Famous Hollywood faces are cast out of wax at this museum open late on Fridays & Saturdays.
We chose the all access pass that partners with Guinness book of world records. It was a nice beginning to our day. It was entertaining and we enjoyed it.
Was great place, wasnt to busy, good place to have a chilled visit
Awesome experience! Loved it.They have little stuff to wear. Great!
Sometimes its hard to get a teenager to engage but the Kidd had fun
Nice place to visit. Good quality of statue
This place was purely amazing, and definitely a breath of fresh air, especially how horrible Hollywood is looking these days. If you want a discount on your tickets, I recommend buying them in advance off sites like SamsClub or your bank. Youd be surprised at the discounts offered. We purchased the marvel showing and Id highly recommend as I didnt know it came with a water display and bubbles as youre watching the movie youll be immersed in the action of the movie which is only 15 min long. You can expect to spend about 1 1/2 to 2 hours at the wax museum as there are three floors of wax figures. Definitely creepy but interesting to see a lot of props are available for you to use to take pictures. My favorite floor was the 90s floor which had a lot of memorabilia and icons from this generation. However, one of the floors which had Marilyn Monroe on it is definitely for the older crowd, my boyfriend had no idea who those people were. You start off on the third floor where you get to record an interview of you with Jimmy Kimmel if you would like. I believe if you purchase any interviews or videos or photo displays there is a nominal fee between seven to $17 so I would recommend bringing a fully charged cell phone to take photos. They have a gift shop at the end of your tour after the marvel display, which has a lot of unique souvenirs. However, after the primary wax museum gift shop you exit through a more generic Hollywood gift shop.
It was kind of cool at first, but really wasnt worth the price of admission. Some of the figures were really impressive, but some didnt look like who they were supposed to be.Save your money and just watch a movie.
A nite out with the girls... great times
I really liked the the Hollywood Guinness World Record and Wax Museum. When you go please stop and enjoy each character get creative with your photos and come with peoplel that match your energy. Take lots of photos make memories. Your paying $35 for both place so take advantage. They also have some props to use. I do recommend and had lots of fun.
First time there loved it and for the price you get two events!! Thats great we had alot of fun!
Always wanted to visit this place. It was a very fun experience. Highly recommend!
Lots of celebrities, money well spent to kill a couple of hours and theres definitely something for adults and something for kids. They need to fix will smith cause it looks nothing like him but not abad experience.
Great range of actors and other entertainers . Check out the horror tunnel/cave. Clean restroom and walking distance to nearby museums and theaters .
Saw this as something to just kill a little time, didnt realize how much fun we were going to have! Many of the models looked just like the celebrities and had a great time!
I love the experience, is really love the decorations inside to the museum. Its really cool to see the wax statues for important characters and celebrities. I really liked to go again.
Had a blast. My 3 yr old had so much fun with the props and taking pics. What a fun great place to visit.
Missing alot of great celebrities and only had not so great celebrities that did not look like them. Its probably because the wax was melting from the warmth. It was a bit toasty in there. Also I think you guys need to buy new props cause the ones you got look a little old. So old in fact you dont even want to touch them. You should be able to afford it since youre selling overpriced tickets of $30 in a place that puts you on a one-way track to the exit. Overall wasnt really worth it seeing they had only bunch of kiss a%$ clebs.Bonus tip: If parking in one of the near parking lots. Open your door make sure it doesnt smell like rotting fish. If it does that mean some bum with an STD has urinated there. You think theyd be able to afford security to deter them from using the parking lot like a toilet bowl. Since theyre charging $25 to park. Thanks Eric Garcetti for making a unsafe unlivable, unprosperous biohazard City.
If you are a tourist I highly recommend spending those extra bucks on Madame Tuasaud museum. This one is just "fine" some figures look nothing like the celebrity. 5 dollars cheaper than Madame Tussaud but with a quality so much lower I assure you those 5 dollars more are totally worth it, go to Madame Tuasaud instead.
Was ok nothing special the wax works needs updating alot of the stars looked nothing like the wax modles.
Awesome place great experience wax figures not perfect but still fun and enjoyable experience
I went to the Museum on 4th of July and I had a great time! Some of the wax figures dont really look like the real person, but its still an entertaining experience. I do recommend a visit to the Museum.
Loved everything about it and was alot of fun for me and my family. Love the full access pass to the Wax Museum and Guiness World Record only $34.99 👌
My granddaughter and I had so much fun today in HOLLYWOOD!!
just fun! ❤️Must experience. Price was not bad. But parking in area is robbery 😀
The museum was really neat. You were able to get up close to the statues and take pictures. Props were available for use.
Have a lot of memories here since this was the first wax museum I went too with my late father. Over the years I would visit and bring family to enjoy the figures and still do. Glad it survived so many of the changes over the last few decades.
It was a really great place to visit! There were props that you could use to pose with the wax figures. Plus, there were no ropes so you were able to touch all of the wax figures. The cost may seem like a lot, $35, but thats for both the wax and Guinness museums that I went to. Cant remember what it was for just the wax though. Its a great deal since theyre across the street from each other!
Most of the statues were as life-like as possible, others were not. Not very big but a lot to see. Overall a good experience.
I had a great time last night it was my first time going and it was on my birthday ! So it was that much better.. The wax figures are so realistic some are dead on!! Lol I wish there was a Bruce Willis one! 🥺🥺
Its not as good as Madame Tussauds wax. There were only a few that truly looked real. Snoop Dogs was very goodThere were many that I was disappointed in
For the most part the figures resembled the characters they were made to be. Unfortunately Elvis, Prince, Katie Perry and Leonardo DiCaprio had no resemblance to the actual person. Overall we had a great time. We enjoyed the props and our time at the Wax museum.
Nice place to visit while you are on holiday LA. A big bunch of popular celebrities who look so real. I would recommend and nice place to visit. The price range is not that bad neither. This place can be found near the Hollywood walk of fame.
Great museum on Hollywood Blvd. You might not get to meet Tom Hanks, Julia Roberts, Brad Pitt, etc when in Hollywood but you can definitely see their lifelike wax statues here. Definitely get the combo ticket for here and the Guinness World Records Museum that’s across the street (with the combo ticket it’s $30 for an adult which is just $15 per museum per person). They have cool props you can put on to take photos with your favorite celebrities, as well as a mini gift shop in the front. Definitely a cool visit!
Memory Wall 2018. The line was going out the door. Once inside, we had a great time. My kids got into character really quick.
Everyone looked so realistic!! it was truly an amazing experience. Not crowded when we went. We were able to take our time and have fun!
Awesome experience thought it couldve been more but we definitely enjoyed our time.
Really good museum. The kids will love it. The 4D theater is worth all the money. Some of the characters look exceptionally real.
Awesome time! Really love the props and separate scenes for each actor/singer! Fun times check out the videos!
It was fun! An experience if you have never been to a wax museum. I wish there was just a little bit more to look at. But it was fun!
I took my partner here for a date and they absolutely loved it. I personally expected more from the wax sculptures themselves, they were not as well sculpted. The staff was very friendly and very quick to help us. I think the wax museum has something for everyone.
They look so real! Very fun experience for kids and adults! If youre in Hollywood I would highly suggest going!‼️ 😳😵😄❗❗
Great place for the familyMy daugbter friend lost her ear pods and they had them at the front desk the next morninf3. Very clean and professional. Would love to revisit.
A fun place to check out if you have never been!!! They have a deal where you pay $4 bucks more and get to go to the Guinesss Book of World Records Walk through also!!!
I have been to the wax museum a few times throughout the years. I was disappointed with the wax figures. Some did not capture the facial characteristics of the stars. Nonetheless its an experience but I believe in prior years the figures were more impressive.
This place was awesome. Theyre trying to find 5 more figures. You can spend over a hour here
Wow, visiting Los Angeles for the first time for the few hours we were there we had a great time walking along Hollywood walk of fame going to the Observatory where we saw the Hollywood sign in the hills and onto Hollywood wax museum.
Pretty good for the ticket price. You are able to use props and get up close, and personal with the wax stars. It would be more enjoyable visiting with friends, as there are so many photo opportunities along the way.
Visiting this place was a lot of fun for the whole family. I loved all of the wax figures and the different props. The museum was quite affordable as well and had a variety of celebrities. I especially loved the horror exhibits and the dark area!
Super fun! Some was figures didnt resemble the actors/ actresses to a T, but overall it was fun and something you should experience if you got the chance. Price wasnt too bad to get in either.
My daughter and I had a lot fun here. I apologize now because almost all of the photos have my daughter in them. Shes a big part of my having so much there and I didnt think to take photos without her. I wouldnt say all the figures are entirely accurate looking but the displays are fun. We bought the 3 day pass to visit all 3 places (Ripleys & Guinness world records).
