A very nice park with nice passages and well maintained nature , recommend at 100%
MoreWas nice and calm place we love it
Nice park to see nature..
Very nice to walk, routes well indicated. There are areas with cows grazing so they can be in the way, fun. There are a couple of ponds where its easy to spot birds and mosquitoes.
MoreNice place for a walk in nature
Not accessible for wheelchairs although it was published.
Best experience ever . Take all your trash back home with ya and keep this place as pristine as it is
MoreGood for a walk along the river the Schelde or in the nature reserve
Amazing nature! Very large domain, galloway cows grazing, a view on the Scheldt, its all there!
MoreNice park in the south of Antwerp (maybe 20min from the city center). Nice lake in the middle with a dedicated space to take some nice pictures of the different birds. Be careful the ground might be really muddy so better check the weather forecast.
MoreLovely walk, calm in winter
A smallish nature area just outside Antwerp city centre, located along the river. Plenty of public parking at the various entry points. It take about two hours to walk the trails, in 2 -3 tours. A nice afternoon or morning out. No amenities.
MoreVery nice nature reserve close by the city.Very beautiful and varying sceneries can be enjoyed here.
MoreNature reserve just a stone throw away from Antwerpen city center
10/10 would walk again
Looved this place. Saw it on the map and kept postponing visiting it, once I got there I kind of regrettee going, but as I went deeper it got better. We even saw the cows. But the best view was yet to come. The schelde river was amazing. Good place to relax and for a light hike. Still havent seen all of it though. Cannot wait to go back
MoreGreat place for a walk
Beautiful piece of wild nature. It is a real find, as you would not expect it so close to the city. The polder has a vastness of 170 ha. You can choose to follow several walking trails that in all are about 9 km long. The ground is fairly easy to walk on, but do wear good shoes, as it can be slippery in some places. The most surprising part are the animals that walk freely over the terrain. This is also a great place to walk your dog. The parking spots are limited, but theres enough space in the adjacent streets. The nature reserve is open 24/7.
MoreLove the cows!
This is a nice place to spend some time in the nature. Eve though this forest lies between the river and the industrial area it is still the best place for a walk with kids
MoreThe small lake was dried when we visited the area. But it was quite nice place for walking and enjoying the nature.
MoreNot very wide but still a beautiful natural space to spend a few hours
Very clean and smart. Food very good. Staff polite. Plenty of car parking area.
Great place near the city for a peaceful walk.
A quiet haven squeezed between Schelde and railway. Accessible via train. Well laid out with nice explanations on the nature surrounding you.
MoreNice and still a bit unknown in Antwerpen, only thing Id like to see is more documentation, such as animals living
MoreNice place for a walk... A little muddy after rainy days, but otherwise, very attractive...
MoreLovely walk close by the city
Nice piece of nature for being so close to the city. Can feel somewhat crowded during weekends.
MoreInteresting piece of nature close to Antwerp. Created with the sand they dug up when creating the highway around Antwerp. The first plan was to build houses there, but later when policy changed they decide to keep it as a nature park.We went there in winter so there was nobody around (it was raining as well), but we had a good experience
MoreExceptional place full of nature
Very nice it just has 2 draw backs ... 1 it really should be bigger. 2 because of the industry around it you can almost not escape the busy city. But it is beautiful and good maintained.
MoreNice place for a nature walk, but too many dogs on the loose and doing there dirt all around :(
MoreBeautiful walks and friendly people.. Fresh air! Go get some!
Nice for a 1-2 h walk between birds and free walking cows next to the Schelde. There are some banks on the riverside (west), perfect to warm up in the sun (in the afternoon)
MoreGreat to walk, breathe fresh air, and see natural nature
Good for relaxing walks in nature. Quite big and easy to get lost.
Nice place to escape the busyness of the city... Be aware of the cows and the stuff they leave behind! 😂
MoreNice easy trails in a natural setting. Can be a bit muddy in places
Nice walking paths. Well maintained by Natuurpunt.
Quiet place to go. Nice walking area.
Very quiet. While walking around, you can see cows, frogs, ducks, etc. Just be careful to not and remember your way. It might take you some time to get out ;)
MoreThis is a very large nature reserve aka 170 hectare big! It lies between the river the Schelde, Hoboken village & in the north the petroleum companies like BP Belgium & Q8! You can walk, go there with your bike, etc. There are many trees, pools with frogs & many birds too. There are even areas with grazing sheep!!! A lovely green nature preserve that is worth visiting! A must!
MoreNice cosy park, but keep your doos on the leash ;)
lovely area to walk around
Great place to walk with or without dog 😀
Great place to walk, even with a dog, or to do some sport. Close to the city yet its very peaceful.
MoreSome real wild bush not so far from the city center. A bush with very different sceneries.
MoreOne of the few nature space in Antwerp. Great to get away from the city feeling
Really nice place, you could wander around for quite some time here. Bring the kids, even dogs. Beware of ticks however.
