Highway 21 Hotel in Iloilo

Service is good. Excellent place to stay for Budget travellers.

The bed is smelly. Old rooms. Not really cleaned well.😔

We stayed on the 4th floor of the main building. The place was clean and comfortable. It had some nice views. They are very accommodating. Although the broken frame of the air conditioner quite bothers me.

I was in a quarantine and they follow all the protocols..good staffs...

I like the quality of their rooms. It is almost new if not new and so far I had no complaints. I havent tried their food menu though but their room service is good enough. Their accomodations are budget friendly too.

They dont accept senior citicen card

Rates are cheap and rooms are quite decent. The rooms are manifesting signs of old age and need a very much needed renovation. There were roaches hanging around as well.

Been staying at this place from time to time for 6 months now. Never been disappointed. The cleaning crew would even text you and ask if you want your room cleaned when you are not around. Extra effort, extra points.

The family room we stayed was spacious. There is a separate room and sofa set inside. The location is also good. We requested additional pillow for fee:But I think that they should work on the bathroom/toilet because it did not function well during our stay.

They should renovate. The rooms look and smell old. Love the staff and the food.

Old hotel and amenities are showing off their age. A good thing however is, it is clean and has a safe parking space for cars.

Lodging houses had bigger room compare to highway 21s hotel room. Also rooms were not maintained especially the cr that is too small for a hotel room.

Value for the money, quiet community, friendly personnel not to mention proximity to the diversion road. Been staying here during the past 4 years whenever in Iloilo City

Nice and cozy. The location is good especially for those who visitting ilo-ilo for the first time.

It was already 8pm. My family of 7, including a 2 yr old kid, just came from Carles with nowhere to go. Luckily, they still have a room for us. I just had to add extra mattress for the extra head. Total overnight charge is just 1.6k (with senior discount). Very budget friendly with a friendly, non-judgemental receptionist. I called her at 7:45 and she even guided me on how to get there. The room is clean and secure! We got 2 bunk beds and single bed. Then 1 extra mattress. Cable TV works! Yey! And free Wifi too!

Rooms are quite outdated and the comfort rooms need a little more cleaning. Overall, its a good place to stay when you are on a budget.

Place is really old, dilapidated and moldy. In dire need of renovation. Even if its price is relatively cheap, it is not worth it because for its mediocre facilities, price should be half of what they are charging now.This used to be my favorite budget hotel. But not anymore.

Place is affordable. Old though if youll be getting the room from their annex.

Accessible to/from downtown and Mandurriaos Uptown (entertainment-dining-shopping areaswith reasonably priced rooms .

so-so but lacking amenities such as wifi on each room. only lobby area has wifi connection.

The guards are rude! I stayed for almost a week everyday they ask me my unit number its bit stupid. The hotel was ok its old but clean the reason why i put another star. The front liner also are not customer oriented.

Good place to stay. Nice comfy bed and pillows. The room is a bit old bit still good. The restroom need cleaning though. Staff was great and efficient when I booked.

Rooms are a bit old, but reasonably priced. Placed in a nice place in a not so crowded but quiet area. The signal inside the room are not superb so as the wifi quality in the hotel, so if you need high speed internet you need to get out of the room to have it. The food are great especially the sinigang.

Like the beds. The place is cheaper compared to other hotels but everything is old. Old drawers, old air conditioner, old shower, etc. The staffs are great, they greet you with smile and they are very accommodating and helpful.

The room is clean but poorly maintained. I hate the sound of the elevator cause each time it moved up and down even at the unholy hour when were already sleeping the sound reach our room.We stayed on the third floor. I informed the front desk but she blamed the noise coming from the adjacent Sarabia Manor which I could attest as not true.

Decent and affordable place to stay at the heart of Iloilo. Walkinb distance to UP, San Agustin and Riverside Smallville on a cool afternoon or evening.

Best hotel for travellers, backpackers, and business travels. This hotels has an old and a new wing. New wing prices is higher compared to the old wing. Price is very reasonable. It has its own restaurant, and a KTV rooms.

So much better service than the massive hotel next door who are tight and all about extracting cash

Where can u find a hotel that has a room for 5 people, has a huge parking lot and costs less than Php 1,500 ? Highway 21 is the sister-hotel of "Group 21". They own several hotels in Iloilo City catering to diff. market. Their more expensive accommodation is right smack in the party area of the city.

Every december when we attending our christmas party here in ilo-ilo, the highway 21 is the place where we stay overnight. Affordable and comfortable.

Been there a few years back. I was given the promo rate for a single room and the stay was very good. Everything worked fine. The staff were very courteous and efficient. Clean interior and exterior. I would stay there again.

Old hotel that has seen better days. Our room was at the 4th floor so needed to use their dirty smelly elevator all the time. Room was ok with just the basic amenities. No welcome bottled drink or pitcher of water and glass. We had to ask for it. Service personnel was quick to our requests though and the front desk staff was cordial. Still whole place needs sprucing up.

Checked in now for Dinagyang Festival. Thank you for the small roaches, urine-colored water and cookie crumbs on the table for our welcome party!

I love it because the workers there are kind and also the room has cold aircon

staff is so kind and approachable.one thing i dont like is the crawling insects inside the room,small cockroaches and flying insect in an old building.

Rooms are very affordable, regardless of which you get. In spite of the lack of free breakfast, the meals are affordable, well-made, and the staff are pleasant and extremely helpful. This is well worth my money, Id stay there again.

This place is good but just for a short stay. They dont offer free breakfast for guest who stayed overnight. Their rooms and bathroom are clean except for the elevator that you can almost inhale the dusts from the floor. The hotel personnel and other staffs are not so hospitable. Security is okay but it would be better if there is someone who will walk around the whole building aside from the one whos in the entrance.

nice hotel..good AC so far not unlike in the other hotel we stayed b4.the room is cute but the shower is not ok..

it is affordable hotel it because of being good service offer for us especially for those person cant afford to buy expensive product...

Theyll tell you they only have expensive rooms but walk out and the cheaper rooms suddenly reappear! We settled for a mid range room which was clean but a little bland. Beer was twice the regular price but the food was reasonable. Will i come here again? If i get stuck in Iloilo late at night, maybe.
