Clean and efficient

Good location, stays pretty clean and lighting is ok at night. Management is not great got contacting with a problem after hours.

Really disappointed, you can’t reason with them. They broke in two of my storages on two different occasions and the second time they threw away my stuff, that was a loss of about 3.000$. This without a notice or a phone call or any reason. Just because there was an error on their side that made them think I’m not using the storage.I had with them, for almost 2 years, 5 parking spaces and 2 storages. Payed every month on time with auto payments.I’ve tried to talk at front desk, but the lady over there acted like nothing wrong happened and she even told me that she did me a favor throwing my stuff for free.I’ve asked to speak with someone else, like a manager, she told me there’s no one else. I don’t know her name because she refused to tell me.Then I remembered that I got the phone number from the previous girl that was working there and I texted a short description of what happened and she forwarded to the owners. So the next days I waited but nobody called.I went to this storage facility instead of big company to support local businesses. But then when you have a problem you have no one to talk to. Only option is a lawsuit I guess.Again really disappointed.

I would (and haverecommend(edthis place to anyone who tells me they are looking for storage. Ive had this place for about three years, and during that time Ive had some major financial difficulties. The staff there is always helpful and as long as you keep in contact with them, they do their best to help you out. Ive had absolutely no issues with bugs or rodents or anything being in my unit when i go to inspect or to get stuff out. The ONLY reason I am pulling my stuff out is because I am moving to another state and am taking it all with me. This place is awesome!

AWFUL! Just ABSOLUTELY AWFUl ....paid good money to store here only to find out my container was locked 2 weeks in bcuz they never took it out of the persons name who rented it before me since said person was someone we knew. They assumed they could lock all of my belonging inside and force me to pay the late fees someone else had acquired. ABSOLUTE BULL! I wouldnt store trash here...so i most definitely wouldnt recommend ANYONE storing their prized possesions there either!.! After we paid nearly all of the fees for someones elses debt they unlocked it and we were able to get what was left of our things out....thats what the rats didnt eat and the water didnt damage!! Even had the rats living in my things when brought home and a friend caught them!!! Dont waste your valuable time or money with these Lowlife excuses for storage facilities.

my father and I Have a storage unit here. I had it for about eight years now but I recently lost my father and I had financial problems and the management was so nice and they help me through it so I wouldnt lose my stuff. I recommend the storage facility to anybody
