Family-friendly water park offering many slides, a wave pool & a shallow play area for kids.
A nice place but could do with some more signage to explain which rides need boats or matts and where to collect from. The staff there are really good and helpful but could do with some more to better co-ordinate the rides or to invest in some AI traffic light technology for better queue management. The wave machine was every 2 hours, a very popular attraction that would be better if it was more frequent.
Decent water park, free access as we was staying at club mac. Negative that at least 2 slides were "out of order" during my visit, if i would have paid specifically for the park i would of been disappointed. Beer was decent, large estrella, just what you need after going down the kamikaze
Anyone over 10 will struggle to find more than 1 slide they can go on. Want to assist your toddler up to the top of a slide? Nope.Charged extra for sunbed use.None of this stated online! Mentioned extra charges for lockers and hammocks. Adults are anyone 11+and cost more but cant do anything. The whole place was full of disappointed Dads.*feedback response*Maybe parents want to have fun with their children, but when they are not allowed to assist ones that need it, or allowed to go on the majority of the slides as we were told they were for 10 year old and under, it makes it a bit difficult! More fun to be had at hotel pool and elsewhere. Thanks for your useful feedback though, Im sure other customers will be pleased to know about your caring nature
Very nice place lots of fun for adults and kids nice and clean. Needs some TLC but I assume they will take care of that in the off season. Highly recommended is in the alcudia area
Park was good fun. We spent all day there with 2 adults and 2 kids. Everyone had a blast. Part of the park was closed when we went so there wasnt a massive amount of slide available but there was very little queuing(off peak Saturday). it is a good place to go for the day even though its not the biggest park on the island.
Very expensive for what they offered. Staff wasnt friendly, the life guards were shouting at kids, the security guy was checking bags at the entrance and almost everyone seemed fed up with tourists (mind it was at the end of the season - mid September). We paid the full price (over 100 euro for 2 adults and 2 kidseven tough the large part of the kids side of the park was closed for maintenance. Nobody said a word to us about it on arrival. Artificial wave is only launched for ca.5-10 min every 1.5-2 hours. Place was fairly dirty. Choice of food could have been better (mostly sandwiches). Definately will not go back there again.
First off: a guard there checked our bags on 3 separate occasions, which would have been fine if they werent all conducted within about 20 minutes!Second: we bought bottled drinks inside the park, and we were ordered they either have to go in the bin or itll be saved for us to collect later, which we did since each drink was more than €3! Extortionate considering you paid €30 just to get in. Also, the lockers were €7 with essentially a €2 deposit that you get back. Again, that is extortionate and who needs a deposit for a locker? Not that Id normally moan about getting money back but you might as well just charge €5 for the locker.3the water was absolutely freezing. Do not visit in September when it is starting to cool down, the sea is warmer.4the park opens at 10:30am but the wave pool doesnt get switched on until 12:30The slides are fun and fast but thats the only good thing about this place.
where to start with this place?? when we first entered, my group and i were greeted by a rude security guard, then when we entered the park we discovered that you had to rent their sun loungers, the food and drinks were horribly expensive and definitely not worth any wait. the pools were freezing cold and the slides where difficult to actually slide down, i had to scoot myself down! all in all, not the fun day out we expected it to be and definitely not worth the €30 admission price per person! €30 euros just to enter and go on the slides, but the food, lockers and even sun loungers cost extra! if i could give it 0 stars i would!
Loved it great variety of slides excellent for kids. Food and drink very expensive. €8 for 1 beer 🍺
Fun little place with some enjoyable rides. The place costs around €30 per adult so a bit steep considering the amount of attractions, however it does offer you the whole day to go on them. There are definitely some money making tactics such as the sun beds cost extra to rent. However the day we arrived we were told that there may be a storm coming and if they have to close then we’d get a ticket for a different day (no refund thoughwhich we were fine with. So we spent 3 hours before the storm arrived which caused the park to shut but that was way more than enough time to experience all the slides at least 3X each so we will be going back again shortly to make use of the return ticket we were given. We made sure to dump our stuff on the sun bed and then quickly went off and enjoyed the slides so we wouldn’t have to pay the extra charge for the seats (particularly since we knew a storm was on its way so thought it would be pointless paying for something we’re likely not going to usebut all in all a good day out. Just a bit on the expensive side but then again there is no other water parks on the north side of Mallorca
Awesome waterpark plenty for kids and grown ups. Really good day out
The queues were terrible and must have waited nearly an hour to get on one slide. Dont recommend thos in summer holidays
Its OK hence the 3 stars but I agree with many of the other reviews in that charging for loungers (and excessively for lockers - 5 Euros and a 2 Euro deposit for the paper wristband 🤔is a bit much on top of the admission fee.We did have to queue which is to be expected in August but the staff need some queue management training as often they were letting 3 people slide when 7 slides were available. Other slides were not obviously height restricted so signage could be improved too.Not allowing people to take their own food (aside from fruitis somewhat restrictive too.As I said, its OK.
Over 100€ for 2 adults amd 2 children plus extra hidden charges 5.50 per Sun chair not told until we had set up our seating have to buy food amd drinks from the park not allowed to bring your own bags are completely searched on the way in. The overall park is wonderful apart from the obviously constantly paying out
Currently staying in the hotel next to the waterpark (Club Macand get free access and queue jump. The food and drinks are not free but we get 20% off with our wrist band. However its still very expensive for food and they dont allow food and drink from outside.Pros: everything is in one place and its not too overwhelming to walk around. Easy to keep an eye on the kids. Its very clean and they have separate slides for adults and children. Theres also a splash pad area!Cons: The kids pool was very shallow but had no warning signs up. My 8 year old bombed in and smashed his knees on the floor 😬 Also the cost of everything sucks ie; lockers 5€, sunbed €4.50.I recommend going after 2pm as it starts to get quieter and the queues are shorter. Overall it was a lovely day out and the kids enjoyed it, regardless of smashed up knees.*They could benefit from putting ropes or bars along the side of the wave pool for kids to hold onto.
Kids loved it. Although hated burning their feet on way to slides etc and burning whilst waiting for their turn on slides. I had to pay for a sun bed which I felt was expensive and cheeky when Ive already paid for entry. Pools were ice cold so for me due to my condition I couldnt enjoy the water park for what it is. Staff seemed reluctant to even look at you nevermind help. The photographer was becoming very pushy after Id already brought 3 photos making my decision to leave.
Ok.Suited towards younger children due to limited slides.Works out fairly expensive when you factor in travel, entrance, £5.50 per lounger(really why is this not includedfood overpriced(not allowed to take anything into parkbut ok for a day out.Response to owner, I never mentioned didnt like food even though I had to return the €5.50 frozen pizza slice as it was still cold in the middle.
Basically it would be a great water park BUT... The Management with the queue at the slides is a disaster! The guards wait until the sliding person is completely out of the pool before sending the next one on. There is an invention called traffic lights. I think a traffic light system would be very useful here to avoid long waiting times and you definitely have that at this park. If you have to queue for a long time, it would be great if you could queue in the shade. For little money you could cover the queues. That would be very desirable, especially for small children. A well-groomed sunbathing lawn would also be nice with a little more shade instead of just a stretched cloth with a small area. At least the restaurant was good value for money. The entrance fee would also be justified if you didnt have to queue for half an eternity for all the slides! Please reconsider this system... So I can only recommend the park to a limited extent. Best regards
Very commercial setup. Too much people inside the park for the capacity they actually have. Therefor very long ques and at some point we waited 45 minutes for one water slide. I know it is high season, but this is ridiculous. The staff was very strict on safety, this is very good. The beds are all so close too each other that you dont have a bit of private space around you.All in all the kids had a nice day, but i was happy to get out of there and it was way too expensive.
Good half day out with kids.1Sun bed charges are outrages. Try to charge us (tourist lookingfor €5.50 and next to us for €4.50 / sun beds.Already the entrance fee is €28.00 and there are plenty of sun beds for visitors and I dont see the points for charging on top of the entrance fee. However to the far left you can access a free patch of grass where you can lie on your own towels.2You must try the SlideRang on the far right. It is not much scary as it looks and it is quite a rides.3Wave swimming pool starts from 12:30 noon and every 2 hrs. Weve left after 2:30 so I would not know whether they run for 6pm. It was a fun, unique experience that lasts for around 10-15minutes.
The park is huge , so much to do with the kids.. hesitated to go here with all the bad reviews.. but I can’t see why anyone would complain! Staff are lovely , security guards are hilarious and friendly . Yes they check your bags, mostly for anything that can harm yourself or anyone else.Food is okay I have fussy eaters and had no complaints. Drinks are reasonably priced , they even have a bar in the pool ,Floor is hot but it’s no different to your hotel pool floor being hot! So bring your pool shoes or flip flopsThe lockers are 7 euros but you get 2 euros back when you leave. There is someone there the whole day with a key so your stuff in the lockers is secure , highly recommended you hire a Sun lounger for 5.50 euros so you have somewhere to leave your towels and rest Honeslty it was a fab day out .. Thank you for having us Hydro Park
Fairly average water park with lots of tourists, seemed a lot came from Club Mac and the local hotel. Quite small but good slides. You have to pay for everything which does make the entrance fee pricey in my opinion. Lower that and paying the others would be fine. Lockers 5 euros and sun beds 5.5 euros but to be honest food was not mad price so ok. Go early. Take shoes/sliders as the floor gets bloody hot. Don’t expect the world. Few hours tops. Great for little ones, not so great for older ones. Not bad though.
Extremely long waiting times for everything - if you want to spend a day in a queue, it’s your place. After paying entrance they charge you for a beach chair. Very good splash zone for small kids.
Floor gets very, very hot so I suggest making sure that you wear sliders/flip-flops with you to the pools and keep them by the pool to put straight on when you get out and walk around. Other than that its great we loved it.
A nice water park however definitely some negatives. The price for a family of 4 is over 100 euros and then they expect you to pay for sun beds which is outrageous! The buzzers don’t work for food our food was freezing by the time we got it again at an expensive price of just under 60 euros ( we could eat out for this and have done!the queuing is ridiculous and I mean ridiculous. It’s more like a splash park than a water park.
Great slides but it took a long time to queue! Think they could do with creating more shade to allow you to get to slides without burning your feet on the return journey to collect your flip-flops. Also after an expensive entry charge you really shouldnt be charged for sunbeds and parasols. It was a fun day, but staff could have made it more efficient to get people through the queues. The snake slide was particularly bad at over an hour for a relatively short queue.
There is potential in this place but now I didn’t enjoy it.Everything you did in this place was to stand I line, either to the slides or to the restaurants. To much people. And no one who worked here seemed happy. We didn’t get as much as a smile from the workers. But here is the biggest problem. If you are not 100% sure about your children’s swimming technique, there isn’t much you can do. You are not allowed to support your children in the water when they ride the slides. Even if there is a lot of space where you can stand without harm.
Very nice and helpful staff. I wasnt impressed with the facilities there but it is a clean place.
Absolute rip off. From the moment you have paid to go in, you have to rent a locker.Next, dont sit anywhere, or you get a guy asking you for money for every lounger you use. Beer, soft drinks, even bottled water all over priced. Food very expensive and only small portions. So all in all, I couldnt recommend this place to anyone. Cant blame the staff, who do a brilliant job. But the owners and management you rip your customers off.
Wow, what a ripoff. The park is clean, has lots of stuff for kids... So thats the good part. You have to pay for sunbeds, which you need to get some shade, cant bring food inside, the locker is 5 euros. Its not worth the approx 30 euros entrance fee. But thats just my opinion.
Its expensive for what it is if you like to stand in a line in the sun then this is the place for you. I would say on average twenty five minutes of queueing for each go on the slides. Its all a bit dated, €5.50 per sun bed which is not on the website and no signs anywhere to let you know until your asked to pay. I wouldnt recommend it and wouldnt come back.
If you haven’t been to a major water park you will enjoy your day.Found it interesting, the bar to hold onto to set yourself for one of the rides we was told not to touch as it was broken…..Plenty of people have commented about the heat of the floor, I’ve even seen a retort of the resort can’t help the weather. Well young kids where burning their feet. Adults hoping around. Wasn’t very nice and can be sorted if they wanted.Wave pool, yep does what it says on the tin. It’s a pool with waves.Only half a dozen slides/rides.We had an ok morning.Wouldn’t go backWouldn’t suggest goingWouldn’t stop you from going tp try for yourself.
We booked online and paid over 100€ for 2 adults and 2 kids. At the entrance they checked our baggage and told to leave our food outside!! The worst thing is that you will have to pay extra for the sun beds!!! Where I am supposed to stay then??? The bad experience is completed by Boring slow slides and a wave pool with very weak waves. Avoid this place!—————-Edit: the reply by the structure made clear that they don’t care about customer feedbacks, they mentioned queues issues where I never said it was an issue or that we had to wait long. I have checked again and on their website there is not mention of a fee for sitting on a sun bed!
Frankly it was not a good water park. The number of rides mean that queues are long every time. Lack of thrilling/ exciting rides make the waiting times not worth the effort. There was a lack of emersion within the park, the park is surrounded by random building areas which are not well hidden, also making the waiting times less pleasant.Bag searching for food would be ok but with overpriced food it is clearly just a money grab. One good side is that staff are very nice and most understand multiple languages. These are not so bad to an extent that would make visiting the park a bad idea, however with the price it made the experience feel far more disappointing.
Great fun. 2 adults, 2kids 6yr and 9. Spent 5.5 hours of time at the water park. I think entry price is reasonable. Food is overpriced and poor quality (soggy oily fried etcbut kids ate it happily. Queues were not too bad. The floor is insanely hot, there is no easy way to take your flip flops off and then retrieve them to walk to the next slide. We actually burnt our feet. I think a water walkway or mandatory swim socks would improve this. We would come again.
Nice place, but i think to ekspensiv. Its to hot on the ground so bring water shoes.
fast slides very fun !!! Nearly made me caca myself because scary! 😁😁😁😁However…. The wave pool 😡😡😡😡 hardly any waves ! Big blue slide was so much fun!!! I went down same time as child and landed on his stupid head😂😆went home with a big grin on my face :D would recommend for families, but for people who go by themselves… launching unaware children is so cool!!! 😆👉🏼🇪🇸
Awesomely fun place for kids and adults alike. Not so crowded when we visited so the waiting times for rides was super fast.Lots of fun water slides/pools and a wave pool also.In addition there are bars and food on site and lockers available for personal items. All in all a fun day out 😁☀️🌴
Sort of OK. Nice rides but no so many different variations, manly there are just 4 different rides and one for use with inflatables (for adults, for children-only have 4 rides olny). They have absurd rules and the personal have no clue why they enforce them. At the entrance it has the same security controls as an airport (why?). The lockers are uncomfortably located at the entrance and you need to ask every time you want to access them. All the sunbeds are for rent. Children cant use diving masks but only googles. The water quality was optimal.
We went with 2 adults and 2 kids (aged 8-6). It is a decent water park with a range of slides that both kids could go on.I just felt it was too expensive for the size of the park, especially with the charges for the lockers and sunbeds. As other reviews have commented the queues for food at lunch time were very long. We didnt get food in the park (although the prices seemed reasonable).
Me and a friend visited the water park today and had a great time! Reasonable, small queues and decent rides.. However want to send a warning.... the ride where you slide down together on the rubber rings... well lets just say our cheeks are just a little bruised to say the least! Make sure you are not wedged in too much otherwise youll live to regret it!
We really enjoyed our day here. Arrived for opening time at 10am and were ready to leave by 2pm when busloads of school kids arrived. You cant bring food or water in....they check your bags. You can hold onto your bags though. We booked a sunbed just to have a place to leave our stuff....might be as well to book a locker. There were queues, most of which moved pretty quickly. Good fun day put.
A very cool fun place for children under 15, as the slides are not so high, but basically a very cozy and pleasant place where you can spend the whole day.
Great park, very quiet when we went. Dropped a star as they do fleece you for everything else. €5 sunbed, no food allowed in. €5 hot dog, €2 water, €2.70 for a small can of pringles, €9 per picture. All adds up.
Ok park where you have to pay for absolutely everything, and it’s not cheap - €30+ for three hot dogs and three drinks. The paint the used for the ramp that takes you up to the slides is a hazard and slippery as hell. The staff all look as if they want to get out of there.
Great waterpark, plenty of slides for every age. Very big wave pool.
Visited yesterday and my 3 children & husband really enjoyed the waterpark. Much better than expected having read previous reviews. The park was clean tidy and not outdated. Sun beds you could hire for 5 euros each. Only negative was that you can’t take any food or drink into the park but the queue and wait to get lunch was ridiculous! Waited over half an hour to order and then a further half an hour for them to make 1 small pizza, a hot dog, chips and an overpriced sandwich (which looked nothing like the picture)! Definitely worth a visit if staying in Alcudia or close by but maybe go for food when it’s not lunchtime!
Awful, rip off of a place. Slippery floor when wet...in a water park? Paying extra for things like sun lounges (without one there is nowhere to sit). Baking hot flooring so your feet burn (unless its wet). Queues for the slides. Many of them shut. Wait an hour for food. Kids loved it!
Had a great time here with the kids during our holiday. Theres something here for all ages and the ques were not too long.
A great visit with my teenage sons to the Hidropark during our stay in Majorca. We all thoroughly enjoyed all the slides and the Kamikaze slide especially put a smile on my face every single time - just fantastic!!! The park is obviously built some time ago and is a little outdated (hence 4 starsbut it doesnt take away from the rides. The tyre slide is also amazing. I would recommend spending a full day there - it is well worth it.
