Hotel was great , facility and room are worth the prices.2 Star for the Cider bay beach bar, the staff seems like very unhappy when Im walk in, pass me the menu very slow even he is not busy. Attitude was bad as well, But later he switch the facial expression (warmth, helpfulimmediately when the British people come . I was wondering if i can see him again in Films. he deserve bigger platforms instead of bar attender. I believe this staff he only representing his personal behaver . Because this is the only bad experience I ever had in hotel. Another staff was very helpful and great.Unfortunately I didnt remember his name otherwise i will definitely write a official complain letter.

We had a blast again , the staff are very nice and cooperative , special thanks for HAMAD , for the hard work he has done preparing the room and taking care of the details , he has been very kind to us 😊

Does not worth the money, old furnitures, have to wait 50 minutes for a fish and ship, starter delivered with main dish .... Staffs are friendly , but it does not worth 400 USD a nigth

Overall excellent resort, extremely friendly staff and smiling faces. We have garden access room and its view was amazing. They have adult pool, kids pool ,teens play area. Massage center and multiple restuarants.

This was the first time we stayed at a Hilton. Honestly I would say it will be our last.The positive -Staff are lovely, always smiling. I was particularly impressed by the staff at the restaurant (the kitchen). They where very pleasant and one of the chefs, Mohammed Ali, went above and beyond with his excellent grill station!The negative-the rooms are not great or kept up. Our ac was failing on day 1. Someone came in to sort it out but it kept getting worse. The hotel did nothing too rectify it. The hot water in the shower was also not working. The mini fridge also did not work properly and did not keep our food or drinks cool.-attention too detail was lacking. This is an expensive "5 star hotel" which means a high standard is expected. This was not the case. Our sheets had stains on them. There was only dcaf coffee, there where no vanity kits such as tooth brushes or razors.-disappointed with the lack of activities at night. As soon as it hits 6pm most things but the bar close. For a resort it would be nice too have some things too do such as some board games, table tennis, more then one pool table, babyfoot.One of the reasons we picked this hotel was the main pool. Unfortunately it was closed which we did not know prior too booking.The biggest reason for feeling disappointed with our stay is that we have experienced 3 star hotel that we did not spend as much on that had better standards then this Hilton.For a 5 star hotel, its about the guest experience. And unfortunately for our stay, I would have been happy booking this hotel as a 3 star hotel.

We will not be back unfortunately. The main pool is closed which nobody informed us about upon booking. We booked directly. Also restaurant timings are absurd. No idea what to do if you have small children and want to eat earlier? Subsequently we ordered room service but it’s now the next day and (over 12 hours laterdirty plates in room haven’t been cleared, no house keeping has been it’s 3:30pm, no water has been replaced for us to drink in the rooms. Very disappointing and staff at front desk were barely helpful. Far from 5 star.

We had a good time during our stay at Hilton resort specially beach part.We will return back i. Future to try the beach front villas, it has amazing direct beach access.Thanks for Mr. Walid for addressing reporting concerns, it was pleasure to meet him.

I was in Hilton Resort RAK for my birthday staycation, Ye Yint from front office got an excellent service, explaining in details about the places and nearest tourist attractions, F & B Manager, Htun, Nadi were serving us with smile, friendly and I feel welcoming, they do taking care us in details, serving us whatever we need and it worth to spend my good time here. Thank you guys and I will visit again.

It was my first time to try out a Hilton property as both a guest and a Hilton team member, decided to pick out Hilton RAK as my first considering Ive not had a break in 4 years and I am so happy to say I really really enjoyed my weekend staycation from the time of my arrival! From the helpful concierge team helping me as I was struggling with my 2 kids, stroller and baggage, smooth check in process and getting a free room upgrade, super quick room service, a sweet surprise amenity, it was a super warm welcome.The rooms were spacious, perfect for families with kids and I am amazed at how clean the hotel is which is something I am very particular with so I was very pleased with that. The food & beverage side was excellent and I was not expecting myself to splurge on a lot of food but I did! The Spaghetti Carbonara was * chefs kiss *. Recipe is spot on. Breakfast was the highlight of my stay, I loved how they had covered majority of breakfast favourites and the quality of it was good. We went straight to the pool after and was there from morning till late afternoon and my kids had an absolute blast. I wish I couldve stayed longer to explore other facilities but I am definitely coming back again.Special thanks to all departments and Shalvesh (Marketingfor the super super warm welcome, excellent service and letting us have a late check out for us to spend more time despite having 2 noisy babies and Musa from Concierge for helping me with my smooth departure from the hotel ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The place was great. Staffs are very hospitable and friendly. Food was good and the pool has choices especially the separate pool for kids with slide. Excellent service during our stay. Will definitely comeback.

An amazing resort with very long and clean beach. The chalets by the beach gives the resort an extra edge over the rest of the hotels in UAE. The service and food is always amazing. We will definitely return for another vacation.

One of the best best resort with great white sand beach with crystal clear water. 7 amazing pools, including salt water pools. Clean room’s and surround of the villa. The hotel offers some amazing dining facilities from seafood to italian . Over all it is a great vacation destination!

Amazing property with nice location next to beach. I believe its the best resort in the region and no any can match to it. Cleanliness of the rooms are really commendable with good facilities. Numerous swimming pools facilities offering to any age people is an added advantage to enjoy the stay. Food was really good and more over to all the staffs were always at your service and good attitude. Keep it up and would love to prefer this property in my next stay.

The best resort ever. Everything was perfect. All the staff were kindly and helpful. Tried the restaurants there and they were perfect. Beach bars has a pretty good view if you like to see the sunset. there is private pools in the villa. All day dining restaurant is huge and fantastic team there. Definitely offers a wonderful stay.

The whole staff took excellent care of us. There is a lot of various amenities to full fill all the guests need. We stayed at the beach front villa and the beautiful bay view is just amazing.

Service here is superb. We got a complimentary piece of cake to celebrate our anniversary. The manager named Mila was so friendly and welcoming us warmly with positive attitude.The place is so beautiful and peaceful.

I would never recommend this place to any one ever!It all started with my request for an early check in and the robot who answered the phone, just told me that can be done according to availability, so I was waiting if there was availability but no answer, until I asked about availability, so she told me "you will have to come and we will see if we can accommodate you" I had to ask her to check the availability because if it is Thursday and I am checking in on Friday you must be able to see availability.Once I got there the staff on the reception and the buggies were great and pleasant.Later that day I went to have lunch to the buffet, first thing I see on the line is NILE PERCH on it, the cheapest fish you can fins in the market and that is when I have noticed how much money Hilton wanted so save, small chicken skewers, 3 chafing dishes with different types of rice and some Indian food, over boiled vegetables and nothing! by far the worst buffet line I have ever seen in this country for 260AED plus, bad quality of drinks and so over priced.Left to the beach to relax and order some food on Zomato so I could eat something worth quality.Next day we went to the pool and not eve on soul in there, by the way the hotel was almost empty, we needed towels and the life guard pointed at where I needed to go took a couple of towels and I was told by the gentleman working there that I have to bring them back, and when I asked why he told me because other guests might get confused and use them! the hotel was empty!!! no one around to take my orders nothing.the bar dead and sad with no music all sits wet and again over priced under quality drinks.One day before my check out I wanted to ask for a late check out and again the same robotic reply, "UPON AVAILABILITY" call tomorrow morning.So I called the next day and they kindly gave me one additional hour to stay.Breakfast on my last day, requested some bagel and salmon from room service, nothing! tiny bagels with smoked salmon and a poorly dressed, not bad but I had to pay 250AED for two of those dishes plus fake orange juice!A buggy driver that I have never seen told me his name and to write a comment for him on trip advisor, so ridiculous!Finally checking out I was paying room service fees while sharing my thoughts about my UMPLESANT experience and that was all.This has nothing to do with the money but the quality for what I am paying for.I am deeply disappointed of Marriot

Amazing time. Villa was amazing.All staff are very friendly.4 star cause unfortunately was under renovation so didnt had chance to enjoy more of the other restaurants as was limited to 2 at that time but was nice

This is a 7 star resort. Very enjoyable experience and with lots of activities to do. If you are looking for good relaxation while still having fun, this is a place to be.

We had an amazing time. Fell in love with the resort and the Suite. Looking to coming back. To top it all, its the staff who made our stay wonderful from the reception as we were welcomed by Hussein and the Filipina lady (apologies, I was not able to ask for her namewho gave us the welcome drinks, to the very energetic and helpful buggy crew Rughbir and especially to the breakfast crew at Al Meada restaurant, Win, Chef Mark and especially to Gayan who have gone above and beyond excellence in client service. Well done and thank you very much.We just hoped we came in when the hotel and the big pools operational.In addition, just have some points for improvement:1. More additional food options (the mains)2. More fun activitiesThank you very much! :)

Hilton is our go to holiday retreat. This time we stayed in Hilton -RAK to celebrate a birthday. The hotel is partly under renovation so we couldn’t see the entire property. But our stay, hospitality of the staff, overall service was fantastic.I would like to give a special thanks to the team at Al-Maeda-Dilipa, Gopal & Chinedu. We had some suggestions after our dinner and they very well took care of our request. A very Courteous and helpful team.Our kids took part in the summer camp organized by Hilton club. They almost spent their entire day at the club doing water sports, reading, art work and so many activities.Their camp organizers Yoyo (Yosriand his team is highly trained to manage kids and they made it a wonderful experience for the kids.

Amazing by all means, the beach is outstanding, service is worthy of five stars, strongly recommended at least once in your life if you are around.

We spent a weekend with another family at the resort. We had a beach villa room which gave a fantastic, direct access to the beach. The rooms are spacious and nice. The breakfast was excellent with a large variety. Pools are nice and there was a bouncy castle for the little ones. The kids club was also nice. Nothing negative to report - we will be back.

Today I called to book 2 family rooms and 1 delox suite for 6 person on 29/07 till 31/07And they told me that its fully booked. But gust now when i checked the hotel website and booking website i saw that there are alot of rooms available ( but they increased the price to the doublethat means they did not accept my booking request because they want to increase the price .Really this is very bad treatment by the hotel to their customers.

when we checked in they never informed us one pool was closed. then we asked permission to drink in a pool in Sol and with the lifeguard permission they allowed . then all of a sudden a women came and shouted at us.. they are refusing a refund… please reconsider before booking … rak intetcontinental is better

This hotel is missing some things but the warm welcome of their staff makes you forget about it. Everyone is so polite and kind with smile on their faces. They were also so attentive. The room design is nice, we stayed in a beach villa with our baby. The food was good.

We were absolutely delighted to find out that the Hilton beach resort in RAK has opened up a pet friendly section and now welcomes fur babies that are under 25 KG. Each of the rooms has a private garden where we enjoy some of our meals, the others were spent at the sunset bar by the pool (with my fur babyand then the all day dining which has the most amazing spread of food items buffet style. We had the best weekend ever. PS- there is a special swimming area for our fur babies too. The staff here were also just so friendly and warm and made us feel at home. We cant wait to come back -Angela and Baby Tequla (my fur baby🐾

Hilton has old world charm. Its one of my favorite properties in RAK. Its relaxed, relaxing and laid back. Loved the Italian restaurant at the hotel. Surprisingly they had surplus vegetarian dishes on the menu. Had such a good time with family here.

The facilities are very old. AC sounds loudly, like you put a machine inside the room. Hair dryer is disgusting with bad smell. Dust on the phone and table. We booked a villa and this area suppose new area. However the inside are worse than other hotels. The price we paid is not deserve this. The most important is there is a insect on the bed. Like cockroach size. Not suggest to live in this hotel.

It was our second visit to the hotel and our experience was amazing. I loved the fact that they have divided the bfast timings for guests so it was less crowded compared to last time. Special shout out to the staff, one of the most courteous and helpful staff I have seen! ❤️❤️

Kids club was fantastic, they wanted to stay there all day. We were served by Htun at the restaurant who greeted us each day and served us and our kids our drinks the moment we sat down. Great mini holiday for us and we look forward to going back soon!

Very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious with very good air con! Cleaning every day and all linings and towels changed. I do recommend AI option. Softdrinks and drinks are well done and also look nice. Bar staff service also to tables and sunbeds which is a big plus. Live music several days a week in hotel bars/restaurants.

We stayed in a pool villa and we enjoyed our stay very much. The room was big with two double beds and a direct access to the pool. The beach was super close as well. The room was a bit dated, especially the bathroom, but it was comfortable and clean.The staff were excellent throughout the resort, all were very polite and the service was great.The beach was beautiful, though lots of tiny jelly fish could be found in the sea.We were on all inclusive and the food was good, but not exceptional. It would be nice to see a better choice for dinner.The resort is huge, it has a very positive vibe, its a chilled and relaxing place.

This is an amazing hotel. Only a but creepy when you come around 2-5am as theres not much light. You might actually think its no longer operational. But wait till sun comes up and youll see the beauty of it. Staff are accommodating and its clean. Its Hilton, so you know price is a bit high especially during peak season but its worth it ☺️

Disappointing stay, especially since I’ve stayed twice before and gave it 5 stars! The villa room was falling apart, leaking and blocked bathroom faucets, molded tiles, badly water damaged fixtures and cupboards, dirty & rusted balcony railings, and the room was not clean on check in (checked in on time). To top that the phone was not plugged in when we arrived and was faulty the whole time - major safety hazard! The restaurant booking staff (at check inwas unfriendly or rather unwelcoming, but the pool staff, waiters and life guards were all extremely friendly and helpful. If I had known the bad state of the room I would have booked at the newer Marjan property. Management need to address the hotel issues and then the rate will match what you actually get for the stay!

Overall, great experience.We have stayed in the villas, so my experience is about those, not the rooms.The facility has aged a little and needs some additional maintenance to truly be 5 stars. But the service and the food is good. The morning buffet can get too crowded, so the management has to have a solution.The kids retreat is not good, I actually forgot what they call it. The kids felt punished when we left them there, and the lady responsible is a bit rude.Other Food and Drinks offerings are very good, with serene and relaxing ocean views.Overall Highly Recommended
