Holiday Inn Express Vancouver North - Salmon Creek in Salmon Creek

We were in town for a weekend wedding event, so 2 nights stay. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and quiet. We also enjoyed a very large selection from the complimentary breakfast. The indoor pool and hot tub was very clean and relaxing. We really enjoyed that the pool area is open 24/7.Thank you Holiday Inn Express Salmon Creek for making the weekend more comfortable and one less thing to worry about.

Nice place. I am familiar with this chain and use them often. They are reliably clean and comfortable at a reasonable price. This location, at least our room 201, needed some inspection and fixes. The smoke detector was gone and just wires hanging from the ceiling. Most of the electric outlets allowed a lot of play on the plugs, making them wiggly and not reliably work. We had to move the coffee maker to the desk to get it to work. We only had soft pillows on the bed. My experience is firm and soft, they are even labeled. We didnt ask about it as we got in really late from our event that we were staying for and hadnt noticed until we were climbing into bed. Will return and continue using this chain, but be a little more vigilant and firm about my expectations. This location seemed to be a one off from the others that I have stayed at

Look, I seriously NEVER write reviews but this place is crazy awesome!! We had just about given up on quality after our long road trip but from the second we arrived the staff made us feel at home and the accommodations did not disappoint! Beds are comfortable, pool and gym are awesome and the breakfast is killer!! Give these folks a raise, they deserve it!!

The Location seemed alright, the rooms I havent a clue as the receptionist was very rude & absolutely refused to function in any manner thats typically conducive to there related field. Sadly after driving 18 hours & looking forward to some much needed rest ,we were forced to switch our reservation at the last minute. As we absolutely refuse to do business at any establishment that functions in any negative manner & treats its potential customers like utter trash, even refusing to give a courtesy call ( or textonce rooms are theyre done, amongst a host of other shortcomings. However Im happy she acted in such a way ,as wed of never ended up going to Holiday Inn Portland Airport off 205. Where we were awestruck at the above & beyond hospitality we received from everyone there .

When we first checked in, we got sent to the room that not completely ready. The bed was not ready. So we asked for the room changed. The receptionist gave us a new upgrade room. The room was okay. However, as we started to stay in it, we started finding many things that we did not expect. Here are the lists: No facial Kleenex, No Hair Conditioner, No Coffee cups, Freezer is not working, No Ice in vending machines in all floors, Only 1 Elevator that works SOMETIMES.The receptionist is very friendly. And the breakfast is great.
