Great staff that was extremely accommodating. They were having issues with the hot water while we were there, but the employees went above and beyond to make things right. Very clean property, and the pool and Continental breakfast were both wonderful. Will be back for sure.

A good place to spend the night with a few minor issues. The light over the bathroom sink was out, the blow dryer blew the circuit breaker when plugged into the bathroom outlet. It was fine in another outlet. The day we stayed just happened to be the day they steam cleaned the carpeting on our floor. It was nice to know it was clean but the cleaning left the room smelling damp and musty. We turned the fan on high and went to dinner. When we got back, it was much better and totally cleared shortly after. None of these were deal breakers and we would stay here again.

I had a great stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were huge and clean. I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was really good too.

I am loving this hotel. It is super clean and the rooms are spacious. Service is also great. This particular location is close by to all the essential shopping outlets and restaurants. We will definitely stay here for future visits.

The hotel was generally nice. Good layout, gym, pool, large rooms, no complaints on that front. I did have an issue with the cleanliness of the rooms. My sheets had lots of hair and looked yellow. When I asked for some fresh sheets to put on they changed my room which I thought was great but I was wrong. Avoid room 330. There is a terrible smell in that room. The bed is very worn out and grossly yellow. I know this because the sheets were dirty in that room as well, hair and bed crumbs, so I took them off to shake them out and saw the state of the bed, did I mention it was yellow. Needless to say, I did not sleep well at all and that in my mind is the main function of a hotel, to provide a safe, clean room to rest. Room service came mid week to "clean" and all they did was make the bed and take out the garbage. I didnt get clean sheets, the floor was not vacuumed, used towel werent taken, counter tops not cleaned, you get the jest.The only other thing Id have to say is that the breakfast was lacking healthy options and the coffee wasnt good at all. I ate plain porridge for the week I was there, maybe some raisins or something to spruce it up a little.
