Cheap, undercooked, raw, super salty, and tasteless garbage. Customers should eat at Panda Express. You’re better off eating frozen Chinese food which is a million times tastier than this soggy piece of trash. Your business will not last I tell you that much; especially if you don’t have your employees do things correctly in order for your business to succeed. Just wait until the department of health sees what you have done again. Don’t serve undercooked and non-wearing PPE to serve customers; unless you’re looking for a lawsuit or lawsuits from customers for food poisoning. You will get shutdown… If I were you I would tell your employees to do their jobs and you should to as a business owner. You have the nerve to argue with me as your former customer and you’re the business owner. You refused to refund me and you gave me attitude and your manger did too. That’s why I reported you to the department of health anyways. Useless…

The food is good but one time one of the guys had no shirt and a burned mark but still kept on cooking without shirt or bandages to wear

I don’t recommend the honey walnut prawns it’s way over breaded. I should of stuck to my regular spot but I decided to try an big regret. I like mines made a different way.

I want to give Hong Kong another star but can not. This restaurant just needs some bean sprouts in the Chow Mein and alot more Sweet and Sour sauce. Recently I received no sauce at all on my order. My sweet and sour chicken, had no sweet and sour .. Very unfortunate.

Ate here for the first time today.. not the best.. no flavor.. just bad vibe eating the food. Wont be returning. Hoping we all do not get sick. Spend money somewhere else...

This place serves the best chicken noodle soup! Especially the shrimp jalapeños youve got to try those. Ive been a costumer since 2016! Such a lovely menu 😋

I went to get my food brought it home & warmed it up & ate it ! It was SO Good Delicious ! I am going to come back. When U open the soy packets be careful the soy comes out quickly.

Staff was fast and nice. Food was relatively cheap and to my surprise of good quality and large quantity. Will come here more often for sure.

I’m 22 and my family has been coming here my entire life and my parents have been coming here since before they were even married that’s how good it is. Honestly since having this Chinese food I’ve moved around and this is still the #1 Chinese food I crave on a regular basis. If you haven’t had it yet, this is your sign to try it out now, you will not regret it.

Food is great, prices are good, portions phenomenal and employees are very nice. You must order ahead because its one of the most popular Chinese restaurants. Otherwise you will be waiting a long time. For now no dine in only take out.

We have eaten Hong Kong for many, many years now and have never had a bad meal. The taste is fresh, the food is attractive and our service is great. Not a fancy type place but I like it the best around.

We are new to Modesto from northern California and were excited to try this restaurant after it reopened. The food is delicious. Next time I will ask for less onion and I did find a large onion skin in my Mongolian Chicken but otherwise the food is great!

My family and I have come to this restaurant for years and have never left dissatisfied. The owner, Mike, is very attentive and nice to his customers. The wait staff is accommodating and the food is always timely and delicious. This is my go-to Chinese food restaurant, and will continue to be until it closes.

By far my favorite Chinese food place in Modesto. Little hole in the wall with great food. If I had to recommend anything it would be their broccoli beef combo or lemon chicken combo. Their garlic chicken is good to.

Great AUTHENTHIC food at a reasonable price for the portions that are served, been going here since i was a kid....if you want some real Chinese food this is the spot to go

I have been coming here since before I could drive. I am now in my 60s. Everyone is kind and willing to help me because Im disabled. The prices are more than reasonable. I have recently introduced my friends to this wonderful establishment. Try it. You wont be disappointed.

Hong Kong is the best! My family and I come for every birthday, anniversary, family celebration. We feed our family of 12 for bout $90 (family-styleand usually come home with at least 1 take home box. The owner and waitresses always greet us with smiles and giggle when we place our order, cause its always the same. Food served is traditional and yummy. Always made fresh to order, full plates served, fair priced, lots of options, and comfortable & relaxed environment. We see many regular customers pickup orders as we have dinner there, definitely a favorite local spot. I definitely recommend if you love chinese food.

Best won ton soup ever....its actually war won ton and the teriyaki chicken is also excellent. Overall the food is very very good it is a little family owned place and I highly recommend it. Owners are very friendly as well

Ordered take out from here 1st time hot and sour soup and I was really disappointed I never had hot and sour soup contain any type of ground meat . Kung pow chicken was also lacking flavor. Orange chicken was cold.

The food is always good never any complaints about that. However the time management is not their strong suit. I call in every time maybe once a month or so for the last 15 yrs. Every time I call they tell me the food will be ready in 20 min. Here I stand doing a review 1hr later waiting on my food.

Was the worst Chinese Food I ever ate. The food was so hard you could not even Pierce it with your fork I asked to get It re made and all they did was put more sauce on it. Please dont waste your money Id rather be hungry.

Great place. Have eaten their for years & years. Beleive it is some of best Chinese food around. Very large portions for good price. One of best dishes, War Wonton soup. OMG, GREAT. But all is a close 2nd. Try it...

I ordered a chicken noodle soupAnd they bring me some thick soup and the chicken smells like fishWhen I asked if they could change it they started yelling at me and saying Im wasting food, hence not realizing that the food they got me smelt really off!And later after a few arguments they gave me chicken fried rice as to what I ordered later and didnt charge me for the soupDont order no noodle soup here

We came in at the last min sar down and ate..me my wife and 5 month old baby and they were great a little pushy to order but what can you expect when they close in 20 min. Food was great, honey walnut shrimp to die for and my baby said Dada for the first time in the parking lot when were leaving. All around great service and note..

Love the food here. They have walnut shrimp, which is my favorite dish. I tried to see if they would make me orange beef instead of orange chicken once and they would not accommodate me. Shame. The inside is clean but not extravagant.

Best Chinese food i ever ate hands down. Really great customer service, family owned. When me and my girlfriend go they know us so well we dont even need a menu they know exactly what we want. I order chicken chow mein and pork fried rice. She orders pork chow mein and chicken fried rice, which is the exact opposite. My family really loves this place we usually have family lunch there on birthdays and what not. I repeat best Chinese i ever ate and Im a chef.
