Great staff, friendly and approachable. Room service takes around 50 min and restaurant orders around 30 min. Rooms are comfy. Pool is present but very small, bar is available next to restaurant inside the hotel, gym is very small.

Its has clean rooms and very welcoming.

It is a good and fine hotel someone could ever wish

Very good hotel but its expensive it has great service the staffs are amazing good room comfortable bed good shower strong wifi food is also amazing it has a conference rooms small gym & swimming pool I enjoyed my stay there although there are things to improve like we were using one of the conference rooms in society buissness park for hybrid meeting the technician for the room is a waiter in the hotel its difficult to find him when we have issue with the mixer and the wireless mic we have to stop the meeting and wait for him like 20 minutes he doesnt have that much knowledge with the mixer also you need to hire technician for the conference rooms the other one is the swimming pool is very small and also to go there you have to pass by the reception there is no other way its better to change the location of the pool maybe at the top of the building. Thanks

It’s in CBD which already is terrible, the traffic no easy access to hotel. Also they do your bedding after 12pm. Breakfast nothing special but service good, if you coming for business it’s a bit slow in the mornings. And need to leave out by 7am if going for business because of traffic uncontrolled

Great hotel, magnificent view on the higher floors. Staff is incredible friendly and supportive for any need. Breakfast is OK. Location is very good also. Not cheap, but quality of the room and general facilities are very nice. My option when I stay in Lusaka.

Had dinner with family and the the experience was awesome. The location of the hotel is very poor during working hours but after working hours, the hotel is well situated. The car park is perfect!

Big and clean room. Coffee maker, iron with iron board, toiletries are provided. Strong WIFI. Friendly and attentive staffs.Restaurants , shops and Supermarket , shopping malls are nearby.

Poor customer service… The meals were not nice. Didn’t even have the bare minimum of salt. Took almost an hour for food to be served.

Budget rooms are slightly smaller than average, especially in the bathrooms and the loaction makes it a bit difficult to get there in traffic but its definitely a 5 star hotel experience. Great food and exemplary service. Friendly staff.

I had a very bad experience experience on Valentines day. The food took too long to come. We waited 2hrs plus before the food could come. The food was bad and the customer service was very bad as we begged for Cutlery and the food to be served. I dont understand why they over booked the place and failed to serve us yet we had to pay K2,551 for a meal of 4 people. Totally unacceptable. I would not recommend anyone to visit this place.

I enjoyed my stay in Lusaka the most. The hotel is clean, the ac works properly, the food is simply amazing, I had an amazing time during breakfast, room service also spotless, the staff is great, always in a good mood, they helped me with anything, I only have good words to direct to them.The only point I would like to highlight is: I noticed that the staff has absolutely no chair to sit, during the entire shift.The staff placed in the main entrance of the hotel stays on their feet for 12 hrs, also the reception I noticed that they also don’t have a chair to sit, and the ladies are wearing high heels, so please let the management knows that this is not proper treatment towards their staff. Apart from that, everything was perfect, however this should be changed immediately.

Honestly speaking I have not visited this beautiful Hilton Garden hotel but I have been around it and by the way it presents its self on the outside I can say it must be amazing on the inside I wont lie I admire how it looks and will be happy to one day explore the luxurious rooms,food and everything Hilton Garden Inn Hotel has too offer then I will give an honest amazing review, but until then for now I will give👏👏👏👏 on the outside Presentation which I love to see especially during night time

I really enjoyed my stay in Lusaka.The service is amazing, waiter Natasha is amazing! She made me feel like home! She is very friendly and welcoming person, really deserves a reward.Perfect service.Food is tasty, choice of beverages is good.

I enjoyed the hospitality from the friendly and professional staff at the hotel. the check in process showed the amount of importance they attach to security for the clients. The meals were good and the place is well located.

You experience world class service from the carpark to your preference destination within the hotel. Their staff stood out as well trained. The service they provide is well known elsewhere but is in short supply in most hotels in Zambia. I fell in love with the design and layout of the place and their rooms are exquisite and you get nostalgic and start to think you shouldnt leave at some point. I didnt try out their whole menu but I loved the stake so much am sure they make a killing with the rest of it. Great pool though I dont swim 😂😂😂

Loved the ambience.It was quite relaxing for a place located in the CBD. The food was warm and fresh. I definitely wouldnt mind spending a night or two again.

I would not consider staying at the Hilton. The view of the city is definitely what persuaded me to book a weekend staycation as advertised by the Hilton but the stay was underwhelming. we were checked in 2 Hours after arrival because our room was allocated to another group. This was really unprofessional and created anxiety and annoyance. Even though the inconvenience was buttressed with a free dinner meal. the quality of food at the restaurant was underwhelming. we were served with steak that said 500g on the menu but was so tiny. the taste wasnt the best either. the breakfast was not hotel standard.

Loved it. Theres a beautiful restaurant atop Hilton Garden Hotel atop the building. Unique western cuisine with a slight local touch. Nice small boardrooms and small conference facilities. And a sizeable swimming pool on a rooftop patio. Relaxing atmosphere!

Came here for lunch. Was a little disappointed with the customer service. The waitress forgot our orders twice, so we had to wait about an hour to eat. Customer service needs work cause it seemed like the stuff was too busy to attend to customers which isn’t supposed to be the case. But nevertheless, the environment is safe and clean. Perfect for dates, meetings, interviews and other rendezvous that requires a quiet and elegant place. The food menu is limited but of what is available most of it is delicious.

I stayed here for a business trip in 05/21The hotel facilities are quite good and I enjoyed the stay.However the hotel is located in the city center which is very rush and messy and I felt there a bit unsafe.In addition, WiFi got me mad lots of time.Breakfast was OK, service could be better.Room service was very good.AND, room views sunsets were amazing.

The hotel is really nice and comfortable. However, the menu and quality of food served by the in-house restaurant needs work. The menu is very limited and the food does not taste nice at all. If it wasnt for the food Id give them a full 5 stars.

The service was perfect, from the entrance to the chef. The food(the waffles especiallywas delicious. The atmosphere, relaxing. Everything was on time. I wish I had the whole day to spend there.I also realized that I dont think a lot of people know about it, so maybe a little more advertisements.
