This bar in downtown Tuguegarao has been at the forefront of nighttime entertainment in the city, combining good food, great cocktails and events that range from DJ and band performances to speed dating. This is all set in a converted duplex apartment decorated with knick-knacks from the owners collections.

HILARIA after you.The restaurant, the theme, and the architecture, Hilaria is one one of the best resto in Tuguegarao promoting best choice of culinary culture and savoir-faire.The menu isn’t divided in a conventional manner, so it’s up to you to order one, two or three plates. Good service and good food... I enjoyed my time: picture taking for Instagram feed and food photoshoot of Hot Shrimp Salad, Tokwat Pata, Lengua White Sauce, and Soft Taco. The Lengua (Pigs Toungehas an intense salty flavor, tender one, a creamy and gooey sauce... I loved the food! I also enjoyed the service that can be considered upscale for a resto. The tokwat pata really look great! Fine-dining quality with plates decorated like masterpieces. The hot shrimp salad is so tender and balanced. The meat (beeffor soft taco is adequately cooked with a red heart. I loved it all, quality of famous chef, small plates more of culinary experiences than fulfilling dishes.Best for last, never leave without having cocktails! They served 8th Martini, Blue Valentine, Hilarias Choice, and Chill Margarita which are very tasty cocktails and very instagram-worthy during our stay.Excellent from start to end! I was a fan of their creations and I believe they have a new ambassador.

This is a place where you can enjoy brunch with a good cup of coffee in the morning, chill in the afternoon and have a good dinner in the evening. I love their chicken wings and their sandwiches. I had a good experience overall and will come back again soon. 😊
