Holiday Inn Panama City in Panama City

Great and friendly staff. Awesome facilities/ amenities (like the pool/ jacuzzi). The breakfasts through the duration of my stay were some of the best breakfasts I have had at a hotel. Walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and shopping outlets.

From check in to leaving everyone was very nice and helpful they treated our large wedding party great. The hotel was very clean and smells great. The room very clean. Over all great stay. The food was great buffet style.

we travel a lot for basketball and this hotel had some of the nicest staff we have come across. everyone was so friendly. The kitchen staff can’t say enough good things about them.Hotel itself was very clean you can tell whoever runs this place puts a lot of pride in it . Location was great for where we needed to be.

Every year my daughter and her husband come down to visit and this year, as a special treat, I booked them three days at the Holiday Inn here in Panama City. Almost everything was excellent for them except for their last night, the entire hotel ended up losing power. They waited and waited to see when the power would be restored and asked the front desk but they had no idea.Finally, with no A/C, they came and stayed with us and slept on the sofa. Not quite the special treat I wanted to give but they were still appreciative that we tried. I asked them what they thought about the hotel, before the power outage, and they were really blown away by it and had nothing but great things to say. They are planning on coming back in September and despite the problem they had on their last night, they have asked me to book them another stay at the hotel to give it another try.I will reach out to management and see if they can adjust the final night when the problem occurred and hope they will. If so, I will definitely adjust my rating and we will look forward to an even better experience on the next visit.

I never write reviews, but our stay was so pleasant here, I had to! Just about every single staff member we met was extremely nice and caring. Eric in the dining area was amazing, you can tell a kind soul when you meet one. He always made sure our kids were smiling and having a great time. Everything was clean and kept well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was my first time staying at a Holiday Inn. I was very pleased with how clean the hotel is. Shanese at the front was very welcoming. All the staff were very friendly every time we saw someone they asked how we were doing or if we needed any help. They have a nice gym here. This location is close within walking distance to plenty of stores and food options.

From the moment we checked in to all 4 rooms Shanese was extremely friendly. Janice the bartender was great as well. This is the best hotel I ever stayed at because the staff made it a great experience. The actual hotel is very nice and clean too. I travel for work and if me or my company goes to Panama City this will be where we stay. Highly recommended!

The rooms were nice & clean. Shower couldve been cleaned a bit better. There is a bar and restaurant. Indoor pool which is amazing in case of bad weather. The gym has great equipment. Front staff was really friendly. I had an issue & front desk to care of it immediately. Breakfast was hot & fresh. Shopping center near by. Close enough to the beach, but far away from the beach traffic. Will definitely visit again. Shanese at front desk was amazing!!
