The drive to mountain top is very enjoyable. A small village on mountain top offering a lot of options to have a meal or drinks including fresh milk. We found a very quiet & peaceful spot away from all the touristic activities to enjoy the mountain view and calmness. You also have enough hiking options.This was the most enjoyable space in the Trabzon area. I’d totally recommend to put it on top of your list.

One of the best places i ve ever visited, everything is beautiful, from the views to the people and the food , the simple life, and the air is so clean , try the fried corns and eat freshly picked fruits from the locals

A lot of places with stunning views

If it’s a rainy or very cloudy day, will not recommend as the road up the mountain takes 30min and it will be foggy, you barely see your nose.You can’t come to Trabzon without visiting this place and the city centre. It is an up mountain village like no other where clouds swim in the air with great sightseeing, a great attraction place for both the youth/elderly. Restaurants/ Cafes/ small shops

Such a wonderful place! When you finish that long road, a gift is waiting for you. Kind people, great views, good food and a delicious cup of traditional tea.If you are lucky, the clouds will be under the mountains for the best view.Get something warm.

One of the best places around Trabzon, plenty of hotels and camps available. There are plenty of restaurants and street shops. One of the favorite spots for tourists from Arab countries.

It is more of a pond than a lake. Nothing to do at the lake but the area nearby has many restaurants and a bazaar with numerous shops of local products, such as honey, crafts, clothes, and bedding.The sales people here speak little English and Arabic. So, it was easy to communicate with them.

Its a beautiful place with a wonderful view 😍 but kinda far & the road to it is kinda scary cause its at the top of the mountain ⛰ , but i really recommend it to everyone.

Very small village up in the mountains the roads though is very narrow and dangerous once you get there its a really up in the clouds type of village you enjoy the coffee shops or restaurants or the nice view my advice dont buy from the gift shops buy from the city wich will be much cheaper.

It is very nice, you can do many things, kids can play, you can have your breakfast or lunch, and also do some shopping.

The highest mountain peak in Trabzon is one of the most beautiful places and the landscape that can be seen along the road is very beautiful. I highly recommend..

Nice and good destination to make you day as the way it self to hidernabi is pleasure, we’ve met great old women’s welcomed us with great Turkish coffee also you’ll see some villagers taking care of their animals and they are so friendly and welcoming, simply it worth a visit although it was snowing but we made it up to go

I rated 4 stars only because its a family trip places so not much to do their. There is actually a lot of great views and you can take a coffe or tea in a cafe or restaurant of have a meal but thats about it

For getting far from the city, heat and noise.The weather is great all the time, rain and fog in the middle of the summer.They have a lot of restaurants and cafes.

Nice area and always cold. It’s a great escape from the heat in Trabzon in summer. Plenty of things to try and do while there. Can go for a day out and possible to find accommodation for longer visits. Recommend for both adults and kids.

Pictures don’t give this place justice, one of my absolute favorite destinations near Trabzon, everything is stunning from the view to the weather to the authentic local experience within the village. The vibes and quietness of the mountainside are immaculate.

Fantastic place. Just enjoy the drive up and try to give lift to anyone going up as there didnt seem to be a public transportation for the locals. They are very nice people and will send prayers for you for the favor. Gungor Bal is 10* for location. Amidst clouds and nature it’s s fantastical place to relax and grab a meal up there. App 11 km On your way from the top make sure to buy plate of strawberries and walnuts from a local lady who comes out on the street to sell the same to the passing traffic. I have never had such delicious strawberries.

Way to get here is a pit difficult as you have yo drive up ahigh mountain but it was worth it. The weather is cold and you can see clouds passing nearby. There is a local market and multiple restaurants

Takes about 20 minutes or more to reach the top. Amazing view with fog, fresh air and fruits.Tips: Wear water proof shoes, and go to the bathroom before you come, the toilet is very dirty.
