The Ritz-Carlton، Al Hada, Riyadh 12912, Saudi Arabia, Riyadh
Hong - Chinese restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
The Ritz Carlton in Riyadh is always an exceptional experience. Special thanks to the VIP treatment of chefs Tarun Paul and Roshan.
Had a good time in the Strike Bowling Alley, excellent service and friendly staff
An awesome experience ever get...each and every thing deserves 5 stars
Amazing 5 star hotelClean and friendly staff
This is the worst experience in my lifeRoom was not available on check in we had to wait for 45 minutesThe room view was not the same as reservedThere was no breakfast included and the reception said that I have to mentioned it and not them who should askThe room cards most of the time did not workReception had their system down during morning hours and I didn’t bother to check afterI guess if you are not someone known or important you don’t matter at all to them
Perfect for large events and spacious organizations. Highly secured and compatible for stay.Highly recommend 💯
Got a nice pre Birthday gift from the Ritz, thanks much to all the staff.
Sheer perfection. Staff, room, view, breakfast all superb. Had a wonderful stay here!
It was a very joyeful stayThe chef is excellentAs usual don t forget to order the black magic drinks
Its a Ritz Carlton. Rooms needs to be uplifted though. But awesome services.
What a ammazing hotel, royal service, everything is superb
What can i say.... Its a freaking Ritz Carlton. You know what to expect.Due for a renovation though. However, I enjoyed my stay. They do Hospitality right.
Beautifully constructed giving structural highlight of Ancient Rome. Located at the heart of Riyadh. A must visit place.
Vallet parking was impolite. Toilets in lobby was disgusting and there was no one looks after them. This is 2 star service. Calls to room service were not attended. Very negative experience. The building is fascinating but the service is 2 stars level at maximum. Cappachini in the lobby coffee shop does not worth it at all even if they pay you to drink it!!I will never come back.
Only stopped off for a cake and a drink. Both the fresh juice and filled pastry were delicious. Service was polite and efficient.
Excellent service and wonderful stay in such a majestic place 👏👏
Visited while driving past, and had dinner in the Italian restaurant. What was most remarkable was the hospitality of the staff in the lobby, who helps us to have post dinner desserts and tea.Beautiful hotel.
We had lunch there and the quality & variety of the food were unforgettable. Services team were extremely professional, plite and very helpful, especially Mr. Hamdy and Mr. Abdo who extended their extra mile support for my birthday celebration. Great team indeed.
The Friday brunch at the Ritz Riyadh was simply amazing. The food was absolutely fantastic, but what made the experience truly exception was the service. Sultan, Akhcay, Mayrel, Re-Ann and Kim made our experience truly exceptional. From the moment you are greeted walking into the lobby you are treated so well, with a friendly and courteous staff. This is a must do for a wonderful meal, great experience and amazing place to spend time with friends and family.
The place was great, quiet, and lovely. Every thing was perfect, especially the staff.
If youre a Saudi prince, there is no better place in the world to be imprisoned. Its so nice, youll never ask to be released.
We visited the brunch towards 3:00 pm. The waiters were acting impatient- wanting the day to be over with and we felt it. Clearing the table too often too soon, as if wanting us to leave. Hence the 3 stars..
Beautiful 🌹 ppl amazing staff polite respectful 🙏 helpfulThey Deserve my respect hats off
When looking for luxury, hold your horses. You found the birthplace of luxury!Typical Ritz quality and interior design, overly luxurious and staff are extremely hospitable and helpful.Facilities are on point and we need to do a shout out to the guys at the gym facilities, the schoolbook example of having a passion for hospitality! When you come out of the sauna and sit in the jacuzzi, they will offer you a fresh juice!Room service was super pleasant, Abdulrahman made sure to understand my needs and found a fun surprise and delight moment by showcasing the local coffee ritual and gave a magazine with what to visit in Riyadh! Such associate is worth gold! Definitely recommend the place!
Simply amazing - the staff here made me towel sculptures, the decor is stunning, and the food is incredible. True world-class luxury.
Very luxurious hotel as you would expect. The entrance however is a little tricky. We visited for the Buffet in alorjoan restaurant. It was meat lovers night probably one of the best buffet around.
This review is for the Ritz Carlton Riyadhs lack of response and unclear communication. I booked a 2 night stay for my mom. The stay was great, but when she was checking out she noticed she was charged double the amount. She spoke with the front desk who assured her the extra $800 would be refunded. It has been several weeks now, and no refund. Every time I call the Ritz Carlton Riyadh, I get directed to another person, whom then hangs up. The e-mail for the Ritz Carlton Riyadh provided on the website, is also non-existent. All e-mails I try to send in an attempt to solve this simple problem, bounce back. I have received zero help and it is really hard to get help via phone call/email from the Ritz, which is why Im not writing this review. Please solve this issue.
Great place, food, people and very warm welcome of the staff from the housekeeping team..Headed by Manager Jaime, thanks to Mr. Alvin, Sayed, Aslam, Lajom, Younus & Mangal..Keep it up the great work..looking forward to see you all again..very nice stay & unforgetable one😍😍😍
Start of reservation. I called 2 weeks ago and asked if I need a reservation for afternoon tea and was told -yes ,at least 2-3 days in advance + prepayment for each person (which is fine). We called yesterday again to book a table for 3 and were told that we can come without any bookings 🤨…Also no one responds immediately, you have to wait in line 5-10 minutes.High tea itself is good. Way better then Four Season has. But please, management, check the prices online cause it is not the same that we’ve been charged. And sweets are not the same like on a picture.
This is for the rudeness of the waiter Ali Ismail .. Not helpful ,very rude, snobby and careless . He didn’t bother for seating us or even clean the table , gave us a menu after a while, put it on the table that he didn’t clean very well, that it stained the menu paper! when we decided to leave.. he said : and you didn’t order too !!!What can I say more:/
On Behalf of Noura Khemakhem:I would like to leave a 5 star review to John Joseph who looked after me over my recent stay at the Ritz Carlton. John was particularly nice and welcoming and made my stay feel very comfortable. John has excellent attention to detail and I was very impressed with his positive attitude and nice gesture. I was very happy with his service and would like to bring this up to his manager and provide my gratitude and appreciation to John.
We will do no justice to this place with just a 5 star rating. It was like a beautiful dream you don’t want to end rather than a hotel stay. This is an adventure into the world of luxury and excellent customer service. You get the first impression that this place is full of VIPs and soon enough you feel that you are one of them. Employees in this place know how to treat you like a special guest and make you enjoy every minute of your stay. What I liked the most is how some employees in the hotel lobby make the effort to come into your way and make an eye contact just to greet you. While working on my lap top I received an email from the housekeeping head asking if everything was to my satisfaction in the room and if I needed anything else. I replied asking for some special toiletries to be delivered to my room at 8:45 the next morning and they sent them at 8:47 with an apology for the delay! The breakfast at the Arjan restaurant is something you don’t want to miss. The swimming pool is out of this world and gives an added pleasure of enjoying the surroundings and ambience.Don’t compare the price with other hotels because it will not be a fair comparison. If you enjoy staying at hotels then this is an experience you have to live at least for once.
The Ritz-Carlton in Riyadh is an state of the art property, with beautiful corridors, rooms and furniture, providing to the guest the expected RC customer experience and beyond. However some points still affecting the property, like the lounge still close, and the cigar lounge does not have cigars (yes a cigar lounge without cigars), the external areas are not used, like have a Shisha bar outside for the guests. The service on the loony bar need to improve, very slow. In the main restaurant where the breakfast is served is very good, also regarding the room service. My specific room had a problem with the key, and unfortunately the hotel did not manage well, every time I went back to my room I need to try open the door many times till the door was opened…
One of my favourite hotels in Riyadh .You can feel the royal and luxurious touch in it . Amazing restaurants with inside and outside sitting .Highly recommend to visit .
The room are expensive. The service is out standing . Very very friendly staff . Dont know very well the location but for me was bit far .The food is outstanding
Nice lobby, but old rooms and terrible front desk management. They’re unresponsive, unprofessional, and not willing to resolve my issue with the booking
Luxurious hotel with an amazing decoration ,We went there for iftar we was around 25 person and we tooked the 455 sr package per person , honestly no value for this amount , the food portions was very small and the taste was less than expectations , as well no soup has been served , service was slow ... thats why i rated 3 stars
Palace like from Alladin movie A place where one can feel like royalty. The rooms are large and the service is spectacular. Food is delicious. The people are sweet and very welcoming. The hotels facade was really a breath-taking splendor luxury limousines and chauffeurs for VIP ⭐️
Fantastic decor and interior. Ok food and drinks. The outdoor lounge is lovely to sit in. The rooms are a touch underwhelming.
The food quality was below average, almost of all the items served were cold specially stake. Most of the items were taste less and the fruits they served is low quality. I raised a complain to the manager but they didn’t took it seriously, as they were aware of it.The ambiance is awesome. The carpet in the reception is as dirty as door mat.Total visit was disappointing.😞 it’s totally not worth visiting for dinner.
There’s a fine line between tacky and decadent sometimes. This for me is one of the most beautifully decorated hotels in the world. The long drive up to the fountains let’s you know you’re somewhere special. They have various brunches throughout the week which are well worth it if you’re hungry. Sometimes there is a minimum spend of $40 even if you just want a water and read a book. However, it’s a spectacular hotel.
Firstly, when you drive into the area, it is super clean with a beautiful massive fountain ⛲️. There are many valet drivers and the valet manager there to assist you which is perfect because a place should always be staffed with a lot of staff rather than understaffed.Secondly, the receptionist(stake care of you and your family with utmost respect, while being very responsive and diligent with your booking.Third, there is someone handing out coffee and dates which is a little generous gesture that shows the hotels appreciation for their guests making us feel a warm welcome.Fourth, room’s were very tidy and clean, a little comment I would add is that they only had toiletry for one person even though we were two guests.Fifth, atmosphere is great from the lobby to the pool to the cafe with the hotel being cleaned very often keeping it “squeaky clean”.Finally, the prices for the menu are overpriced, my suggestion would be to lower those prices. All in 5/5 experience with the perfect customer service a guest would hope for.
Unquestionably lives up to its reputation of being in a league of its own in this city. I visited for the Friday Brunch and was blown away by the fantastic presentation, choice and flavours from a vast array of different foods. From fresh seafood to wonderfully succulent meat joints, through to salads and other specialist foods this was a spread like no other. The desserts were a spectacular spread of delectable looking and tasting treats. Fortunately you can go up as many times as you like. The dining room was flabouyant and spectacular and manged to generate a great ambiance despite its cavernous size. The staff were all well trained, attentive and friendly. This is a definite for a special Riyadh experience and highly suitable for a celebration.
I love the interior. Always enjoy by siting the lobby lunge to appreciate the classic deco. Today, the food quality in the lobby is a lot better, we were busy talking and forgot to take photos. The presentation, tastes of food are nicer and better, when I commanded to them, the staff told me they have their own kitchen now. Well done! Will love to come back soon, hopefully more restaurants where I can dine too.
