環境高雅，泊車方便，食物水平高和穩定，服務到位，價格比一般酒店内的中餐便宜。外望四周景色美麗, 馬場的跑道上绿油油的顏色特別亮麗，另人心境开朗。唯一不便是要會員帶同才可安排入內進食。

沙田會所內的Bistro Canter平常比較常去是會所的中菜Bistro Canter整體算是不俗，但不驚艷味道最好，我會說是生蠔拼盤，鵝肝雞肝醬和檸檬撻其他菜式，不難食，也說不上很好

You have the choice of sit down at a table restaurant or eat at the noodle bar for a quick bite. The latter has a set menu that is quite good value. Need less to say, the food is good at either the noodle bar or at the restaurant proper.

A gorgeous club house with a mix of various restaurants serving western and Chinese cuisines for the members and their friends. The Chinese restaurants are usually fully booked during race days. The standard of food is slightly disappointing in the recent years especially the buffet. The service is, however, very good.

Members only! Racing members OK. Full members usually just go to Happy Valley Clubhouse. Shatin Clubhouse is more low key. I went on a non racing day so parking was a breeze. its a shame - its a bit under utilized really. I live on the island so its a bit of a hike there. Save money by taking Central cross harbor tunnel and Lion Rock tunnel. Spend your saving on foods.
