101 Ocean Dr, Miami Beach, FL 33139, United States, Miami Beach
Along South Beach, this informal hotel is less than a mile from the Art Deco Historic District, a 7-minute walk from the Jewish Museum of Florida and 11 miles from Miami International Airport.Streamlined rooms, some with ocean views, provide balconies, minifridges, and tea and coffeemakers, as well as en suite marble bathrooms, flat-screen TVs and Wi-Fi access. Studios have kitchenettes. Suites offer separate living areas with sofabeds. Upgraded suites add private roof terraces with whirlpool tubs. Room service is available.Amenities include a casual Greek restaurant, an outdoor pool and a spa, plus a gym. Pets are welcome (surcharge).
Always a great stay at this hotel. Located on South Beach with all the amenities without all the chaos and confusion.
A. Its Hilton; B. Its right on Ocean Blvd and on S Beach; C. It on S. Beach.Staff are all great. Lounge chairs on beach for all guests. Although they could stay available longer than 4pm. I mean its vacation.Views from our partial ocean view double queen corner room. RM#505B
Beautiful hotel m, nice and helpful staff. Pool, spa and excellent food.
Love this hotel, especially the ocean front view rooms. You truly feel as if youve escaped to paradise. We be returning
BEWARE OF THE HILTON BENTLEY! This Hilton may be the worst constructed hotel I have EVER stayed in. I left EXHAUSTED! Not only could I hear the person next door to me simply ZIPPER HER BAG there are NO sound absorbing materials used anywhere in building this hotel. I requested a room "away from elevator" but the hotel floors are so small that you cannot help but be near the elevator. I could hear elevator bell RING every single time! I never knew how much traffic a small floor could receive until I experienced staying at the Hilton Bentley. I could not believe what I was experiencing! The rooms are so close together that the door frames leading in are just inches apart from each other. You can hear everything. Every time a door closes it SLAMS harder than I have ever heard a hotel room door close. I tried to sleep the next morning but the cleaning crew began their day using blaring walkie talkies and continued the slamming of every door on the floor multiple times as they went in and out of each room. I never received the call about trying a different room from the manager as promised so we wound up leaving after the first night with no refund available to me. I had a feeling and anticipated them ignoring that request since what difference would it make since changing rooms does not change the hotel. Clean? Yes. Good location? Yes. However, you will not sleep well at all. Whats the price of that worth? We wound up paying to stay at another hotel! What a waste of money!
Rooms are well maintained, however, overnight parking is not included ($40 a night!), the gym is antiquated, and linen quality is substandard.
The location and the staff were A1. The atmosphere, food, and amenities were spectacular. We would definitely recommend. The location was only a few steps from the Ocean Avenue and Collins Avenue.
I start to follow the challenges about hotel rooms, so sometime you can finder secret message hidden in the room, what actually happened, that mean room didnt clean properly, and on photo they look better
I stayed for a week in a one bedroom suite. I chose the upgraded room because there a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom but the tub didnt work. I let the front desk know, maintenance came to try and fix the issue but was not able to figure out what was wrong. I hoped that maybe I would get moved to a room with a working tub but that didnt happen.Beach club staff and servers at Santorini were wonderful. We also enjoyed the spa. Overall we had a great time in Miami, but the hotel room was a let down. The tiles in the pool area were all broken and crumbling. The bedding didnt really meet my expectations - I ended up using a couch throw pillow instead of the pillows on the bed.I considered staying here again for my upcoming trip back to South Beach (in a standard room this time since the upgrade was not worth itbut the prices are more than double what I paid last year for a suite and the Marriott on the same block with the same amenities is half the price.
The Living Room TV didnt work, Master Bedroom was extremely hot even with the curtains completely closed. The balcony always had standing water. The pool was always closed before dinner
I loved staying here two nights.Just wanted to be close to the ocean for a few days. Everyone is nice and accommodating. Clean
We booked this hotel for seven days. Paid about $6000. The day that we arrived we were informed that that day and the next (Saturday and Sundaywe would have to leave the pool at 4:00 because they’re having a party in that space. Four days later (Wednesdaythey informed us that we would have to leave the pool again because they have again rented that space out to others. So we decided to just go to the pool until 3:30 and find something else to do. We invited our two friends to come over to the pool. As soon as they arrived a Hilton manager said they were not allowed at the pool because they are not paying guests. I said, “no problem. How much is your resort fee to accommodate them… I mean there is literally no one in the pool?” They told us that we can’t do that and they have to leave. So we walked over to their hotel (Marriotand they happily welcomed of us.Unless you want to pay an enormous amount of money to be treated like a second class citizen… stay somewhere else. You’ve been warned
Although location is great, room was not clean(blood on pillowcase and sheetsicemaker did not work)and there were pink stains on the couch area that smelled like paint and we paid for an upgrade.most of the staff was excellent but the concierge that worked the morning of July 9th did not seem to care once we addressed these issues with her as if we werent as important as the guest she previously took care of. I dont want to leave a total bad review there were highlights ( location)On a decent note the lobby had a wonderful welcoming smell.
I really enjoyed this hotel. There’s valet, friendly staff, live music in the evening, a lounge area across from the beach, good eating on the 1st floor, and of course clean units. The valet person immediately checked my bags when I pulled up to the hotel. I was greeted by the staff immediately upon walking in. lan (hotel staffwas super helpful for my initial booking, but the other staff were also extremely helpful. My room was 401. It was down the hallway from the gym, with an ocean view. There was also a spacious terrace for entertaining or lounging. The terrace overlooked the outdoor dining area and the pool, and it’s a great space to view fireworks. The room had a kitchen, with silverware, and stovetop. The living room had a larger tv, with a large couch and 2 additional chairs. The living room led out onto the terrace. The bedroom had another tv with all cable channels (not available in the living room), and it also led out onto the terrace via 2 entrances. The bedroom also had a California Closet System. The bathroom had marble tile throughout, with a jacuzzi tub (water didn’t get hot, just warm), separate shower, a bidet, and led mirror. I mostly stayed at the hotel, and it had everything I needed. The walk to the beach was only a few minutes. I went on the 4th of July and had a great view from the terrace. There was also a table and chairs on the balcony, so I ate outside most nights. Overall, it was a great stay and I look forward to my next visit.
Short weekend stay celebrating my wife’s birthday and we couldn’t be more pleased. As a Diamond member we were awarded an upgraded suite w/ an ocean view, complimentary champagne, and a double chocolate cake when we entered our room. Hilton members also receive complimentary beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels. While South Beach can be overpriced we will definitely be returning for another stay.
Horrible ppl, that target you based on your ethnicity specifically if you are American. They contract valet people who damage your vehicle and take no responsibility to fix the damage. You have to argue with ppl who pretend to be clueless and take no accountability
Lovely rooms that have kitchens and a large couch room and the bedroom & bathroom is so CLASSY! Marble floors to keep you cool 😎 👌🏻. Toilet and Bidet, for those who like that.RIGHT on the beach ⛱️ 😎You have arrived‼️🙏👍👍👍👍👍
Stayed here for a birthday trip and I wish I wouldn’t have. The room smelled weird and was not cleaned well, there were long black hairs all around the mattress on the bed frame so that was gross. Couldn’t really go in the pool because it was absolutely FILLED with bugs. Service at the pool is mediocre at best, we were practically the only people in the pool area and it took the staff 10 minutes to get us towels and another 15 to take our drink order. The staff was rude so we ended up just leaving the pool and going somewhere else. Lastly, the hot tub must have been at least 106 degrees because we couldn’t even get in it without burning our skin. The location is good, that’s about it.
Honestly, I have stayed here a few times now! This time the service was missing. The staff just didnt do it for me, I must say that the valet people cared more about the guests than the actual people who worked at the front during the check in. Rooms are a bit pricey!
The BEST, the room was so beautiful and we were perfectly happy with "partial" beach view because our patio was soooo big we could easily angle ourselves for a great view regardless, we could actually see the beach on either side of the building in front of us. The room and hotel are very well maintained, high end luxury of everything AND an amazing staff that all spoke clear English and understood us and met our Every need. AND AN AMAZING RESTAURANTwhoa, such good food, Greek amazingness and poolside service! AnD, beach service , a nice padded chair, towels umbrellas water and then food and beverage service was available at a reasonable rate as well. There is an amazing promenade from the restaurant that can take you a few blocks to the night life, to the beach, and the other way to a beautiful sunset at a nice park at the marina- best people watching EVER!! Love this place and experience!
We really appreciate the assistance provided to us by Jen Events Manager. You are amazing person to work with . Thank you again, We really appreciate working with you.
Great service in a wonderful location. Excellent restaurant. Staff and the concierge were helpful especially the concierge Joel. We had three rooms We’ll be back
My stay at the Hilton Bentley was definitely sub par. During my stay I had 4 pretty big issues. First, I found some blood stains on my pillow for which the front desk assured me that it was not blood, but chocolate...this is arguably worst since generally chocolate stains should wash off, which probably means they never washed the pillow. The second issue was the internet, throughout the entire stay, the internet did not work in the room and I was forced to use my data, which is fine, but that also meant I couldnt use my laptop.Third issue was briefly with cable where heavy rain started pouring and the cable just stopped working for about 20 mins. This might not be an issue with the hotel, but I also believe that if they had better cable in the rooms that shouldnt be an issue. The last issue was with the beach, we got 2 loungers on the beach on Sunday afternoon and trash from the previous people were left on the table. The amenities (gym, poolwere pretty much non-existent at the hotel (very small gym and pooland I dont think this is acceptable for a hotel that cost over 650$ a night. To me it is just horrible value and I would much rather pay a few extra hundred dollars for other hotels in south beach.
I had my wedding here on SaturdayI had multiple rooms booked in my name. Very complicated. Absolutely seamless. Courteous staff. Great food. Prompt beach drink service. My wedding was the pig roast packageMy family is raving about the food and the skyline roomJoel Patricia and Jen went above and beyondMy parents were treated like royaltyI admit. It’s not cheap. Im from the Northeast You get less service in NY and Boston for the same price.South Beach will be expensive no matter where you stay and eat.Food and quality of liquor is top shelfCruising and All inclusive resorts are similar cost when you factor in upgrading for premium liquor, specialty restaurants and toursAnyway, My wedding was perfect. My family loves it
Wonderful!! Particularly the Beach Staff!! Jose and his people make you feel comfortable and work together as a real team. WE will always return due to Jose and his staff.
Great location if you’re looking to enjoy the city-like atmosphere of south-beach, restaurants, bars, street life, etc. the hotel is right by the beach. It is small enough to feel at home but not too small to miss on great service. The staff is excellent. one thing to consider, the swimming pool is located by the restaurant so not much privacy there if you looking to use the pool a lot you may want to consider this.
Would have loved to have left a 5 star but just can’t. Not that we complain but when you pay a lot of money etc you want simple things to enjoy yourself. For example when you want to order food you expect and hope the staff at Santorinis will take your order, not blow you off and take everyone else’s order around you. Then totally disregard you when you keep asking. Then when you come back to your room to, let’s say use the bathroom and they leave you with no toilet paper, you just wonder what you did wrong. Honestly. No toilet paper. Who does that guest at a hotel. Anyway. We would have loved to come back but I think they made it clear we aren’t welcome.
Beautiful hotel south of 5th (so nicely a bit quieter). Exceptional experience from check in to check out. Staff was very friendly (special shoutout to Joel and Maria), who made sure I felt recognized and reward for my loyalty in Hilton status. They have a great process for taking care of you whether it is setup at the pool, or at the beach with umbrella and chairs. Very nice on property dining option. Most certainly will return
Maria was amazing at check in. We were welcomed with a bright warm smile and taken care of immediately. The hotel doesn’t fail at all! Great location, easy to get an Uber or walk distance from amazing restaurants and shops. Rooms are spacious and views are fantastic! Staff welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend!
Our stay was amazing at this hotel, Maria the receptionist helped us once we arrived she was very kind with a positive attitude also at our check out. The room was great, partial ocean view was amazing. Hilton Bentley will be our primary stay in Miami.
The hotel and rooms are nice and very clean. The grounds are lovely, but if you want to swim in the pool, you’ll be surrounded by restaurant patrons seated right next to the pool. Also, if room service is important to you, be aware that it’s basically just takeout in a bag. It was very helpful to have a fully stocked kitchen with microwave, stovetop and large fridge, but be aware that there is no dishwasher. Climate control was a challenge. We had a one bedroom suite, with only one thermostat, which was in the kitchen, and there were only 2 vents ~ the larger one in the kitchen and the other, very small one in the bedroom closet, so we had to leave the closet and bedroom doors open at night, and the bedroom was still very warm.
The customer service in this hotel is unmatched! There is so much attention to detail by the managers, front desk, concierge, restaurant staff, and valet. They really know how to make your stay special.
Great staff ! Thanks for always exceed our expectations my and my husband love this hotel ! We always very excited to come back to Hilton Bentley since our honeymoon in 2020
Loved this hotel! Great location! Was able to walk everywhere! Lots of beautiful scenery and places to eat within just a few blocks! Room was great! Employees were super nice! Beach was incredible!
We arrived in the rain and there’s no canopy to go under. Which means yourself and your luggage will get wet. The hotel itself is a small building, but for south beach that’s expected. Very modern and nice rooms. I booked through the Hilton app and was shown my room has a jacuzzi which wasn’t there when I got into my room. Have I complained maybe they would have taken care of it. Our A.C was also freezing up but I never brought it up as well so I can’t hold it against them. We were given water bottles every day being a Honors member. The pool is incredibly small but modern. The issue is the loss of tranquility when parents let their kids turn it into a playground. The beach chair service was a great perk. The staff there was welcoming and took great care of us. Food service at the chairs took over 20 minutes with very few guests as the weather wasn’t welcoming but it tasted good! The next day after check in was a different manager, an Indian woman who when she was managing versus the man from the Night Before gave a complete different Atmosphere to the hotel. She was on top of the staff and really running the show. I wish I could’ve gotten her name because she was amazing! My only real complaint is from the valet. I arrived and to my surprise had a flat tire. The valet told me they’ll take care of it as they have an air pump and will monitor it and let me know if it goes back down. I Told them I have triple A and can call but they assured me they would take care of it instead. I gave them my # and said if it goes down or you don’t have the pump call me and I’ll call triple A. 3 hours later I assumed it was taken care of and went downstairs to go for a drive. My car was in the same spot and I asked if it held air and the valet responded we don’t have a pump here and turned away from me. I would never request valet to do something like this but they persistently offered too and never notified me they didn’t have a pump. I would’ve just called triple A immediately and Been happy. I wasn’t upset they didn’t have a pump but angry I was never notified 3 hours later when I specifically gave them my business card with cell number. A favor is only a favor if you actually do it.Overall I’d stay here if price permits. As a now Diamond member I’d love to see the different experience. I’ve stayed at a similar quality hotel on south beach for the same price and the Bentley blew them out of the water.
Our stay at the Hilton Bentley was fantastic. We arrived before check in, and were told we would have an upgraded room due to our gold status to a 1 bedroom suite! It stated a courtyard view, but truly it had a fantastic view of the ocean. The room was large, and well appointed with the kitchenette, large bathroom and balcony. Staff was all very nice and accommodating, everything was very clean, and house keeping was good. We were quickly supplied with any additional needs (amenities, towels, etc). The first day we sat at the beach while waiting for our room, and ordered drinks and food from the restaurant. We also ate at the restaurant on our second day, and I had the grilled octopus and it was delicious. Service was great all around, and it was truly just a fantastic stay and getaway for my husband and I. We saw families enjoying the hotel also, and we would return as a family because the 1 bedroom suites are so roomy. Enjoy!
We had a great stay this week! The front staff and beach staff were very polite and so helpful. Our room was clean, no strange stains as other guests have mentioned. The food at Santorinis was delicious and arrived in a timely manner to our beach chairs. The drinks were also great. There are two pools and a jacuzzi. We enjoyed them all. I agree that it is a little confusing to find info on the amenities, but the guest services staff members were helpful in answering my questions.I would stay here again!
I’ve been a Hilton Diamond member for two years now, honestly one of the worse stays I’ve had over 20 properties. The room had a layer of dirt on the floor, the A/C unit could not be adjusted and the front desk was inconsistent when messaged. After three days, I requested the staff check me out of my room. Despite confirmation that it would be done, I had to double check twice before I was actually checked out. Then I was told about fees that were never mentioned in the final bill.Honestly, just save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.
I’ve booked an ocean front suite with balcony just amazing view and priceless vibes you’ll ve listening live Greek music from the Greek restaurant by the pool, food is amazing. What else to ask for enjoying your own company. If you are solo traveler like me you should give it a try. You don’t wanna leave this place more than enough!!! ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
I highly recommend this hotel. The amenities were fantastic and easy to access. The beach was steps away with an accommodating staff waiting to ensure you had the chairs, umbrellas, water and towels you needed for a day at the beach. Our room had a beautiful balcony view of the ocean and was a great way to start and end everyday.
1. Bad – The initial room was boisterous at night. I assumed it was noise from a heating system because it was everywhere; even I could hear it outside the building in the bridge between two buildings.2. Good – My room got upgraded to a calm one-bedroom. I had a quality sleep which was great for my business trip. I didnt care any extra space. I just needed good nights of sleep.3. Worst – Once I sat on a chair under the desk, my body became itchy. There were two filthy chairs, but I had to sit on them for my online meetings for hours. Its been five days since I checked out the room, but my whole body is crazy itchy. There must be lice or ticks on the fabric chairs. The good thing was that I had never sat on the couch.4. Bad – I had to phone call with the manager because the property charged a resort fee even though I spent miles for stays. The manager fixed it, but why did they charge it initially? They even didnt send or provide a receipt for the charge before I contacted the manager. I found out the charge from my credit card activities two days after my stay.
Wonderful spot if you have an opportunity to visit here for a bike in the excellent Greek restaurant or stay here in one of the beautiful villas this place is beautiful. I highly recommend checking out the spa good services there too. Cant wait to visit again. Definitely one of the highlights of South Beach.
I stayed at this hotel on 3 separate occasions. The management and staff are exceptional. The rooms are stunning. Love this hotel! Thank you so much for making my guests and my stay so amazing. Prime location and Miami vibe in the heart of South beach. So much fun.
This hotel will not disappoint. Everything was exceptional! The quality and cleanliness of the rooms, the staff from the front desk to the beach staff were all very attentive and accommodating. The location is superb. They have the best Greek restaurant and staff around. And if you want your memories captured at the beach, look up "Marvellous Images"You will not be disappointed!
I am giving this hotel 5 stars not because of how nice the room was or any amenities. Shamarah I want to thank you for making my stay great from the very start. Thank you for getting me a room so early, I cant tell you how much I appreciated that. You were so kind and you explained everything which was so nice as I have never been in a Hilton before. You are such an asset to this hotel and I hope they treat you like it.
Incredible experience and customer service at the Savoy hotel! The amenities are beautiful, the pool area is so nice with day beds and full sushi menu at the bar. The staff took really good care of us. Would definitely stay there again for my friend’s birthday coming up!! If you want to stay in South beach, stay at the Savoy you won’t be disappointed!
Location is great. Its right in the heart of everything, and lots of great restaurant options within walking distance. The hotel is just ok. Needs to be remodeled. Wifi was terrible, shower head was leaking, safe did not work, and lots of little things broken or in need of replacement. Expected more from a higher end resort. There are a few nice touches and it was a fine place to stay for a few days. Great beach access, and really nice to have chairs and umbrella available. Not sure its really worth the resort fee, but the location is nice. Pool is basically built into the restaurant... so expect a full restaurant to be watching you if you try to relax in the pool. Its really a 3 star hotel. Id consider going again just for the location.
Best staff, cleanliness, views, service and beach front property a 5 star dream. Stayed for a week with my son. Wish we booked for longer. Pool, hot tub, spa and other amenities plus location location location. Balconies that wrap around the room which makes for perfect pictures no matter what angle its like a dream everything was perfect. Even the guest where pleasant. Everything about this stay was perfect cant wait to visit again. Never felt so home away from home!
I love this resort. We stayed on the 10th floor and had both ocean and city views. We loved the restaurant onsite and the complimentary anniversary desserts! The food presentation was great also. The staff at the beach were very accommodating... Very clean and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.
Ive been staying at the Hilton Bentley for a few days every February for about the past eight years. My last visit was on 2/6/21. Although the front desk staff is always great, two of the employees went out of their way to make my recent stay incredible. Id like to thank both Robert and Alexandra who were there to check me in. I got in early and they went out of their way to make sure my room got cleaned so I could check in early. Also, as an added treat, they sent up a bottle of champagne and piece of chocolate cake when I told them that I come back every February to stay at the Bentley. Stuff like this never happens to me!The hotel itself is always extremely clean, modern, feels very safe, and in an area of South Beach that is a bit quieter, which I love. Their pool is heated and has abundant lounge chairs. Two lounge chairs, towels, and an umbrella is included with the resort fee for use on the private beach in front of the hotel. The Hilton Bentley is my all-time favorite hotel in Miami.
