Easy access fron I20. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. However, I was not aware of the water crisis in Jackson, Mississippi. I wish corporate had given customers the option of canceling the reservation with no penalty or to stay at ones own risk.Zero stars for corporate.

Had our catalytic converters stolen while we slept. Truck was in view of the front door. So sad. $8+k repair bill. No help at all. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Makes me wonder if someone on staff is aware of what’s going on. Stay at your own risk! We won’t be back.

Its really not that bad. The biggest thing was the road noise. Someone else said they have ‘put the hotel as close to the road as they legally can’ and that is 100% true. Its not horrible, but if you’re the type of person who needs silence to sleep, maybe check around for somewhere else. Also, apparently breakfast was not included with the room, and there were signs up to purchase it in the morning. The rooms are nice and beds are good and soft. We had no cleanliness problems. A bit strange that the door at the end of the hall was cracked though.

The hotel is in a great location. Theres a little bit of different foods for all taste preferences. However, I gave the hotel a low grade because of the suite. I do quite a bit of traveling and have never seen a suite with just one TV. Usually there are 2- one in the living area and one in the bedroom. The main reason I booked this hotel was due to traveling with my mom and two children. I figured theyd watch TV in the bedroom and mom & I would watch our Saturday night ritual in the living area. But to my surprise and frustration there was only one TV. The bedroom had cords though that were for a TV on the floor behind the dresser. Hilton, do better please!

The motel canceled my reservation when we got there. Said they didn’t have rooms for third party billing. I booked through Hilton. Also, said no rooms period. Then as we were leaving someone walked in asked for two rooms without reservations and got two rooms.Update - No response from anyone (the property or the email left in your response). Is possible to give a -5 rating.

Checked in late (after 2100but was greeted with some very friendly staff. Lobby was very active and room was clean. All I was wanting was a quick check in and a clean room for the night. Got that with a smile and some good ol southern hospitality...
