Nice place to be with family. It is highest point of Baku and whole city can be seen from there.

Barring the climb up the stairs, you will enjoy the view at any time of the day. Climb isnt too bad either, but can be challenging for the less athletic.

Awesome experience,Greenery,Architecture,Fountains and artificial falls,You need to climb stairs all the way to the top where you will get a panoramic view of the Baku City and caspian sea.There is a good restaurant and Bar at the top with good view and high end Ambiance.

Old time 5 star hotel at New Delhi. Linens were dull, Interior also old design, they offered Free breakfast. Check out was really very slow, inspite of telling twice, no boy come to room. After 20 minutes a boy come to check the mini bar and gone. Service really very poor as old time, when people use to be free and dont have value of time.

one of the must visiting place in Baku, you can see almost the whole city from there specially the Flame Tower and the martyrs cemetery, this area in the highland, that is why you must have enough strength to climb. There is stare to go up there.

Top tourist attraction in Baku, it is best if you take the funicular ride to this place which will cost you just 1 mannat per person.

Its very beautiful place to see in Baku. The flame point is amazing. One gets a very large view of the city and from top. But its very high breeze area and one must carry a wind cheater if visiting in the evening. There are many photography points in the area particularly the fire building and the mosque.

Very wonderful park for all people . No entry ticket. You can see take a view of full city and see from there .From top there is a cabin car that’s take to down near to see and the ticket of this ride on only 1manat .

Good relaxing place...When I visited I called bolt taxi and on google map typed Highland Park. Bolt dropped me at thw parks enterance they we had to climb huge number of stairs. After reaching at the top I realized that there is an access from the flame towers where you are not supposed to climb huge stair case.

I did not like it, as it is not adapted for people with disabilities and the elderly. Access is very difficult and almost impossible for people with wheelchairs.

After taking the funicular we reached the Highland park. As soon as you mount the steps above, strong gusts of wind envelope you and one experiences the best view of Baku. You can see all the beautiful buildings along the seaside promenade and beautiful view up close of the flame towers.

Wonderful views of Baku! Must visit at night so you can get a glimpse of the flaming towers. It’s a big park with different levels but make sure you go all the way to the top so you can get the best views.Tips:- Grab a bench a chill :)

It was a wonderful place, I loved everything, wear sneakers and comfortable clothes if you’re planning to come here, cause there is a lot of walking.The war martyrs graves gave me shivers , but it was nice that people put flowers in their graves.

Highly recommend to visit highland park. The view of city from the park is excellent. Youll feel city under your feet, city beneath its great. Youll feel touching flame towers. View of Baku boulevard and Caspian sea is something that its hard to explain with words. You need to experience the place to understand what I describe. To conclude with a single word. Its "Excellent".

One of the best viewpoints of Baku and it can easily be considered one of the top spots among global viewpoints offering 360 panaromic views of the city. Its a dream for photography lovers.It is huge, very well planned and extremely clean like all of Baku. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is too windy at the top. The wind pushes you around and its very easy to lose your belongings due to the wind pressure.There is Manzara restaurant at the top, which is just ok in terms of food and service, but if you want to sit around and stay away from the wind for a bit then it serves the purpose.There is a martyrs lane here as well remembering lost soldiers of the past and a sight with burning flame.

The view here is to die for.You see the whole of Baku from the top.The Caspian Sea on one side, the city on another and a closer view of the flaming tower.The 175 steps was worth it 🙂

Another Beautiful place to visit. Parking is more challenging so public transport or taxi (BOLT is cheap snd reasonableask your hotel front desk they have app for BOLT. No handicap access. All stairs. Beautiful view of city. Amazing place for tourist and visitors. They have peofessional photographers offer their services. Discuss price and number of pics first else they will ocer charge ans make so many pics that you have to pay for it. But good quality work. No public washeooms around so be prepare before come. Highland park is a must visit place in baku where you can see the flame towers and the whole city and the Caspian sea.. you can also view the one of the worlds biggest boulevard. Also there is a small cable train (steep railwhich will take you from highland to the city.

Wonderful views. Go to a nice walk between the martyrs of Azerbeijan war history, very impressive and massive, they really know how to respect them. At the end you will find the tomb temple, which is magnificent. Sometimes they lit the fire in the temple and its crazy, but we didnt see it. After enjoying the breathtaking view and the nice memorial, we took a walk to the near by mosque and the flame towers. We sat at the Fermont hotel - one of the three flame towers - coffee and enjoyed a nice view from another angel. In google it says the flaming tower lit at 20:00 but actually it lits at 19:00

Such a beautiful park! It amazes me that the pavement is fully made with marble, but it looks very nice and long-lasting. A very beautiful view over the city!
