Lively eatery crafting Mexican-Peruvian fare & offering a bar with lots of tequila for margaritas.
This place is super friendly, excellent food, drinks and service!!!
Cool looking place the service was good until a few people came in then we didnt receive any more service. The food was not good. The chips and salsa were good. It said busier than usual when we went in and we were the only people in the restaurant.
Best Mexican joint in town! The food was amazing and the drinks were even better! The staff were attentive and were so nice.10 stars if I could. :)
Unusual, Strong Drinks and plenty of it. Was not crowded at 4 pm on Monday. Friendly service. Drinks came with tortilla chips and salsa. Great place.
Very high quality, a great menu that should please about everybody. They also have a pretty good cocktail list, go on, indulge!
Our local margarita watering hole. Love the food.
Vanilla mango mojito was very delicious! Tequila tacos were excellent. Love the Peruvian rice and Salsas were tasty!Service was also great!
It was ok just had 2 Tacos with my girlfriend after the movie theater right next door. Only place thats open. everything closes early it was like 9pm out door mall area. the staff was great fast service never came back to bring more salsa or chips. Like I said it was just ok I probably wont go back maybe just for chips salsa and drinks but when your hungry earthing taste good. But dont take my word Im from LA so the Mexican food way different.
Friendly staff. Kind to my 7 yo son. Only had a kids meal, but it was good.
The service was great and the atmosphere was enjoyable. However, I ordered a taco salad with chicken. The chicken was on the bottom and had the consistency and flavor of canned chicken. It was completely bland and in a puddle of water. The cheese was all that made it remotely edible. It then had plain lettuce, a small dollop of sour cream and a few tortilla strips. Extremely disappointing in quality, flavor and presentation. It wasnt excessively expensive, but definitely not worth the price.
Great menu, fantastic flavor, polite service.
This Mexican restaurant was really good! They were able to set our 11 person party very quickly. Servers were so friendly and funny. Our food came very fast, and we all enjoyed it.
Amazing place. Super kind and very helpful staff. The food is remarkable. I would definitely come back. Its a nice atmosphere as well. They also have Mexican coke which a lot of places dont serve anymore but is vastly always Superior. Definitely enjoyed it.
Great food and envoirment . After long time mojito was really good . Chips and salsa was great.
Service was awful. Waited nearly 10 minutes and was never acknowledged by a host or hostees. Finally grabbed a bar seat at there very small bar. Food was just okay. Could have gotten the same thing anywhere. Staff were not engaging and did not check in. Had to grab one to pay my bill.
The food was extremely overpriced, we got our plates and utensils covered in filth, as well as our rice tasting like dirt.
Hola! does a fantastic job! Great food, great drinks and great service. Their classic margarita is a little tart for me so I always ask for it a little sweeter because I like a sweeter margarita. And their guacamole is to die for. But if you dont like jalapeno in it be sure to ask them to leave it out or it can be super fiery hot.
Great food. Great service. Thee absolute best strawberry margarita Ive ever had.
Best margaritas in town! Its our go to dining out spot.
The drinks were amazing! Honestly I would go just for drinks, chips and salsa! The tacos were a bit disappointing. The shredded beef was well seasoned but the chicken and pork were both dry and flavorless.
Hola y AdiósIve paid 40$ for a take-away Peruvian ceviche and a Peruvian Chancho a lo Sancho and what a surprise when I opened the tupper and theyve put that offensive amount of rice.Prices are non proportional related to quantities.Too expensive, and too poor quantities.
Hour before we even got to place our order, dish was cold and not as described. Overall bad service on top of everything.
Very Friendly staff, unfortunately me,my wife, and children all felt that there was no flavor to the beans, the rice wasnt very good, taco salad wasnt very good either. The enchiladas were okay, but the enchilada sauce tasted like a tomato paste. The place is very inviting and looks like it will be delicious, but the lack of flavor is very disappointing.
Service and food has been great both times i’ve gone. They play good music too. I like the ensalada mixta, mixed greens, mango, tomatoes, avocado with hibiscus vinaigrette, i’ve tried with chicken and halibut, both tasty. ✨
One of the best restaurants in town. Especially easy to order gluten free. Prickly pare margaritas are the best. Service is always great. Great variety of tequila and hand made salsas. Vary hard to choose your meal because everything is so delicious.
There’s no question why people love Hola!Hello great food, great cocktails and spirits and great people!!!
So this NOT actually Mexican food. It didnt taste bad, but I was craving Mexican so it was a major disappointment. Food was ok. The steak was this and tough. Nice people though
Food was extremely bland, not a ton of flavor. Honestly, the chicken tasted like something you could make in a crockpot. Service, overall, was slow. Hot salsa was good as was the margarita. Server was nice, just too many tables.
Awesome customer service and great food! We either go with their Mexican combination plates or their Peruvian Lomo Saltado. If youre into margaritas, try the vanilla mango margarita! They have options by the glass or by pitcher.
I just overheard a very rude man dress down a lady that was picking up a to-go order. Food was good but the rudeness of the employee was uncalled for. The man berated her because other delivery people had been late in the past with picking up orders. She waited for at least 15 minutes, then asked if the order was ready yet. He went off on her. Bad management…we’ll find another place that doesn’t subject hard working people to his superior and abusive attitude. He was Hispanic, and she looked like she could be too, but he had a very strong accent, and she had no accent. I doubt it was race related for that reason.
The Super Margarita was VERY delicious AND came with the rest in a shaker with a cocktail strainer for $11! What?? We enjoyed the ceviche, chips and salsa, and chicken taco. Enjoyed our dining experience here.
Very good food and great service!! The guacamole was fresh. At our table we had the sopa de pollo, beef taco platter, tamales de puerco, and baja burrito. All delicious 😋 We had been recommended to come here, and so glad we listened!!!Pictured is my plate - the tamales de puerco.
If you havent been to Holas you must be living under a rock.. and if you are climb out and come on down!!! Food great, drinks great.
Even during COVID-19 restrictions, we had such an amazing experience here! The food was delicious! The atmosphere was laid-back and the customer service was great! The carne azada was the best weve ever had! We ordered a couple drinks and they were honestly unlike any other drinks weve had, they were so good, definitely worth the price! We will be coming back A LOT! Major plus for having outdoor heating during this snowy time!!
Stopped in for a quick bite while shopping at Old Mill. Service was good and nachos were better than expected! Got sour cream and guacamole on side but these hit the spot on a cold day - just wish the outside heaters were working brrrr.
Food was pretty good. My wife had the Aji Chile Relleno and I had the Chicken Mole. Loved my wifes food better than the mole. Overall a good experience. Some food came a little late.
My party of 4 were all unhappy with our food.First, it was barely warm. To be fair, we ordered it for takeout, and were eating it less than 10 minutes later. That said, it wasnʼt even as warm as one would expect.Second, none of us was happy with the flavor of our food. We have eaten this type of food (Mexican and Peruvianmany times back at home, so weʼre probably familiar with what it should taste like. This seemed to be cooked for people who like bland food. With all of the dining options here, and even in this type of food, there is no reason to try this place again. Bummer, I was hoping for some tasty Mole.
Had great service, beautiful art, everything was clean, food was very GOOD and we will return for sure! Drink suggestion: try the vanilla mango mojito
I really dont like leaving negative reviews for local businesses, however our dining experience tonight was mediocre at best. The only reason theyre getting three stars instead of two is that reopening after the covid pandemic cannot be an easy task. The customer service was not horrible but there wasnt much of it. Our food arrived cold, and I mean cold. The refried beans tasted like a chemical cleaner and the enchiladas were a cold soggy mess that barely passed as food. The chimichanga was the only edible part of the meal and it was on the lower side of decent. I want to support businesses through these tough times and I truly hope theyll improve. I wont be eating at or recommending Hola any time soon😔
If you like Mexican food this place has Peruvian options which are delicious. Chips and salsa come with a green cilantro salsa, somewhat like pesto, and regular tomato style also. They have a refreshing Red Cactus margarita that was recommended to us and we enjoyed very much. We enjoyed their nachos and Peruvian tamales, which came with a delicious and unique sauce.
Cool little place. A bit over priced especially for a margarita. Food is good and service is quick. We had the ceviche and if you like a strong lime flavor youll enjoy it. Fish was fresh tasting. Waitress was nice.
Awesome food. The only problem was the food was so good. Stomach not big enough! The flaming banana desert was a delightful show, and yummy
So glad I tried this place. Plentiful portions of excellently made food. And the cocktail I ordered was practically 3 glasses full! Seriously best Mexican Peruvian food in town!
Excellent Peruvian and Mexican food. Tastes like a home made meal. Also, they have a really good drink selections (one drink is truly 2 as you get the leftovers every time!). You will love it!
Likely the best chicken soup in town (includes nearly half a chicken breast underneath the fixings), great for cold weather. Causa and grilled tuna are also very good here. Attentive staff. Next door to movie theater, which was very convenient for us. Will definitely be back.
Very good nachos and taco salad. Big portions, good prices. Very busy but good service, although drink glass sat empty too long. Very friendly and professional staff. It was very busy but they bus tables immediately so the wait is not long. The ice tea needs to be stronger. The chips are great, salsa ok, the green salsa is very unique I dont care for it at all.
What a fantastic place to stop for a margarita or a Latin cocktail!!! The service right off the bat is helpful and considerate for the disproportionate lack of knowledge in the southern border drinks. Everyone here is polite and helpful, to the point that it bears repeating amungst us Google reviewers.Thank you and have a profitable summer Hola!!
Delicious food and margaritas. The red cactus margarita is a generous amount and flavorful without being too sweet. The tuna was cooked perfectly and very tasty. The salsas were spicy and fresh. Yum!
Friendly and professional staff. Loved the fusion of Peruvian and Mexican food. Reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend trying this restaurant. Easy access and right in the Mill district.
Great service but is not a traditional Peruvian food
