MoreLovely hotel in a good location in Shipley. The owner is very helpful and friendly 🙂 the room and bed was comfortable and would recommend this hotel and great prices also
MoreWe were greeted with a friendly face and a smile from the owner, we were given our key straight away although we had arrived early and were allowed to park too. We had the best nights sleep, room was lovely and clean, I would highly recommend and would definitely use again.thanks for a great stay.

Not bad average
I found the accomadation very comfortable and clean for the price. No tea coffee but for £35 what did i except. Shops close. Thank you Kevin you are very good with people..
Moreamazing staff the food is amazing and the room was perfect
As said before, get rid of the guy who answers the phone, or if thats the owner you really should consider a different line of work, maybe one with no customer interaction. I havent stayed here, it might be an OK place, but after speaking to the man on the phone, whos just made out that everything was too much trouble and that he was doing me a favour by letting me stay at the hotel, I dont feel that I want to stay there. A serious serious attitude problem. Also, saying he has managed to run it for x amount of years means nothing if you are getting crappy reviews does it?
Morerather spend the weekend in a bin than stay in this hotel the toilets might aswel be a hole in the ground also the guy who answers the phone sack him you will get more customers very rude puts the phone down when trying to book a room if not at least tell him to brush his teeth.
MoreVery nice and clean hotel, great value for money
