Service was fast and the staff was friendly

When I order my lunch on12:40pm but until 2:50pm not yet come out , I have asking many time, it is bad choice from here - heritage park(hotel)

When I come to Honiara I always stay at this hotel as it is superior to anywhere else for food, safety, comfortable rooms and lovely staff. Booked in for a day and found out they have now instituted a membership program based on the number of stays. It’s not great but is handy with extra free internet allowances, drinks from minibar etc. Room was clean as always, staff lovely with a cold flannel and coconut to drink on arrival! Breakfast nice if not extravagant but is all you need. Well done again. A negative? Maybe more than 1gb of surfing? You can always buy more so it is not a big issue.

This is a nice hotel in central Honeria close to the political and government offices. The rooms are modern with good air conditioning and nice showers. The restaurants have good food and the staff are very accommodating. The pool is a great place to relax and enjoy the ambiance. But dont expect a destination style resort. Neither Honiara nor this hotel in particular should be thought of in those terms. We found this was a great place to transition from our dive holiday on an outer island in the Solomons to a return to business-as-usual in Sydney. 2 nights was just right.

Room service menu is not uptodate. Only fast food available compared to whats available on menu. Pathetic service

Ok. If you book an ocean view like we did...dont expect one!POSITIVES:Excellent hotel facilities. Lovely pool. Very clean. Excellent, visible security.Housekeeper who provided our turndown service was lovely.Excellent staff at the outside bar near the swimming pool.NEGATIVES:Booked a twin room for 2 people...provided with only one complimentary bottle of water and towel.Quite slow service at the café and reception...despite the staffing levels.Instant coffee only included in the breakfast price...really? Good revenue making strategy.Negativity experienced when discussing with Solomon Island residents where I was staying in Honiara. Next visit I will definitely book the (other4 star, locally owned and run (and apparently newly renovatedSolomon Kitano Mendana Hotel located adjacent to the Heritage.

The cleaning and restaurant staff were pleasant but it stops there. The pool needs to be repainted and cleaned up. The waters are covered with litter, very disappointing. The Internet they provide is 1kb but if you have and downloads, you will go through that quickly then they charge you. The system is shotty at best. The business centre is a dirty room with 2 computers. I spent 6 nights there and had hot water 1 night. I complained three times and finally a manger came. It was Thursday before they fixed. As for food, the breakfast was okay. It was not worth near the price they were asking for. Would suggest Coral Reef Casino, but then again, why anyone goes to Solomons is beyond me, dirty, pollution, beaches riddled with litter, horrible.

Safe and friendly place. Nice restaurant. Great location overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

Right on the beach near the harbour. Room and bathroom are spacious and clean. The restaurant serves large meals, a wide variety of options. Theres an indoor pool and an air conditioned gym with a good range of machines and dumbbells.

Was a good stay. The upgrade of the rooms while I stayed looks good. My room was only completed after leaving.

As far what I heard is very satisfying, hopefully soon I will have the same feeling

Set on the site of the former Governors residence, this unfussy hotel on over 5 acres of waterfront land is also a 2-minute walk from the National Museum and 1 mile from Mataniko Falls.The airy accommodations all feature furnished balconies and free Wi-Fi. The relaxed rooms come with ocean or garden views, while the 1- and 2-bedroom apartments have ocean or pool views, kitchens, washer/dryers and in-room dining. The suites have pool views and separate living areas.There are 3 eateries, including a restaurant serving international cuisine, plus a poolside bar. Other amenities include a gym, a pool, meeting rooms and a business center.

The food was good but the service is very slow...

A clean, and cool place to have lunch. Service is prompt and friendly. Had the dhal, fish curry and chicken curry. Dhal is the outstanding dish, aromatic and smoky. Dishes are generally spicy but not chilli hot.

The rooms are very is good, but I dont recommend the lunch. In the past they used to offer a good buffet with many options + fresh lemon juice. However now days (at least on Fridays is just a kind of "curry lunch", with a very basic salad, and a raw and tasteless chicken. We complained, but the second dish had the same tasteless flavor. We asked to speak with the manager, but he/she didnt come and told the waitress to charge us of a half price... Sincerely they shouldnt have charged anything for a food like that... it was completely far way from the standard of a good hotel.

Nice hotel with good food and clean rooms. Nice ocean views with some rooms. The pool is on the sea front again with great views. Well equipped gym which is free for guests.

Amazing location right on the water front. If its nice weather you can just head out the back door and go for a walk along the water front. Staff here are all very hospitable and friendly. Price is very reasonable and security is good. There is a good selection of food/beverages and the service is fast.

The drink was good before.But ice coffee become very bad right now.Still good if you want some nice cake and sunset.Not the best choice for teatime

Overall is good, Clean and comfortable. Wireless is available in the lobby. Not much choice for the breakfast.

Very nice, clean, modern, friendly. I wish they would have brewed coffee and iced tea. The tea was just brewed tea then cooled down with an inadequate amount of ice.

We visited the most of the hotels in Honiara and Heritage where we stayed was the best hotel over all. It has ocean access, central location, nice poolside, and pretty nice food. The room was modern and clean. However compared to Fiji or Vanuatu, they are far from a resort in atmosphere and services.

Rooms are fantastic, clean and well equipped. Service and restaurants and bars is very relaxed so be prepared to ask if you are in a hurry.
