the customer more than their own ego, why would you wannna go to some place who can’t take freedom of speech.P.S. the owner will feel like he HAS to let the community know of my address in the reply (done in the past reviewsso here it is: xxxx xxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxx. LASTLY: they take a picture of your ID (thus the address liting of customers), which I wouldn’t allow if I knew it, certainly I will have to contact the Alderman of the area to inquire about these business practices.

My group was instantly disappointed about selecting this place upon entering the premises.2The atmosphere is a bit too loud. I prefer places where you can listen to the music, but also to someone sitting across the table without the person having to lean closer and (stillshout.3The sofas are pretty bad. It is not comfortable to sit in, and when a friend tried to change his seat and jumped on the sofa, it hurt his behind (it is that bad).4The hookah was the cheapest kind I have ever seen at a hookah lounge, especially for the price they charge. The connections to the (rubberhose would often come out at two points: the holder where the mouthpiece is inserted, and the connector to the hookah itself.5The flavor and strength got messed up again and again due to some reason, requiring constant attention.6As our hookah kept on getting messed up again and again, we constantly had to get up and look for the waiter to come and fix it (after waiting for a while looking for him), instead of him coming out to us as one should. He told us rudely not to go to the back area looking for him, and at times we had to ask him twice before he would come and fix the issue/change the coal.7The manager/owner that greeted us after coming in had an unfriendly tone from the beginning. A friend came in a bit later with a beverage in his hand and came directly to our table to greet us, and the manager followed him and leaned into our personal space demanding to take the beverage away in a rude manner. This unprofessional conduct combined with the bad hookah upset my friend enough to write a review while we were still there. After a short while, the manager came up to us in an aggressive stance, asked him if he was the (cuss wordone who wrote the review. My friend let the cuss word slide, trying to keep his cool and handle the situation without conflict. Then the manager proceeded to come into our personal space yet again, sitting down on the closest seat to my friend, and started abusing him for doing so (instead of trying to solve the issue like any good business should). This set my friend off, and he started replying in the same manner he was being talked to. The manager, who obviously started the conflict, called the police on us, after which we left the place for good. After we left the premises, he replied to two of our reviews in a rude manner (again), and also put their names and addresses at the end of the reply. I havent seen a worse display of character in my life. Im not sure what he was trying to accomplish by pulling this stunt, which was also illegal, but he removed his replies after a third review mentioning the legality of his reply, and potentially contacting the alderman of the area.

70$ for 2 regular hookah and 3 tea!!$ it’s to much, but the service was good!!

They have a menu with a very wide selection of flavors and its inexpensive to have a one hour smoking session. Its only $15 and you can even mix the shisha flavors. They also have high quality vaporizors and hookahs. The vaporizors are a bit on the pricey side, but its worth it considering all the accessories it comes with. It includes a grinder, extra mouthpieces, extra filters, a cleaning brush, a charger, and a tray to put your tobacco on.

Me and a friend went to go chill, only paid for the hookah. They gave us a pizza out of nowhere. We begin to dip in before manger came up and ask to if we order it. We said no, and then he ask if we wanted it still, assuming they were gona throw it away cuz we already touch it, we said yes. After we finished about to leave, little dude said that 6in pizza was $12. We said no, no price was given to is before we ate it and he didnt say we had to pay for it. Little dude ended calling cops and kept saying we were petty, even though he call cops over $12 and even though they messed up. Funny night

Came here for my daughters 18 birthday per her request. None of us are actually smokers in real life, but it is something 18 yo people like to accomplish I think. We had a lot of fun. They have a huge selection of flavors and the staff/servers are super friendly and attentive. They made recommendations and showed us how to use everything, it felt like they were happy to be at work...which makes for a 5 star review in my book. We went on a Friday night and everyone working that night was great, I am actually pretty impressed! We even bother several staff to take photos for us with no complaints. No food is available but there are non- alcoholic drinks for purchase. Price is decent. Thank you to everyone working that night for making our celebration special.

Very good Hookah. Excellent service. Price is very reasonable. Hookah flavours are wide collection and the serve Fakher, Nakhla, Starbuzz... All in all very recommended.

Good place, its more of a hip hop chill place with nice Tvs all around usually with Music videos playing so u could kick back and watch

Its amazing , I went once for 2 months straight. Its a wonderful atmosphere , you feel welcomes and the hookah smokes great. They use coca Naras instead of quick light as and actually light them correctly unlike the other hookah bars. I have been to 5 in the area and this is by far the best. I have been smoking hookah for 6 Years now and still havent found anything that beats this place. The music is inviting rap and current trending songs. Thy have new hookah and good hookah heads. I have never had a issue and the flavor mixing is perfect. They make sure you are satisfied and that the flavor is to your taste. The owner is delightful as well as the rest of the workers. The chairs are comfetable. No smoking cigarettes inside in case you where woundering. Snacks and drinks are available. You become family not just a stranger. I cant stress enough how good this place is.

First-timer here....Really great place: comfortable, neat, clean, great atmosphere. Though the music was allllll the same genre throughout the entire night, the customer service was awesome: attentive, friendly, unobstructed with. Good job, Hookah Hanna!

Came in on a mondayIt was amazing took my girl and we had a blast. The vibe was awesome and very clean. We ordered a ice hookah with mango and peach flavor. Definitely recommend to everyone in the area.

Amazing, the shisha quality is fantastic! The owner is also such a likable guy and helps newcomers get comfortable in his lounge.

Visited this place on 6/18/14, I have to say way better then I anticipated. The atmosphere was great, the couches were not discussing or gross, quite pleasant actually to relax in. The biggest factor besides the place being clean and presentable was the customer service of the owner. John was very helpful and is willing to go out of this way to make you feel welcome. Definitely one of the best hookah places Ive ever visited.

It is the best hookah bar you can go to. It clean and really modern. Large hookahs. Tons of flavors. Its also $12 a person when coming in with a group. Pretty great price. The owner even helps explains how to use it if its the first time. Really laid back. Came here around 8pm. Didnt leave til 11pm. So great.
