Home2 Suites by Hilton Owasso - in Owasso, United States
Paige Diaz was a absolute delight to be around! So friendly and helpful :thank you
Both TVs in room 120 needed to be reset daily. As a frequent traveler- very tedious.
Hands down one of the best Hilton hotels I’ve been to in the states. The location is top notch as it’s close to the highway, downtown, and plenty of local stores and restaurants. The staff was very friendly upon arrival and departure. The breakfast itself was again the best I’ve had outside of Europe. The sandwiches and omelets are my absolute favorite. Plus fresh bagels, couldn’t beat it! The room was clean, roomy, and comfortable. Overall a fantastic stay and when I’m in the area I will go out of my way to stay here. Thank you!
Traveled for a business meeting and brought my husband and 1 year old. They were comfy and happy and we were able to get everything we needed done quickly because of the location. Pack and play fit perfectly without being cramped.
Friendly staff.Beautiful suite, and better than average breakfast selection
I worked with the hotel manager I believe (my assumption), Mercedes, to book rooms for our out of town family for a funeral. With it being a Labor Day weekend I really struggled finding 6 rooms at one facility, plus one of them had to be handicapped accessible. She was super helpful even having a 10 night guest switch to a different room to accommodate the accessible room, huge thanks to that guest as well. The whole staff was super, they were very understanding. We were able to utilize the lobby and outdoor spaces to spend time together during a difficult time for our family. Thank you so much!
Great room, lots of amenities. Very quiet. Well located
We use this hotel for a conference we host every year. The staff is super easy to work with and friendly. The rooms are above expectations!
Managers at this hotel are very unprofessional and rude. There were a couple front deck employees that went above and beyond, they always greeted us when we came in even if we made several trips. (Thanks Mercedes and Robert ). Day time front desk was the worst. Dont know her name but she drove a Lexus that parked right by the front door, extremely rude, rolled her eyes if you ever asked her anything. We stayed on the 3rd floor for a few months and had ants pretty much the entire time. Only one shower head worked. Cleaning the room was optional due to covid, and they said they would not enter the room without our knowledge, which is a lie. They went in our room numerous times but never said why. It wasnt to clean it bc I would go downstairs to get sheets and towels and do it myself. They didnt leave a note only knew a few times bc of family being next door. Most of the maid staff didnt understand English. One time I was locked out and was talking to a family member in the hall, a guy walks up to my door and starts to go in, I said um can I help you he looked shocked and didnt seem to understand what i was saying. But said he was checking to see what was in the room. Then the regular cleaning lady on that floor was halfway down the hall come walking up talking to him in spanish, and he just shuts the door and starts to walk off, I said can you unlock it for me (which maids usually dohe says no go to the front desk, so I go downstairs and rude girl was on the phone with someone, took forever to assist me, I get off the elevator to see the same guy walking down the hallway from our room.Breakfast was ok according to other family members. Did have 2 washer and dryers on site, washer smelled, and dryers took two times to dry. But still cheaper them laundry mat.A family member tripped on the rug when you walked in and EMSA took her to the ER and her should broke . Not one time did the Manger ever ask how she was doing, however the two employees mentioned above always asked how she was.Ac didnt work the best. But the room we stayed it was pretty good size. Snacks in the lobby were very over priced.
We stayed at this Home2 Suites just one night which was on Friday July 8th. We were passing through Tulsa and found this hotel on a quick search of decent hotels near the Tulsa area. The room was large and comfortably accommodated all 4 of us, sharing 2 beds. The hotel was clean in general and the room was modern. I would say that the only downside to our stay was that the pool was crowded and small, but there really isnt anything the hotel could do about that. A large family group, one that traveled on a 40 + seat motor coach, checked in at the same time we did so a busy pool was to be expected. Overall, our experience at this hotel was positive and its close proximity to Tulsa was a plus. We would stay here again if given the opportunity!
All good but only one washcloth for 2 people . Nice on front desk
Absolutely Amazing place to stay. Rooms were prefect, Amazing Service, breakfast was great. And was within minutes of our conference.
DO NOT STAY HERE. My roomate, myself and our two dogs were sent here by our apartment complex after a flood and have been staying here since July 30th. We were told our room would not be cleaned unless the dogs were out as the housekeeper scared of dogs so we’ve made a point on every single day in the week we’ve been here to take the dogs out for about four hours in the morning to give them time to clean. We even made a point to call the night before every day this week to get put on the calendar for cleaning as it is by request only. Every time we called we were told they would be there to clean the next day and it never happened. It seems every time you go down to talk to somebody at the front desk it’s always a different person nobody ever knows anything and nobody really seems to be willing to do anything about it horrible customer service absolutely horrible . Do not stay here!
Very good layout from lobby to rooms. Friendly staff. Plenty of power outlets. And the beat window blinds, ever!
Nice hotel. They only problem we had was the microwave was dirty. 🤦🏽♀️
Brand new place, squeaky clean great breakfast buffet. Nice homey feel. I have no complaints what so ever....
Friendly staff. Corn rolls. Pool water was murky and unkept. Bedroom door did not close.
These guys are awesome! Very courteous team, nice rooms, great location, and reasonable prices.
Nice hotel, good breakfast with many options. Large quiet rooms with comfy beds. Friendly staff in a convenient location with easy access to the major roads.
Been here a week staff super friendly have no qualms and housekeeping comes when asked, nice little spot to stay for a week or two for training or conferencing.
The staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. The complimentary hot breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The rooms as well as the lobby area were impeccably clean. This will be our go to hotel for all soccer tournaments in the Tulsa area!
Nice hotel... Very well kept. Will be even better when they have regular breakfast again. Diamond members should get more than 30 minutes for late check out.
Clean hotel. Paid extra for this hotel so that we could get free breakfast. Called down to front desk after we arrived to confirm breakfast hours. She stated breakfast goes until 10am. Failed to mention breakfast only goes until 10 on the weekends, so we missed breakfast Monday by 10 minutes. No apologies. No remedies. Nothing of the sort. Room keys kept bugging out. Sink sounded like a jet. Many of the rooms have jack/jill doors to share rooms, which makes them less than quiet. Pool is outdoors, not indoors.
First time staying there and was pleasantly surprised, nice clean room, very friendly staff and courteous. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I would stay again no problem.
This hotel was an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with on every level. We are Hilton Honors members and have stayed numerous times throughout the country. Upon checking in, it appeared that there were dog hairs under the pillows on the bed, the silverware in the kitchenette drawers were encrusted with goo and old food, ants were crawling around the shower, and the bathroom was dirty/push button encrusted with (what appeared to bedirt and/or feces on it. We immediately went to the front desk and told them we were leaving after taking pictures. The manager Kayla told us she called the GM Cheryl S and that our points would be refunded. We were there less than an hour. After numerous phone calls with Cheryl S telling us our points would be refunded, we were told we needed to wait 10-14 days for the points to be refunded thru Hilton. This did not happen. After calling Hilton and sending them out pictures we were told the hotel property put a note NOT to refund our points. The managers lied to us-- Hilton Honors told us exactly opposite what the Home 2 managers did. In our opinion, AVOID THIS DISGUSTING PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS. The health department needs to come in and take a look. In our opinion, BEWARE of them lying to you. ALSO, please read other peoples reviews of pest/bedbugs/cleanliness issues with this hotel. Many others have complained.
*update to previous review. Still have yet to receive my refund that was “approved by Hilton October 15, 2021” as stated by Hilton themselves. House keepers will literally walk in on you regardless of time. Bed bugs. Entertainment (TVdoesn’t work. Dirty rooms. Rude manager who just rolls her eyes if you have a problem. They have no drive, work ethics or business ethics for that matter. Really a poor choice for hotel options in Owasso. But I do recommend the Hampton about 2 miles down the road.
This use to be a really nice place to stay. Since covid, their cleaning crew must be extremely short staffed. There was stains, spills and hair all over my room this past visit. The shower floor is brown its so dirty. I experienced the same thing at this hotel on my last visit and left early. This visit I was with customers that also stayed here and we agreed to all book elsewhere next time. If you do end up staying here, invest in cleaning materials you can pack in your luggage, you will need them!
Love coming to this property! Friendly staff, clean rooms, the GM will sit and have coffee with you in the mornings, they do their best to accommodate specific room requests and almost all the time they manage to make it happen without an issue ... As a Hilton Diamond this is a property I really enjoy and highly recommend
We had a great experience this weekend at Home2 Suites Owasso. I had reserved 2 rooms with my Honors points and requested they be adjoining. When we checked in, one of the rooms was upgraded to a suite so we could have what was requested - the suite was huge. Rooms were very clean as was the lobby/breakfast area. Breakfast was very good and well stocked. All employees that we met were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel
A nice clean suites. However I reserved rooms to be connected and 1 with a king and the second with 2 queens. When I got there to check-in it was oh well I have to use those rooms for tomorrow night. I was also told if I cancel my reservation it would be 150.00 charge per room. Im just disappointed.
Room layout is nice. But the cleanliness is terrible. All dishes are completely dirty and have food all dried on them. The bathroom had hair all over it too. Very disappointed, not a three star at all.
I went through the hotel directly for my reservation. It was extremely easy. My flight was delayed by a day and they were able to shift my entire 6 night reservation back without any hassle at all. Check in was easy and available through the app. Every employee I encountered was helpful and friendly, especially the man who worked most evenings. He greeted my children and me every time we exited and entered. The two queen room was spacious and had a lot of storage available. It also had a pull-out sofa bed so we really had three beds. There was also a refrigerator/freezer which was smaller than a full-size but larger than those mini ones at most hotels. We also had a sink, microwave, and dishwasher. It came with silverware, dishware, and cookware. One morning, I woke up to ants in the kitchen area, but the maintenance manager was very quick about getting rid of them and offered to switch rooms if I wanted. He was very nice. I did not want to switch and luckily the ants did not return. Breakfast was pretty good and consisted of microwave breakfasts like sandwiches and omelets. Donuts were offered every morning, as well as oatmeal with fixings, cold cereal, fruit, yogurt, bagels, bread, english muffins, and waffle makers with batter. I also saw staff cleaning the elevators and housekeeping was on request, which I think is nice. The price was reasonable and I highly recommend this hotel.
Loved it! Clean. Convenient. Comfortable. Affordable. Tasteful appointments. Rooms are truly suites. Breakfast is great. Staff was courteous and helpful. Recommend it!
Ants…ANTS… in the kitchen and shower. On the fourth floor! When not wet the shower door took two people to open/close. The ants in the shower were feasting on flakes of something…brown. Wanted to report the ants at the front desk when we checked out. No one was there peered around…nobody. On the other hand the bed was super comfortable, the towels and bedding nice and white and I appreciated the recycling bins.
Love everything about this hotel except we were never told the pool wouldnt be open. The first day they said it had to be cleaned and itd open by the weekend. The next day we were told it would be closed all weekend due to weather, which was 70s and sunny. Wish we would have known it wouldnt be open. Otherwise very clean and friendly staff. Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly.
As a Gold member, just check my preference of room type. I always mark my profile for higher floor and away from elevator for noise. I received ground floor room with several noises around the clock and especially when the above room taken a shower or use hot water with an amazing knocking noise. I will never forget those 2 nights I spent there.
The hotel is great. Room is clean. Breakfast has a large variety to choose from. We are on an extended stay so as far as front desk staff and management, I have personally heard all of them gossiping almost every day. It’s a huge turn off. You would think a place this nice would have more professional staffing. Such a shame! More qualified, mature employees could really improve the stay!
SERVICE = CheckVALUE = CheckAMENTITIES = CheckCONVENIENCE = CheckStayed here a few times for work related trips. Staff is welcoming and warm. The room is comfortable and lots of the amenities you need.Breakfast is pretty good as well with some hot and cold options. Convenient location to Owassa and Tulsa areas. Lots of stuff in the immediate area around the hotel. This is more of a Hilton thing, but I really enjoy the option of self check-in and using my phone as the key.
I showed up in the middle of the night and they were extremely helpful and friendly getting me a room. The free breakfast had lots of healthy choices and great selection. I also had a late checkout and that made a big difference. Will definitely return.
No one was wearing masks, staff nor guests. The rooms were not sealed to ensure they had been cleaned and sanitised before your stay like all other Hilton properties Ive been to this year. It just didnt feel like people were taking health and safety seriously here. There were also no towels in our room and the outlets next to the bed were not working. Wouldnt recommend this stop.
I reserved a king suite through hotels.com and when I checked into the hotel and went to my room it was not what I reserved. I went back to the front desk to fix this error and the attendant got aggressively rude with me stating hotels.com made an error and there was nothing she could do. The room size they had available wouldn’t fit my family so she told us to contact hotels.com for a refund and suggested we go somewhere else. I’ve never been treated so poorly by anyone in the hotel industry before. When I contacted hotels.com for a refund the property denied me a refund stating I already checked in. How is that possible when the attendant TOLD ME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE?! I’ve contacted the BBB and Hilton regarding this specific property and I urge everyone who reads this review to confirm that your booking is what you actually need before you step foot into the hotel. To the attendant working: manners would do you some good, and quit cutting your own bangs they are terrible.
Amazing Hotel, amazing staff, and very comfortable. They had a pac n play free of charge, a cook top free of charge, and you didnt have to ask for them as they ask you. Me and two of my grandkids have been here 5 nights so far and it has been wonderful. They gave us a hurricane rate, as we evacuated hurricane Laura and daily each shift asked how things were back home. I will stay at Home2 in all my travels wherever possible.Thank you Home2 Owasso for making us feel at home
Great rooms , crazy cool outdoor pool. And good hot brei. Good location too. BBQ next door is walking distance to smoked heaven w/ breakfast if ya wake up to late and missed it at the hotel.
I am surprised this hotel has received so many positive reviews. Yes, it’s new, so the rooms are decent. However, the hotel smelled like dog and cigarette smoke. I stayed at this hotel, along with my children and husband the first week of June. As a Hilton Diamond member, I couldn’t believe they didn’t even offer grab and go breakfast (in a bag, due to COVID). But, more importantly, the manager would smoke outside with the door open!!! This obviously resulted in a lobby that smelled like smoke and don’t even get me started on the dog smell. This new hotel will truly go downhill fast, it already has. I wouldn’t stay here and wouldn’t recommend. I would, however, highly recommend the La Quinta down the road. I gave two stars because the room was clean, but that’s about it.
My family and I stayed here while we remodeled our home for almost three months! They really do what they can to accommodate us! Richard was so attentive and he adds so much to the company ( Home2 don’t ever let him gohe was the perfect person for every situation and he works hard to make you feel comfortable in every way as well as going out of his way to make you feel like it is home! And Sam in the evenings is so sweet and and she also make you feel comfortable. The house keeping crew were AMAZING they show so much care and always make you feel at ease, they never complained about anything! This is an amazing place to stay especially for the price!!!!
This is our 2nd stay at this hotel and each time we are very pleased. Our recent stay my elder mom feel in the parking lot, she was not hurt but I was not able to get her up, so Keith that works there immediately came to our rescue. He was so sweet and gentle when he was helping her get back on her feet. This is providing service above and beyond. Our plans are to always stay here when visiting friends in Owasso.
This hotel was beautiful! I had to double check the price I paid when I walked in because I thought surely it had to be more than it was. But no, It was an affordable price and one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast wasn’t just great because it came included, it was a nice spread. The room had all I needed during my business trip with a fridge, microwave-even a dishwasher. Although I didn’t need it, the couch was a pull out that could fit two. The pillows were way more comfortable than my own so now I’m in the market for that brand lol.
This hotel is beautiful! My room was super spacious and extremely convenient. The decor was fun and trendy, my bathroom had nice lighting and the view from my window was nice to look at. The common areas were outstanding, offering lots of places to lounge, as well as comfortable seating outside on the patio. Also, the employees were very friendly upon checking in and out. I most absolutely would refer Home2 Suites in Owasso to anyone considering booking a stay there.
Very nice, we had a king size bed, sofa bed, full kitchen, like their name, Home 2. The breakfast was great, a large variety of breakfast foods. The staff did everything to accommodate us. Definitely will stay again!
Reservations system was on the fritz, continued booking rooms beyond capacity. Didnt get the room I thought Id booked online. When I did get a room, the bathroom felt like it was in the kitchen and only had a barn door style closure. Mirror lighting was poor at best. The bed was comfortable, and alarm clock worked. Contemporary styling left me feeling the room was sparse and cold.
