Hong Kong Buffet in Cedar City

Very terrible restaurant. I never seen such unclear payment system and very bad food quality restaurant in Southwest America Area like Page city, Flagstaff, Hurricane, Las Vegas, Williams Chinese Buffet Restaurants.They required 15% tips per person despite of buffet restaurant. Really Crazy owner !!! I will not be there forever......

I like to buy buffet take-out here, because I dont eat much and feel that take-out is more cost-effective, but sushi is sold for 90 cents per piece, if you like sushi, it is more cost-effective to recommend dining buffet

We had a large party, they put us in the same area, but didnt put tables together. Food was okay. Nothing bad, nothing good. Probably wont return. Mainly because there are better choices in Cedar.

Your typical cheap chinese buffet. They have a great selection of chinese food and sushi. Their takeout portions are very generous which is plus. This price is very good so I reccomend this place to hungry students.

Other than the desert section, the food was good. At one point we needed extra napkins but those were hard to come by. Same for tableware. When I got up and asked for spoons for our ice cream the response was, "They are by the ice cream" (they were not). It seems that the restaurant was either short on staff or they just didnt care. We hadnt visited Hong Kong Buffet in about a year, things were better then.

Good food, many options to choose from. Fast and friendly Service. Will go back!

Dont recommend it.Hear me out before you disagree. Its good if the prices werent so high, but the quality of food is not worth what you pay. I also ate here and felt a bit sick afterwards, Im not known for having a weak stomach. Had a headache and a fever afterwards, and it was right after eating there. Ive eaten at the Mandarin, Ninja Steak House, and the other places and that never happened with those restaurants. Dont eat here.

We are here on Tuesday at 6:00 pm.. a little busy...BUT the food is cold to slightly warm.. i was disappointed..

Its a buffet, so dont expect anything super fancy as long as you keep that in mind, its an alright place to eat. Go during busier times for the freshest food. Theyre pretty good at keeping up with the demand. If you go during off-peak hours, things may not be as fresh.They have not been using the air conditioning much this year and its uncomfortably hot in the building.

Woman qt front counter was rude & condescending. Also over charge and got snappy at me when I spoke upon it. Sign says 6.99/lb for Dinner I had a plate for 1.10lbs which is 1.1 lbs then charged me 12.19. Said it was 1 and 10 ounces which is not correct when I tried to explain that got upset then refused a refund but ultimately gave me one.

Does not seem to be much difference between the lunch and dinner menus accept the price

I told my waitress there was a fly in my sushi and she started yelling at me that it was SEAWEED in-front of everyone! She made me feel so uncomfortable and ruined my dinner, I work in a restaurant and I know that people do that to get free stuff but I really dont.

Excellent selection. Delicious and fresh food (we went for lunch). Prompt service with drink refills and removing finished plates. Clean seating areas and tables. They even played Chinese music to add to the ambiance of the dining experience.

Went right when open. Some food seemed from day before. Cold green beans. Flavor was on point. Friendly staff will definitely go back.

Two stars because the water was refreshing, the dessert was okay, and I didn’t notice any obvious dirt at our table.However, everything else was definitely not worth $14.99. The food was cold, the noodles were bland, and the vegetables were overcooked. My boyfriend and I both had stomach issues afterwards. I won’t go there again.

Great food! Fresh and delicious! We went a few months ago and didn’t really care for it. Decided to give it another try. Everything was wonderful. Get there early for the best freshness and quality. Service was also great.

Majority of the food was cold. All of the sushi we tried was pretty horrible and had been sitting out far too long. Ice cream was terrible. Unfortunately won’t be coming back.

Gave it 4 stars not 5 because of dining table cleanliness. Good is great, staff is very nice and personable. Huge variety including dessert bar. This is one of the best Chinese buffets Ive been to. Please clean your tables and chairs....

Theres not much to choose but the selection is good and different. My husband said their type of Chinese food lacks taste but I loved the crab-imitation dish. The place is clean too

Food was cold! Husband is puking and severe pains in his stomach from eating there. Right as we were telling them the food was cold they were filling the steam table. They said because we ate some of the food they could only give us a discount. DO NOT EAT THERE!!!!!!

The food is absolutely terrible, not only is it cold but very very old. Left me feeling sick for a couple days. The staff certainly likes to chatter and make fun of the guests, as the continuously kept staring at my wife whispering to eat other and laughing. Its severely over priced and Best of All if you dont leave a tip for bad food and bad service theyll go ahead and charge your card 25% anyway. Leaving you not only bad taste in your mouth but in your stomach as well. DO NOT GO HERE, END OF STORY.

Food was fresh cooked, sushi taste delicious but our experience was ruined for our server/host person. In one point she approached our table just to appoint me on a very rude way and said that I get stuff from the dinner menu so therefore I will have to pay dinner price , I felt really embarrassed in from of my family so at the exit we tried to talk to her about it and in response she yell at us and ignored us when I tried to explain. Very delicious food but costumer service is very disappointing.

Food was great for the price of the buffet, lemonade was also good but the service was exceptional! The nice Chinese lady tending to my table spoke Spanish to me. That there, was an extra value.

This is the worst Chinese restaurant I ever went to. The lady who service us was SO rude. She talks bad about me and I heard it. The staff there was been very impatient to customers. Their food are terrible too! The rice was very HARD and it taste like sand. The meats are SO unfresh. I can feel it hurts my throat when I swallow the meat. Very bad experience! WORST service and WORST food.

We came pretty late yesterday and had no time to dine in. So we decided to take out the food from buffet.We like sushi very much. Because the time was late it was not good choice on them. The sushi man was so kind and helpful, he cooked for us specially fresh sushi on our request. Even we could order sushi rolls that they didnt have in their buffet menu without any additional price. The sushi were so good with a lot of fish/staff inside. We even didnt expect to get suck good quality from the buffet menu.All other food was very good and fresh. Even they offered some special Chinese courses that sometimes its difficult to find in regular restaurants.Because we were very tired from the long road we forgot to leave tips. So I decided to write a good review on our experience ☺️ next time we will not forget that! Thank you!

What food they had was good, some was cold, they could use more variety of items to eat. Restroom could use an upgrade! Service was really good though. Friendly attentive staff.

Sure not as good ad it used to be. The food was bad, hot and sour soup had no flavor,The beef was so tuff I spit it out, fried shrimp was so over cooked it was dried out, scallops were mushy. Low mein was just plain disgusting.We went on a Sunday and the cost was unbelievable, 14.99 a person. Did not even include the crab legs or drinks.Very disappointing. Will never go back. To be honest, they should go out of business

Good food at a good price.I prefer the take out option at $5.95 per lb. since I dont normally eat a lot at one meal. With take out I can get 2 meals or more for the price of the buffet.But its also a good deal as a buffet, I just tend to eat too much when I do that because there are so many good tasting options.

My family and I are so happy with this restaurant!!! The food is everything you want it to be! Nothing was dried out, everything was fresh and moist, prices were great & food was delicious! Our server/busser was so friendly! Cant wait to go back next week 😁

Not the best chinese food you will ever have, but still pretty tasty. The weekend dinner prices were totally made worth it by the abundance of steamed crab legs and sushi.The service was excellent. We were greeted and sat quickly. Our drinks were filled often. And wait staff would ask as they passed if everything was good and could they do anything for us.

Well if you want a good colon cleanse, and a good throw up session.... This is the place to eat. Its been 5 days since I ate at this place, and I still cant keep anything down. I have never felt so sick. Great way to loose some quick weight!!! I will never eat here again. Not to mention the price for the food, and the quality you get is a joke!!! I will never go here again or recommend it to anyone!

This place had lots of selections but not all of it was good. It was hot inside. Average sunday price. Fried rice and noodles was good...

The sushi is great along with the other dishes, lots of variety to choose from.

Im sorry I respect the low price of this buffet and if you really go through the food thoroughly you can find some good enough food to eat. Like I liked the Frozen or the shrimp at the shrimp cocktail not the fried fish and shrimp. And I could also Sushi was not bad for Buffet sushi but the main Chinese food.The soup was good and luckily they had enough food that you can find enough to get full but definitely would not go back.

This was the first time I visited this Buffet. The restaurant was clean. I looked around and they have a great selection of food. They even had sushi the quality of food was average. The service was good and dirty plates were removed from our Table very quickly. They even had a small selection of desserts. I would eat here again the price is very reasonable

We have eaten here a few times. Quality off food varies depending on whos cooking. Always clean at the buffet and on the floor. Bathroom could be cleaner. Friendly staff who try hard to please everyone. I dont believe the stories about spiders climbing it of hot food more do I believe the pubic hair comment. Maybe it was your own because you didnt wash your hands. Staff are very well dressed and manicured. Great place for the price
