Internet needs improvement as interrupted on regularly. Food, reception, cleanliness, behavior, location and response is excellent.

This is a Boutique Hotel, in the middle of the tree forest, Rooms are excellent, food was good, excellent ambiance, service was good, but the rooms overrated so is the food overrated, I enjoyed every minute of my stay there.The rooms with TaxStandard room 16,000/ RsDeluxe room 18,000/ RsExecutive room 20,000/ RsBeautiful view, the road is good but very sharp turns and very steep climb, this is atleast 45 minutes from Islamabad.

Not recommended! The whole landscape has been ruined by dull grey cemented structures, thats all you see when you dine outdoors! Plus the sound of construction work totally spoils the purpose for visiting a hill resort!

Typical murree hospitality without having to go to murree ... Hidden costs... Over all its better to stay in city and go for a day visit to pirsohawa...

The food is quite good at Highland Restaurant. We ordered grill platter, mutton karahi, and soup. Their taste and service is top notch. Good environment as well.

Room was beautiful..view and scenery was amazing in restaurant... There were little issues like prayer mat had big hot iron mark.. The cups were not properly washed. They had dry tea inside... Only one bath sheet was there in washroom.. We had to ask for another one. Also there was no hair dryer but thy provided us on request.. Food taste was good. Staff was friendly.. Breakfast menu didnt had all the mentioned items on website... Overall it was nice experience

Location is breath taking. Rooms are spacious. The service is warm and welcoming. People are homely. They made us feel like come to visit all the time.

Roads to resort were in bad condition. No boards are placed to guide directions. We had hot and sour soup, it was very thick, bland and there was plenty of chicken in it, felt like chicken chunk soup instead. It was served cold. Needs lots of improvement.

Only rooms are good, clean and big.The breakfast area is so far from the lobby and all the way theres walk in hilly area, its not easy for small kids or elderly family members to go without car so either it should be nearby or there should be shuttle service for it.Theres not much variety in breakfast too. Need lots of improvement. Bit overrated resort.

The road leading upto this place needs to be better. Plus some more streets lamps please. Food was nice, staff was courteous and quick. Highpoint was their excellent washrooms and their maintenance, excellent.

I had gone to this place just to dine at the restaurant. So Im not aware of what the rooms or lodging looked like. The location of the hotel was great though, overlooking the mountains and extremely silent.The restaurant was good. Menu items and everything we ordered was delicious.I do wish they have some kind of umbrella/canopy in the outdoor eating area because either the sun or the rain will make the dining experience little less comfortable.

Location awesome, easily accesable from Islamabad. Rooms are super, service is better, food is delicious. But it is quite expensive.

It was a terrible experience. Firstly staff service was super lazy and rude and azan khan had no respect of when talking to women they drained all my money and I don’t recommend going here it’s a waste of money one message to the owner is to speak to the manager about this situation.

Overall best place to rejoice and refresh but the road is steep only expert drivers can reach here...

One of the best hotels with the most serene but if you are to enjoy the serenity, be ready to pay hefty sums of money.Everything is overpriced and I felt that was not value for money.

Situated In an main area of KPK near Islamabad and being there form the past many years maintaining the quality and same taste with extra ordinary measuring precautions High land country club and resots are taking the. Number game based upon taste quality and quantity ahead of many more resorts and country club in the area . Would highly recommend you guys must give it a try also dont forget to enjoy their buffet lunch

Its just fine, not a place Id visit again, although the view is good and scenic, and the atmosphere very good but the overall experience was a flop for me. Went for a daytrip, didnt stay so cant comment on their rooms, but the food was literally overpriced with average taste, nothing Id be bragging on. We even got a bad smelling tikka too, on complaining the manager offered free tea and dessert, but we didnt take it. Ambience was okayish. I would prefer restaurants on Murree Expressway over Highland.

It was a lovely stay at Highland resort with friends. Recommended for those who want to take a break from their busy lives, away from their phones, traffic and rushing from one place to another.

I was there for dinner the food was good but expensive. As I can understand its difficult to obtain things from main city and they also charge transportation cost. Anyways, staff was good and food was OK. Rice quality should be improved.

I went there with my family and kids. Loved the view as Im sure everyone goes there for that. We didnt order food as it was way too expensive. We just got the Sheesha for adults, soup 🍲 and French fries for the kids. Overall experience was good.

Highland is situated a few Kim’s away from monal. It’s got a beautiful ambiance. If you’re looking for a drive away from islamabad and a comfortable place to enjoy your favourite desi dishes this is the place to be. It’s got a calm setting best for family lunches or dinners

So almost no service and they mention to not expect much too, gave apologize just at welcome. The managerial planning problem. Here are the pros and cons:Pros:- Location is great, the hotel is highly good quality, and the design is also good- Hotel quality especially interior items, are the top best quality, like staying in Dubai.- rooftop has a good restaurant but is highly expensive- the indoor restaurant is nice with coffee and other variety.- hotel landscapes are very nice.Cons:- is no play or entertainment place for kids, so not much good for the family for a long stay.- services need to improve- are no indoor sports games for adults and kids.- too much expensive compared to very less facilities- management is weak- no walking track event surrounding is a rich forestFinally just for some change to stay in Islamabad can be ok, enjoyment for new couples can be good but for the family with small kids just ok.جزاكم الله خيرا

The place is not what I expected. I mean the view is normal the food is normal their service is so so.May be someone else have a different point of view but thats what I felt and observed.We have to ask them for kids to play in the lawn.With high price, it is not worth going there.

The place was so beautiful must go before sunset you will see the most beautiful view in Islamabad there food was just average prices are high as halk kg chiken karhai was around 1500.

Amazing place with asthetic view. The ambience is great and the overall feel is awesome. One thing that needs to be improve is the slow service of the restaurant because you have to wait a lot for even a cup of tea.

My 2nd time here. Lovely drive, though after Eid it seemed that the entire city wanted to visit other attractions and hence there were rail backs.Food, hospitality and service staff were excellent. A very peaceful place.

Went there for dinner with family. It was one of the most pathetic experiences ever. Never going back again. The food was waaaay too expensive. Moreover, they got our order wrong and when we confronted them about it, they never confessed their mistake but rather starting giving justifications that it’s the way they prepare that specific dish. Never offered anything complimentary. They think the customers are fool. They charged Rs 500 for tip which we never intended to give as the service was below par. Please keep to Monal or La Montana. The views and food are much better. This place isn’t worth it.

I was very happy to go Highlands resorts . When I came inside to the the resort they said you have booking of your room, I said no because their contact number was not working 😕They no our staff is on eid holidays.I said OK but u have attend our call they said we dont give room if u have booking then we go to another hotel.

Not easy to get thereNo route markingView isnt that rewarding ,its kinda narrow valley infront of resturant terrace and most of it is spoiled by under construction work.Its also too damn expensive. 750 Rs for one serving of French fries.There is no valid reason to leave monal and its brilliant view and food to come here

Visited twice for meals. Latest for iftar buffet a week ago. Sadly disappointing. Rates are among the highest in twin cities whereas taste is average. I might agree with other reveiws as management was unable to re fill iftar buffet items and people stood waiting which was not expected by such lavish restaurant. Otherwise the ambience is great and is definitely a retreat out of city life.

Amazing ambiance. Good utilization of location. I havent seen their rooms but their food taste is amazing. Tried biryani, mutton chops, naan, handi. Everything was super good. Maintained well.A bit steep road during entrane of it. So u must be a little vigilant to drive through that area. Other than that its good to be there.

Had a wonderful experience at Aftar time. Every food item was perfect but there was so cool breeze that even fresh and hot food items went cold. Forgot to take jackets with us. Overall nice experience at aftari.

I loved the place nd ambiance specially outdoor sitting arrangements. Food quality was also very good the menu touches no of popular dishes with good taste. Service is also excellent. People should must go on Margla hill to visit this beautiful resort ⛵.
