The best stay. Alyona at reception made our stay the best. Great staff, great rooms, comfy bed and nice black out curtains.

Friendly staff. Convenient location. The bed was comfy. The room has small refrigerator which was a plus. Coffee / hot water. Free water bottles. They have a restaurant and 24/7 room service which was really convenient. They also have buffet breakfast which was very yummy. The breakfast buffet has omelette station, great protein choices (bacon, sausages, cold cuts), espresso, fruits, pastries and many more. No complains. I will definitely come back again.

Stayed for 23 nights. No complains except the fact that cleaning service enters the room even if there is a sign for no cleaning (they change towels and replace water bottles)

Very new and not so far from center hotel, however same as many in Kiev in the 4-5 star category this place is very overpriced. Hotel same quality in Kiev you can get on half or third of the price.Hotel it self is modern, have nice design and lobby bar and area is very big plus together with modern (same style as all Holiday Innequipment. However there is no Executive lounge, you do not have any extra treatment to pay the price which can exceed far above 100€ depending on season and how full the hotel is.Winter update - prices went a bit down so one star up as now it is on same page as other but with breakfast and much better security / newer.

Perfect location in the city center.Its an example of a real international hotel in Ukraine: very nice and trained staff, cleanliness, good quality of the food, wide range of the different options at the breakfast. I must say that this hotel has one of the best buffet line that I have ever seen in Kyiv between 4* hotels. Nice place to combine your business trip with one day off during the weekend.

Clean and neat,,great breakfast but television has very few channels ,no ear cotton buds and sewing kit,no bell man,no bathrobes.

WARNING to all business travelers!!!! Internet is absolutely horrible! It is impossible to any work done. Video conference call? Forget about it. Trying to download a 10 MB file? Forget about it. This hotel is a joke for business people!!!

Great location and outstanding customer service. Front desk team was very helpful with useful recommendations, always assisted us efficiently with our questions and inquiries. Highly recommended for both purposes: leisure and bussines trips.

Great location, gothic St Michael church just in front, wonderful service and hospitality! Nice rooms with everything you need, daily room keeping, cosy place to stay. Good bed, nice view on the city centre. Also had a workshop in their conference room with coffe breaks - perfect! Room service 24/7, great breakfast and dinner, average price for all these advantages. Highly recommended for a comfortable staying in Kyiv!

Good hotel located a bit far from the city center. However the room was spacious and clean, while staff were friendly. It was quite quiet also. The only issue was that the heating didnt really seem to work so it did get cold at night, but apart from that a nice cozy hotel that I would recommend.

We stayed in executive room with Velyka Vasylkivska view and loved it! Room was spacious, cozy and not noisy. Breakfasts were excellent. Omelette, selection of side dishes, oatmeal, cereals, different pancakes, salads, fruits and many other. In addition to this, as long as our room wasn’t cleaned on Sunday, we got vouchers for free drinks on the bar:)

Excellent stay! The location was perfect walking distance to many parts of the city and the staff were very helpful and accommodating especially as an English speaker. The room was extremely comfortable and the breakfast buffet had a perfect selection of foods which made it an exciting start to the day! Very clean and pleasant hotel.Would highly recommend for a memorable stay in Kyiv!

The best Kyiv hotel Ive stayed in - all the amenities one would expect from a large-chain hotel. Great location, but limited parking nearby.The breakfast buffet, although pricey, is excellent.The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the only downside being an awkward shower/bath to step into - one would have to inquire for handicap-accessible rooms if unable to step up 45 cm without handrails.

Good evening,I am stayed in holiday Inn Kiev from 29th July for few nights.Unfortunately one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed in.The hotel in general is not clean, the service is really bad, the employees are very rude especially the night shift.Unfortunately i believe the IHG group is faraway from standing against the big names such as Marriott, Hilton.

Holiday Inn KyivIt’s our second stay at this hotel and I must admit that this time it was even more pleasant. Familiar things are usually dear to our hearts.So, the location is perfect, whether you are going to walk, to use public transport or taxi. The room was nice and fresh with all necessary things. The breakfast was delicious, there were seasonal fruit and berries which I missed so much - apricots, sweet cherries.The personnel was friendly, helpful, polite and that is the point which really improved from the last time. It was pleasant to communicate, all the needs were met and all the questions answered. Moreover, during the days of our stay the weather was horribly hot, and the hotel was like a cool oasis in the midsummer heat, we could rest and restore our powers completely.

Nasty was very helpful during my stay. The manager is a great asset to Holiday Inn. The food is excellent and Veronika was great delivering my breakfast and very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and looking forward to coming back next year

As always Holiday inn is a great place to stay anywhere in the world. Rooms are spot less, front reception ready to help and the breakfast incredible for a vegan like me.Parking problem: if you are renting a car, then you will struggle finding a parking space available. The hotel has only 10 spots and most of them are taking by locals who are not guest at the hotel. I will say if you coming here just use uber as the hotel is in downtown and everything is walking distance.

Its a good quality hotel with great staff and a decent restaurant. Rooms are clean and furnishings are high quality. All to be expected from a holiday inn- of course so is the price point which is the only reason it isnt 5 star

During the work trip in Ukraine, I had chance to stay at holiday inn in Kiev for two and half months, the workers are professional, specially Artem and Natalia… had the chance talk to them, they have a great sense humour, but and the same time stay as a professional waiter and receptionist. I would love to go back for not just work related, but also a vacation…

Frankly, I think weve found our favourite place to stay in Kyiv. This place corresponds to 4 star hotel standards of Western hotels, the service is impeccable, breakfast is so tasty. With covid, its served by waiters, who tend to give out big portions (I look very skinny, so it felt almost like a personal touch 😂). The room was comfy and every request weve made was always met. Definitely coming back

Great hotel, the room is very clean. The receptionist was helpful and polite. We had breakfast included, with a good selection of foods to choose from.Our room had a very nice view of the city both in the evening and during the day.

Beautiful hotel. Clean, spacious and modern rooms. Cozy and with nice decor and touches. Fairly close to the stadium and only couple steps from the beautiful Saint Nicholas Roman Catholic Cathedral. Friendly restaurant staff. Good service

Rooms are oke, but the breakfast (if not included in the rateis severe overpriced. You can have an outstanding diner in town for that price. And for this you get yesterdays bread, coffee out of the machine and jus out of the carton.

Very nice hotel. All what you need to stay in Kiev. Good price, very good location, breakfast is great ( fish, meat, vegetables, fruits, coffee, juices). Everyone can find something to eat. They have even Ukrainian dumplings. What is nice are eggs and you can prepare them as you like. Live cooking also works. Hotel is nice to stay during your business trip or even short holidays. Room is with AC, what is important for me with desk and iron, good working WiFi, water with gas and without, shampoo and body gel, hair dryer, of course TV. Bed is big and comfortable. It is nice to stay in HolidayInn and I’ll back for next visit of Kiev.

Excellent hotel, mainly will recommend it for business trip. The rooms are not big but very comfortable, you get all what you need. Very good breakfast. The hotel staff are well trained. For non business travelers the location may be not so comfortable, a bit out of City center. The location is quiet, and some good restaurants not far. If you have time, do not miss music concerts in church across the street.

Modern hotel with all necessary amenities, excellent breakfast, good bar, well kept premises and English speaking helpsome and efficient staff. Rooms are top modern without any fuss or frills. All of this combined with a very low room rate results in a warm recommendation from me.

Good, clean hotel, fairly basic in good location. Rooms clean and beds comfortable, though room standard is hardly luxurious. Staff friendly and service effective. Room service menu good, and food delivered reliably on time. Gym pretty good and normally empty (on the top floor, so enjoy views of Kyiv while youre exercising).

Check in was simple and quick. Room was very clean as expected. Where this hotel shined was not when they knocked on the door with a Christmas present which was not expected, nor was it the high quality restaurants they recommended to us. Not even when we had no idea where to go and the front desk took the time and had great patience to get us where we wanted to go and see all the historical monuments and sites did we even think about how great this hotel is, which we should have. It was when one of the people I was traveling with asked if he could hook up a laptop to the dining room TV and watch an American Football game and they said no. They said we would rather you have this private room so you can eat food and watch it on a 70" projector screen with surround sound. Above and beyond what we expected, and we all were very please with all the staff and the manager. They made our stay great, and I know everything they helped with was not easy, even though they made it look that way.

Nice, very well kept rooms, tons of conference rooms as well. Rooms are on the smaller side, but cozy. Bathrooms are very well kept. Staff speaks good English and the breakfast buffet is excellent - wide choice from tons of bacon and omlette to porridge and fresh food. Also has a gym on the top floor and very close to an excellent Georgian restaurant. Theres also a small convenience store behind the building.

I have stayed in this hotel few times and I very much enjoyed my staff. The staff speaks English without problem. They are very efficient and polite. Their restaurant serves quality breakfast. I have tried dinner once or twice and it was fine.

I was there for 4 nights (November 2014while on business trip and I want to say this: Im very very pleased with this hotel. The room was super clean each day, the service was very helpful and I felt that even small details are taken care of. They have free fitness room on 11th floor but I didnt use it and cannot comment on that. The truth is - I have a difficulty to point out negatives about this hotel (and no, they dont pay me to write this review). Every single thing that I saw or used in this hotel were performed in excellent fashion. Im truly impressed.
