I only dined here for iftar in Ramadan. Parking is available and easy and its not expensive at all. The lobby is beautiful with an elegant design. This hotel was built almost 50 years ago and renovated about 5 years ago. The restaurant is elegant with high ceilings and its located pass the lobby. Well designed and staffed. Very helpful and polite staff. You have the option to sit outside with view of their beautiful garden. This hotel is nostalgic for its local people and it is famous for its quality and architecture. The food was OK, for Ramadan they have a set menu and eat as much as you like for 324000 tooman (almost 13 usd). They a great variety of salads and fruit, for mains they have traditional dishes like kashke badenjan, lamb kebab, kooftah, stew of the day, etc, tea, sweets like zoolbia bamieh, bread, feta cheese and dates are also included. Its a full on feast and you have to be careful not to over eat!In summary the environment is 5 star and the food is 3- 4 star given you wont fing jooje kebab (chicken kebabshishlik or other traditional iranian bbq/kebabs.

Food quality is very poor. Do not eat inside hotel.Rooms are clean. This is the only positive point.There is no welcoming and you have to carry your bags.Overal they have good equipment and location but very bad management.

You may wish to be there if you take mashhad

I currently live in the United States and I’ve been in many hotels in my life, basically I’ve been in more 20 countries like Italy, France, Germany, Spain, China, Russia and etc. My family and I had to stay here for 10 days and we didn’t see a single thing go wrong. Not only nothing went wrong, but also everything was absolutely perfect. We used the breakfast buffet and the restaurant every day. The breakfast buffet Variety was fine but the quality was great, which all the jams, butter, cream and cheese were homemade. Also, the menu of the restaurant variety was fine and the quality was great but they provided us anything that we asked for, even though was not in the menu! Surprisingly, this was the only hotel in Iran that faculty were absolutely professional. Even though, I had a surgery and we needed special care and services, they provided the very best things that was possible. Long story short, the hotel is great and the faculty are awesome, they will do anything, that is their responsibility or not, to make staying as comfortable as possible.
