Ideal location

The hotel was good and cheap as compared to most hotels in PNG. The workers are friendly and will respond faster to demands. Only the air conditioning systems are old and needs renovation. By my personal looks. This hotel does not put smile on the faces of the staff that gives their efforts to keep the hotel alive. I encourage them to increase renomerations for the staff to boost their morals for humanitarian services. Interacting with the staff is a clear indicator of the pressures around the life style in PNG. People offering services should be well taken of to do better jobs.

It needs more entertainment in there to make people want to come and enjoy. To attract customers, you need to include things or features or shops or outlets that will attract customers. Otherwise it is a good place to go have a cup of tea, coffee and affordable steak at the cafe.

Food at restaurant is good however waited a while for the order to be ready. 5 plates.

The hotel has a swimming pool, a bar, restaurant very pleasant place to stay. Reception and hospitality is poor and unreliable, cant have meals even thought my office have paid for my accommodation and food, have to pay for food again, small meals very expensive.

Tired from travel.....no air con n no room phone. Keep fan running whole night. Hope they can improve on these n the tv channels is on digicel .....not much option on channels

The bar has excellent live bands that play different song both local and international from Wednesdays to Saturdays and a very large car park area...

One of best small hotel in Port Moresby. The hotel isnt that busy so a good place to hideout and catch up mates.

Tranquil environment. Live band plays at the main bar from Wednesdays to Friday nights. Nice quiet place to wind down.

Crappy web page. Doesnt show anywhere their prices for rooms. Even tried to book online and they ask for your credit card number without showing how much youre gonna pay. This must be a joke.

Excellent low cost accommodation. More secure and safe. Food is great but needs improvement in the area of customer choice. Stocks are low mostly..
