Noisy from my point of view.A lot of "godinez" walking around.

Clean rooms. Weekends has a little a bar thats a little loud but bearable.

Very nice hotel with great food and nice people.

Charging for an extra night, while it was our wedding day is absurb. They also over charged my parents and realized it was a mistake suddenly. (Difference of 40k peso). We got our civil wedding at the hotel, which was nice, but the rest? No. Poor service, should not have charged the extra night.

It’s ok loud noise because of the bars in front. Staff needs training not professional or friendly service but it’s just fine for a night not great .

Great location. Plenty of dining options from traditional local eats to fine dining experience in area. Driving to "El Centro" takes roughly 19 to 24 minutes.

Food service very poor. Little selection of fruit, bread, etc.Cook disorganized and gave my food to someone else. Rooms didn’t get cleaned until 4:00 pm. Tried to order food and pool but they forgot to send staff to take my order. Seemed like they had little staff to manage place this time.I’ve had better experiences in my past stays but I was disappointed in this one.

Very well located in a commercial area with may options for dinning around the hotel, as far as rooms quality, personnel attention to details, and breakfast, is all you can expect from a Hilton!

Just like the review above everything comes down to service and waiters! Rooms were clean, it was in a good location a lot of security which is great. But at the buffet just because it’s complementary doesn’t mean you have to be rude. The first day everything was good in the buffed food was cold though service was good they offered me coffee and everything. The second day. There were 3 waiters none of them offered me anything it was around 9:50am. I finished with my food and no one picked up my plates I set there for like 15 minutes until a waiter decided to pick up my plates. They were empty and I placed them on the opposite side of the table that way they could pick them up. Istead they were talking to each other bad service.

Very bad experience, arriving my car got dirty with the construction of the parking lot.A day later they didnt clean the room and the pool was cold. The worst part was that even asking more than three times in a day, the staff did not send anyone to clean the room.

Very good business hotel and not that expensive..

I DO NOT recommend STAYING HERE Room was hot and unable to cool it down. Could hear the music all night long, not in a good way. Service was horrible. THEY OVER CHARGED ME AND SAID WELL SEE IF WE CAN REFUND YOUR MONEY.

Amazing bar to enjoy with friends or network with other hotel guests.The best things are its location walking distance to many restaurants and bars and the rates it offers are perfect to match the hotel facilities and services. An amazing value overall.

We stayed here for one week and loved it.The hotel is great from different aspects, such as, its fresh and clean as its new built. The rooms are big enough and the bed was comfortable.The breakfast was good.All the staff was great.But the star in their staff is Lorena, she is fantastic, exceptional, professional and very service minded.

Excellent rooms and prices. Shower, bathroom, curtains, and almost noise free from next to rooms.You can enjoy a great buffet for breakfast and its amenities are very good which include a small and an outdoors pool with warm temperature.

Great service, i loved it

The food was great, I had breakfast there with some clients. What was not as good as food was the service. There was no much people having breakfast, a couple of tables maybe. There was just 1 waiter working and he took hours to get us coffee or the bill.

The place is very nice. The front desk personal is very polite. The installation is very impressive. The breakfast buffet has multiple and exquisite options to choose. In short words is a very good place to stay.

Hilton Garden is located in one of the main avenues and surrounded by nice bars and restaurants. Close to the golden area of the city. Rooms have a lot of space and everything is perfect. The pool area is comfortable and clean. The food in the restaurant is good.

Breakfast is not well organizedI ordered 2 omellettes and they lost them. I had to wait to be cooked again. Then i wanted one piece of bread, there was not left, they said they will bring me one but they never did.

Brand new hotel that opened Nov 15, 2017. Felt like we were the first to ever occupy room we were assigned. Great bar and fairly well appointed breakfast buffet with omelettes and eggs cooked to order.
