We enjoyed our stay. We were greeted by Nick who was so thoughtful and welcoming! It was our first time in San Juan and the first stop after our flight. We were checked in quickly.Our room was small but cozy.There was a slight smell but it did not deter our stay. Water leaks from shower door but adjusting the shower head helped somewhat.The complimentary breakfast was delicious, especially the avena (oatmeal). The breakfast staff were so helpful and friendly!A short walk to the beach with nearby stores and restaurants..Great location.

The shower head and pressure are so bad and literally have no space to hang towels. Toilet is low and wide. The sink is tiny. However, all the staff (front desk, breakfast attendants and housekeepersare so nice which made us a wonderful stay! If they can improve the bathroom facilities,it would be worthy for a 5 star review. Beach service is also great but you have to be there before 4pm.

I stayed 6 days and the staff was great and very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and the servers were very health conscience.. they wore mask and gloves. My room was large and the maid did a great job. My bathroom was small. The bathrooms in the lobby were very clean and were cleaned very hour! Overall I enjoyed my stay and will go back again!
