Hi-Tide Beach Side Restaurant in Castries

Nous sommes très déçues. Nous avons attendu plus d’une heure, pour un plat banal. Vraiment nous ne reviendrons pas et ne vous conseillons pas ce restaurant.

We decided to try out this place as part of the day pass at the resort. $85 value was worth it. You get 4 drinks, an entree, and an appetizer. Location is right on the beach so the view is excellent. Good was good but not excellent. There was a group of 10 of us. Service was good but the server totally forgot to submit the order for my wife and I and we got our food late compared to rest of our group. Then after getting the food my wifes salt fish was totally very salty and she was barely able to eat any of it. Willing to give them another try if we stay at the resort because most of our food was tasty.

The food is good but the bartenders and the drinks are even better. Reggie is one of the best bartenders out there and kept making my husband a special drink called the Spicy Beer. He said it’s his best mixed drink he’s ever had. I really hope they add it to their menu so others can enjoy it as much as my husband did!!

I have never felt so ripped off for fish and chips. For 29 dollars (USit was the smallest portion Ive ever seen. Wasnt worth 10. No exaggeration. A handful of fries and 3 lousy pieces of fish. Then they tried to charge me for sides that were included on the menu. Not a hint of remorse or an apology when I pulled them up on it. Rude and probably a regular occurance. Will not be going back

Good food, nice staff, only downside is that theres a big board right in front of the beach that blocks the wind and theres a bunch of flies. Pulled pork sandwich didnt have enough pulled pork on it.

happy hour not very happy but 2 4 1.To be fair and honest i was thinking that maybe on our visit to the hi tide bar, the staff were pleasant and maybe somewhat shy or new...and i feel sure that the ones responsible were made aware of there customer service or lack of it.It would not deter me from returning and hopefully spreading a little happiness of my own.cause its all the happiness that we all need .

Don’t like this restaurant at all. First of all the wait to even get seated takes about 10 minutes and it’s not even busy. For them to bring our drinks takes another 15 minutes. Mind you the place isn’t even busy to begin with. On top of that when I received my burger after 40 minutes , it had a certain smell to it and was not appealing. When I took 2 bites out of it I had a sick feeling in my stomach. I then immediately got up and ran to the bathroom to throw up. DONT TRY THIS PLACE!! Poor service, can’t cook right, and they only gave us 10% off the bill!! That’s it!! Never coming here again. Such a disappointment.

Its nice because its right by the beach. However the breakfast buffet is very similar to an Fairfield Inn, meaning the juice comes from a machine and the choice and quality are poor. The bacon was good. The general manager came to say hi.

Two stars for the great location in front of the beach. Very long waiting time (1h15minat lunch hour for a salad, a steak and a soup. Average food for a restaurant located inside of a nice resort.

gets 2 stars for very friendly staff, but the portions are ridiculously tiny and expensive, charging 8USD to add prawns to a salad, you get 2 prawns!! and the salad is basically a small handful of leaves and some cucumber. Only eat here if you want to pay through the nose and arent very hungry

The food was delicious but I had to wait 1 hour to get it and the desert was good but I got pudding instead of fondant.

Fabulous food, when you can get it. Nice and friendly staff who will explain any of the dinner entrees. Restaurant is located next to the beach, literally, with a beautiful very of the sea and surrounding large lush green hills. The drinks are also good, but the rum punch can be very strong depending on the bartender (this was a plus for many people who love a stiff drink). On the non alcoholic side my kids love sipping day dreamers, a blend of frozen fruit juices. After several days of dining at this resort restaurant, things took a nosedive. On two nights we waited 60 minutes to be served, which was better than another guest who waited 90 minutes to get dinner rolls. On our last night, our server lost track of our orders and after the appetizers was ready to present us with the check without serving the entrees. (Poor service).

I had a mocktail there which was terrible. Turned me off from ordering any more mixed drinks but thats the only bad thing I can say. Good service, nice atmosphere and good food. I would recommend it just stick to bottles or canned drinks.
