High Timber Lounge in Chanhassen

Weve always had such an amazing time at High Timber Lounge, such a great place to be. Really hoping Karaoke reopens soon thought, because I havent been able to truly go and enjoy myself with people in so long.

The bar tender here is absolutely amazing, not a single person ever had an empty drink.

Going here actively every other week for karaoke with twin cities entertainment lighting up the atmosphere here in a chill setting with a in room fireplace and great company I reccomend this place to anyone looking for an environment worth continuing to visit in the future

Catered a wedding rehearsal dinner here. Everything and everyone was perfect.

Great night of entertainment...the Host had songs for everyone, young and old alike! We are visiting from Las Vegas and was impressed with the quality of talent...Without doubt ...everyone had a great time!

There is a large group of us that ride a charter bus out to stay at the adjoining hotel every year to attend a Vikings game. We come here every year because we love the service and the folks that do the karaoke. Tonight was different.A few of our group had ordered a certain beer and the bar maid didn’t look thoroughly enough and advised they were out. So someone else walked in and ordered the same beer and suddenly the bar had a few in stock. I went up and ordered a drink at the same time as a mother member of our group and she got agitated that we didn’t pay together. She then snapped at him to pay. My drink was smaller than my friends and she charged me more for a drink of equal liquor content.Myself having bartended several places and having had primarily customer service jobs, find her excuse of having a rough day to be poor and displaced. When working in customer service, your job is based around your customers. Our group was pretty rowdy last year and everyone was understanding. This year just before karaoke, there were about 15 people in the bar and she yelled at our table for talking about the beer and talking to another customer. I understand having a rough day and never have I taken it out on a patron. Our service may be elsewhere from here out due to this small experience.Soon after she yelled at the table, she snapped at a few more for standing at the end of the bar to order drinks with there having been no vacant spot at the bar to order anything.Her demeanor was off putting and distasteful.I hope she really is a nice person but all it takes is one meeting for someone to know what they need to know about a person.

Great service and nice local place to visit, very friendly.

Just a hotel bar that is convenient. Decent prices and drinks.
