The rooms are moderate and at a reasonable price

Neat and comfortable rooms, spacious too. Rooms got balconies. AC works well and the environment is calm, quiet, secure and serene.They have got good customer service also. I am yet to taste their meal though but from what I can smell, hmm that egusi soap was smelling really nice o.A challenge for me though was that the power sockets arent close to the bed, at least in the room I stayed. May I should ask for a power extension.I should add that I lodged at the annex.

Nice and secured place to stay in Yola town. It ranks among the best places but has aging equipment and shares common location with a night club that could get noisy in some part of the hotel especially during weekend. No complimentary breakfast and some of the rooms have awful smelly licking toilet.

The place is nice but there were a lot of mosquito bites, the intercom was not working and the shower tap was bad.

The hotel is situated in a safe zone namely a similar surroundings like a GRA neighbourhood. Its a good place for a short or long stay and staff are very friendly and kind. They also have a banquet hall which can be used for small meetings or conferences. Although the restaurant is manageable.

Hometel Derivative and Suites is located off Army Barracks Road in Jimeta - Yola, of Adamawa State - Nigeria. This is one place that may not look so appealing as one approaches it, but on entrance, one will be amazed at the serene environment, the smartly dressed and courteous staff, the spacious rooms with neatly dressed beds, standard restaurant that serves tasty local and continental dishes. The room rates as well as the prices per portion of local and continental dishes are moderate. There is a standby power generating plant to ensure steady supply of electricity for the comfort of guests. A visit there will be an experience to remember.
