Gas pumps never work

Blocked, chased customer out for money at night time and was no other people around! Terrified the hell of me! Importantly, the employee was the one who made the mistake. If you can’t do your job right and handle a situation appropriately don’t work that job! Talked to the manager, he doesn’t seem care either. Beyond horrible, instead felt he encourage his employees to do that! What! No wonder so many one star review at this location. Just sad.

Out of gas. How are you out of gas as a gas station. And why not at least put signs out at the pumps saying so.

I see Im not the only one who the short black guy with glasses is constantly rude to. Just a miserable person. No issues other than that. I will no longer use this location as long as he is an employee.

Went in the carwash and as I drove in I saw three people at the end of the carwash opening the end garage door to leave and giving me the stink eye as though I was intruding....the whole carwash was filled with smoke. Sorry for interrupting I guess? I see other reviews about this same issue, Im not sure its a concern for this location to be honest. The fact that this hasnt been addressed makes me think the people working here dont want the smoking area to move to a more open air concept.*EDIT/UPDATE* came back two weeks later for another wash, and I kid you not- theyre still in here, smoking. This time it wasnt the full crew at least...Another update, two weeks after the above: like clockwork, here I am again getting my car cleaned, and theyre still in here smoking. We should stop meeting like this, fellas!

USAA VISA DEBIT VETERANS: DO NOT COME HERE!The USAA Visa debit card, run as credit (without the PIN, or at the pump "Bypass Pin"), it will decline, EVERY SINGLE TIME IM HERE (different days & even months --- then 3 minutes later at McD next door, card works GREAT... Its not the card)!A WORD ON THE HELP... HORRID!! They brush you off like its your fault!! Ive only ever seen one employee who helped and was able make it work but either nobody else here knows how to do it or they just dont care enough to go through the process. Personally I will never be coming back to this Holiday gas station. (Side note: used the same card at the gas station down the street and it works without issue, as expected.)

Went in and saw three customers not wearing a mask. Left and called the store back to see if they are enforcing the mask policy. They said yes and then when I made them aware that people were not wearing masks in their store they promptly responded with the fact that they cannot enforce wearing a mask. Therefore just lied to me about enforcing the mask policy. Enter at your own risk

In the evening there are staff that dont wear masks especially a short black guy with glasses he is very rude to me so I only go there when he is not working

The women that work the first shift do everything they can to not get behind the register,even with 4 to 8 people inline. SAD!

I just spent $11 on a car wash and its cleaned nothing! My car is still dirty. Bring back the brushes, the "power wash" isnt cutting it.

Terrible customer service at this location during the first shift hours so avoid it at that time. They dont make customers feel welcome. Employees make uncalled for comments about purchases also, which is not needed at all and completely rude. Second and third shift are fine though, no problems there.

Car wash applied soap to my car, but the rinse cycle malfunctioned. Attendant offered to hose rinse two cars affected.While the malfunction wasnt good, the thoughtful attendant saved me from driving away in a soap-covered car.

I went to get gas after work and was on empty. They had closed the store early and the machine wasnt reading any of my cards. I went to 5 machines, one was stuck on cant authorize so I hit pay inside. The guy told me I couldnt pay inside but the card reader worked. I tried to tell him it wasnt working but he just staired at me. I tried again to use my card but it still didnt work. I walked up and knocked on the door to ask for help and everyone ignored me. Two people were 10 feet from me and refused to talk to me. I dont plan on ever getting gas here after this, what if I couldnt make it home?

Multiperson restrooms for those who are in a rush and constantly on the road. Also has a diaper changing station in the MENS RESTROOM for those who are Fathers. Now if they can install a hand sanitizer in the diaper changing area as well that would be golden.

One of the only places with e85 around and even has an e30 mix which is exactly what I need so I dont have to mix it myself so Im happy about that

Car wash is not touchless as listed on Google. Wasted a trip.

NEVER USE THE CARWASH AT THIS LOCATION- ZERO UPKEEP! SCRATCHED MY BRAND NEW AUDI A6 SO BAD THAT ILL NEED TO FILE AN INSURANCE CLAIM TO HAVE MY ENTIRE CAR REPAINTED! I FOUND CLUMPS OF HUMAN HAIR IN MY DOOR JAMBS. ID ASSIME THAT THESE WERE PROJECTED AT A HIGH VELOCITY FILTHY WATER JET. DISGUSTING!
