Avoid rooms on the first level. Too much noise coming from the ground level and rooms facing the street have no privacy so youll need to keep your curtains shut all the time

Lovely setting right on the Motlawa river in old town. There are amber shops all along the banks on the approach to the market. This is a nice base to operate from during your stay. I know its not a luxury 5-star but it is a 5-star and there were a few things that I cant ignore. Overall it was a pleasant experience but here goes...During check-in you have to pay a "deposit" (I had fully pre-paidwhich will not be refunded nor deducted from any room service charges.Breakfast was nice and early (6.30but isnt appetizing. Watery scrambled eggs and processed sausages.The rooms were clean, and the staff were very helpful. The location is stunning.

Very nice hotel with huge bath in bathroom and swimming pool on last floor. Also gym and perfect location if you want to see Old Town in Gdansk. Very recomend this place.

This was a nice, very clean and very comfortable hotel. Centrally located, perfect location. They have a rooftop bar and semi indoor pool. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner there and they were very accommodating for allergies (gluten, dairy ). They even had excellent gluten free rolls. Highly recommend.

Great location great service. Certainly well kept and cared for place. River view room are phenomenal especially 327 which has a mini balcony and 328 which is a suite and has a fairly large balcony.

A pleasant experience! Nice rooms, good cleaning and overall very nice staff. The location is one of the best in the city. Everything is nearby, and the view over the channel is astounding.

The reception staff were incredible, great service with every interaction. The setting is beautiful and Im looking forward to being back in September.

Does not live up to a five star hotel. A lot of minor details that makes it a subpar experience in comparison to other five star hotels I have stayed in.Orders were forgotten on several occasions. Experienced this in the roof top bar and in the cafe when we tried to purchase drinks or coffee. Breakfast is mediocre and the bread quality quite low. Especially compared to other Hilton hotels i have tried. Training room extremely basic and not very clean.Toiletries missing basic stuff like cotton pads and qtips.Only approx. 10 sunbeds at the pool area.Would all in all say that the hotel delivers as a three star hotel compared to other experiences and will choose an alternative next time I am in Gdansk.Location is nice though

Nice hotel in a beautiful, central location. Check in and check out were efficient and speedy. Nice welcome for us and our children. Rooms were nice, and breakfast selection was excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Parking easy and convenient. Rooftop pool was fun. Feels like a boutique hotel in the city. I recommend.

Great hotel in a good location to Old Town Gdansk. Room was large and comfortable. The one negative was that we got late checkout on arrival, but the day of checkout they were calling to tell us we needed to checkout at 12:30. We were able to get it resolved, but shouldnt have had to. Other than that, great hotel

In a strategic corner of the city center, nice views, nice SPA, great staying.

It was not the first my stay here. I was really delighted with the entire staff. They are all welcoming, friendly and helpfull with a very positive attitude towards guests needs. I would recommend rooms with Moltava river view....just breathtaking :-). I daresay this is the best place to stay in Gdansk. Ill stay here again for sure.

The hoel is right in the center of the amazing Gdansk main street with good restaurants, lots of people around and walking distance to most of the tourist places around.Very good service and friendly customer service.

This location of hotel is best on gdansk. Its not in the middle of hustle and bustle of gdansk but its really central to everything you want. Rooms clean staff nice I had an amazing stay.

Basically ok, but the the appreciation as a diamond member isn’t noticeable. Completely the same upgrade usage, the same benefits as Gold members. Three years ago you got as a diamond member a welcome gift in your room and you get 25% discount for the restaurant AND the spa. In 2022 you don’t get the smallest welcome gift and you get, analogous to the Gold member only 10% discount for restaurant OR spa!The breakfast was also not worth mentioning, no fresh cooked eggs, the finished warm dishes were all cold.There is no reason for diamond members to book this hotel.

Nice hotel and service. After checked in we got the restaurant vocher around 10 euro that we spent for the drink on the bar 5th floor.

The location is perfect, service as expected from Hilton, food and bar met all our requirements. The roof top bar has a pleasent ambience, we plan to return.

Great hotel. Located is great being located right on walkway by river. This area of old town is wonderful with lots of good restaurants and shops. Hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidays. Room big with comfy bed, great pillows, bathriom with large soaking tub, plus shower, and lots of towels.All employees friendly and informative. Breakfast good. Pool, sauna and steam room very relaxing. Many sites within walking distance or taxi/ Ubers available.If ever in Gdansk again would definitely stay at this Hilton again!

Very nice location right at the gates of old town but out of the crazy crowds and noise. I had breakfasts included and it was very nice with lots of options. Very nice and helpful staff. They could improve a bit on cleanliness especially inside the pool, grout needs attention.

In general, my stay was ok here. Hotel associates in general are helpful and friendly. I did encounter an issue during my stay (which could have been avoided if they were a bit more proactive), which was solved. As an Elite member, they did provide in lieu of the hotel not having an Executive lounge, an F&B voucher - although I find it weird that for higher Elite members, the value is not higher. Rooms are in general well appointed and sufficiently spacious. Too bad only higher level rooms have better coffee machines. Breakfast was one of the highlight of this property - with sparkling wine and a chocolate fountain. Small remark on the breakfast staff - some are friendly, but sadly majority seems to be forced to be there - i.e not helpful nor friendly. They had a section for elite members, but on both occasion I was never told about it and only found out on my last day when I noticed the sign. Too bad the rooftop bar was closed on the evening which I wanted to utilize it. Location is ok - for me it was not that central compared to the Hampton Old town. For my next trip back, depending on the rate I might select this property and my itinerary.

The view of the Motlawa River from the rooms facing the river is breathtaking. With the reflection of the buildings on the surface of the river water is a Kodak moment.This hotel is within walking distance to everything that a traveler needs.Just perfect!

Not a five star hotel, good service, but not of EU standard, in line with reasonable expectations you should have from a former Soviet country which its slowly reaching a proper International standard

Perfect location to explore the old town. The rooms look modern, are spacious and convenient. The staff does its best to make sure you make the most of your stay. A must when staying in Gdansk for sure !

As a loyal hilton customer. I am pretty disappointed with this one.A typical icing on the cake approach.The public area looks nice and modern.Guestrooms doesnt go in line with it. Old fashioned, dull, uninviting. Shower experience is not good. Low water pressure. Fixture and amenities are just like 3 star hotel.Breakfast was chaotic. People picking pastries with bare fingers!! HELLO COVID TIME PEOPLE!!! Plastic glove provided but noone use it.(Tbh, who would want to fiddle with plastic gloves. Just provide serving tongs will do.But the view on the roof top bar is amazing.front desk people are friendly and helpful.Not sure if I come back

Wonderful stay, the rooms are nice tidy and clean as expected from a Hilton hotel. Location is magnificent with a great roof top, decent pool and a nice breakfast with an amazing verity of dishes. breakfast can be sometimes slightly crowded with little tables available outside.Would highly recommend booking the rooms that have views towards the river. Also, take in mind the windows dont open but despite that the feeling in the room isnt cramped thanks to the good air conditioning system.Also, nice and friendly staff that sadly dont speak English very well.

Hotel itself is good with decent clean rooms. Unfortunately Corona measures like wearing face masks, only 2 persons in an elevator are not followed nor enforced. Even some of the staff is wearing face mask not correctly.

Were happy with our stay! Great Old town location, got a room with river view, extra nice. King bed was comfy as were the pillows, as expected. Had burgers at their outdoor restaurant, they taste closest to a U.S. burger and we were in the mood. Front desk personnel was courteous and professional. The room was sparkling clean. Restaurant staff could be friendlier and more efficient but thats ok.

We had a room with a river/canal view. It was worth it to upgrade. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bar was well stocked and breakfast was good.

Very nice location and friendly staff. Food excellent. My only complaint is the air conditioning did not work and with the window open for air it is very noisy outside. I did not sleep at all last night which, with a 4am airport transfer, was not ideal.

This hotel by no means is a 5 star hotel! Not even a 4 star hotel. Low quality sheets and towels, old furniture, mediocre bed, everything was like a 3 star hotel. But the view of our room was spectacular and the staff were friendly. Oh and we found someone elses t-shirt in our closet!! Now I even question the cleanness of our room! I also found mold in our shower...

Nice and clean hotel, probably at one of the best locations in Gdansk. Its definitely worth to upgrade to a room with a view on Motlawa river, but even if you dont you can still enjoy the same view (or a better one - because its higherfrom the bar or the swimming pool on the rooftop.They didnt clean the rooms like it usually takes place in the hotels, probably due to the current situation. You can have it done on request which I think it is a great idea to also reduce some impact on the environment. Maybe all hotels could incorporate this in the future. CLEAN THE ROOMS ONLY WHEN SOMEONE REQUESTS IT.

Where should I start, at the check in. We were standing in the row and the concierge came to us and ask how he could help, I answered we want to check in, he left without any answer and we had to wait for his colleague to check us in. At this way the concierge doesn‘t need to ask how he could help when nothing happens. His colleague did than everything fine.We ask ourself where is your hygiene concept. Just hanging out a sign that you have to wear mask and that’s it? Nearly nobody of the guests wear a mask in the hotel. And the stuff was fine with it. In the elevator there were often more than four people’s all without a mask? That doesn’t work in that time. Also that the stuff didn’t talk to that people, they see people coming in without a mask and just do nothing. When we ask for some more awareness at this topic the stuff hides itself and the Hilton behind the polish government. That doesn’t work, you’re the owner of that hotel and you can make your rules to make visitors feel save, you don’t need the government for your safety rules!!!The room was big the bed ok and the bathroom clean. The furniture were old and a lot of things had to be repaired in our room.The cleaning service was ok.

One of the greatest hotels I stayed at. Extremely friendly staff and awesome breakfast. The location of the place is really awesome. But if you plan to use public transportation you have to walk a while before any station. However theres a bus stop next to the hotel but not for a constant bus.

We had an absolutely spectacular stay here! A beautiful hotel in a perfect location. We were in room 506 which had its own spiral staircase and turret – just brilliant! The room itself had loads of space with a sofa area and TV, easy chair in the window and desk area. Bathroom was huge with a great bath and massive shower. Amazing huge bed too! Staff were helpful and efficient and breakfast was sooooo good with absolutely everything you could dream of for breakfast. Would recommend to anyone!

Greetings from Sweden! This hotel is very nice, situated just by the river and in the center. It has superb breakfast, a indoor pool & clean rooms, stuff is professional and it feels luxurious. We picked two single beds beside each other and they were very large, we were very pleased with this stay💗

This hotel is really a good place to stay at while in Gdansk. Hotel staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are very nice and if you have a room on the riverside, it is just amazing. The location is perfect to explore the city. Easy 10 min. walk next to the river to either the downtown centre (with lots of restaurantsor the other way to for example the World War II museum. There is a nice pedestrian bridge to other side of the river. The hotel has a gym, wellness area and inside pool. The restaurant and bar provides tasty and delicious food and drinks. Whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner. A nice touch is ""The International"", a summary of all the news which they put at door in the morning. Will be nice to come back to this place.
