Came for a coffee, good coffee, good service.

Первое впечатление было немного, слегка и чуть чуть испорчено путаницей в статусе бронирования. Оказывается без "дабл дабл" подтверждения клеткой на рецензии не действительно. И сразу просят оплатить.пару сотен долларов. Кстати ещё о не очень приятном: кофе на завтраке очень не очень. Номера просто класс. Но бухгалтерию и коммуникации надо лечить.

Extremely bad experience after almost 3 month stay...Extremely rude and unpolite management staff!!Old and dirty rooms, carpets are so old and dirty that feels uncomfortable to walk without shoes!! Or even with shoes. I am hilto member sin e 2017 and never have faced such humilatio approach from Hotel managment staff!!!Extremely sad that such individuals are running hilton business operation at regional level!!! Failure is Inevitable!!Also want to underline few words about sales Mismanager Marina Meschenkova or whatever!!! never seen when Surname of person describes exactly persons profile...

NICE HOTEL

Hilton dushanbe is not at the standard of other Hiltons worldwide. Customers who give 5 stars rating to a such hotel never seen a luxury hotel in their life.Dont get me wrong, the courtesy of their staff is excellent, bed is comfortable, the spa and fitness is center as a real added value; professional and well trained.Rooms are old with stains on the carpet, tower holder collapsing. The overall experience is overrated.The worst part is the restaurant. Paying 18USD (+/-220 somonisfor such a poor industrial breakfast is a shameless experience.Other cafes across the street offer better services, better taste and a real customer experience.The croissant is like eating paper; tasteless. When, I offered one piece to the staff they politely declined. As an excuse, they can not eat on duty. Their manager should offer them to eat a piece Honestly, Dushanbe street food offer real puff pastry.Toasts were overburned. Another excuse; it was Nowruz festival. The machine did not have time to get repaired.To continue with juices: Packed and can juices. After my complain, the restaurant manager offered me a fresh juice option.Guess what? I had to follow it up as it came after 20min. Moose café across the street does it in less than 5min watch in hands. Hilton might have ran out of carrots and apples.When you run a restaurant with such high price, you must offer the service and the quality with it.Dont just "make it right", "Make it FIRST TIME right!".

It was probably the worst 5 star hotel I have stayed in. I was particularly disappointed with hotel service, the room was dirty and there stains on carpet. Shower was not working and it took them ages to fix it.

Very disturbing rooms due to the club and useless services along with very poor cleaning twice in whole week. I do not like the lunch and dinner services sometime had to wait for more than 20 min. Dirty carpets and rooms.

One of the finest hotels in the town! It faces Tashkent city park so you got to see dancing fountain right from your balcony.

5* hotel. one of best hotels in Dushanbe.

Only 1 shower operational in mens changing room in the spa. When crowd comes out of gym there is a long queue for it. Would also be nice to add a cup of tea to relax, after Spa procedures like many big hotels like Hyatt do.

I have just decided to write here my negative comments at midnight. Because I can’t not sleep. Why? The club of the hotel is working very noisy and giving noise to my room located at 9th floor. This is not the only problem. At the very first day of my stay , bed sheet was dirty. Maybe I wouldn’t be writing this problem if I face it in other ordinary hotels but it is completely contracting to Hilton quality. But only funny thing is all the hotel staff is asking many times if everything is alright with my stay 100 times ( even sometimes annoying but no action . Even no complimentary to my roof for excuse or sorry. It is not about the staff but lack of professional hotel management. I guess I will change my hotel if something cardinally will not change to better direction.

Good facilities and excellent service. I often order a coffee and use the south secretion of the Zaitun restaurant to sit and read: its rarely busy, and wonderfully light. You can even sit outside when its warm (except that theyve sealed the door for the worst of winter in Jan/Feb 2019.
