Hilton Garden Inn Aiken in Aiken

They need an EV charger. No hotel in Aiken has one, and the first one to add one will see an increase in business. I did charge from a wall plug they let me use but a real charger would be better.

Despite the 100% no smoking policy the entire third floor stank of weed.Room was clean enough though, would stay again if I was in the area.

Where do I start. Dont have enough space to type. Elevator did not work entire weekend. My brother is 63 years old. He had a very hard time with the stairs. We were on the 4th floor. Ice machine out of order. Carpet and furniture in room stained badly.

The Team did very well of taking care of our adding days together, accommodations, The breakfast and the Team was awesome. Judy at the bar help us have a great celebration. 👍

Stayed during the Masters Golf Tournament week and had a wonderful time. Great location with plenty of good places to eat, shop and walk across the parking lot to the movie theater on a rainy day. The hotel was very clean and beds were comfy. The entire staff was friendly and always smiling. Every morning there was plenty of options for breakfast and they never ran out of coffee!!! Our waitress, Debra was very nice and accommodating. Lastly, I want to give a special thank you to Josh for going above and beyond excellent customer service for making our stay so enjoyable. He was extremely attentive and treated us as if we were a family member. We will definitely stay at this hotel for our next visit.

An above average experience for a hotel stay. They operate an in-house restaurant and bar within the open space of the main lobby. There are several major chain restaurants within walking distance, but we were tired, and eating closed to our room proved irresistible. We also enjoy the full breakfast in the morning.The rooms were lovely. Appreciated a well trained staff that provided excellent service throughout our stay. We shall return.
