Staff are the rudest people I have ever met. ID was expired by one month, we are from limerick celebrating the Rose Of Tralee and didn’t bring in date id due to being away from home. We were refused entry and called “Classy Birds” by a member of staff when we were upset about not being allowed in. Wont be going here again due to rudeness.

My partner first came to this pub 1981 when the lads mother ran it a great pub always caters for all ages her 2 sons who run it at present very down to earth whenever we are in Tralee always come to this pub for a pint my partner David Morrison from Limerick could not find a fault with this spacious pub on Castle Street.probaly best pub in Tralee.A Touch Of Class.

Absolutely terrible service. About 20 people walked out and they said they were full still and didnt let us in at 10pm. Do not recommend spending your money in there!

Great places for drink and dancing, lovely atmosphere, great staff very quick for service, security always there keeping the place safe, clean bathrooms, anything spilled is cleaned up very fast along with clearing glasses from tables, requesting songs can be done and dont need alot to have fun or alot of money

I love Hennessy’s, I really do. However I seriously and genuinely feel that “Sweet Caroline” by Neil Diamond should be played when requested. It’s an absolute banger.The bar is a straight 5 star but the music, gonna have to give it a 3. If “Sweet Caroline” plays i’m gonna rate 7 stars. ABSO-BLIMMIN-LUTELY.

Nice place, front bar is quiet good for a chat, on the back there is dancefloor, music is right for dance and to enjoy yourself, I like that place as it suits my music preferences and people. Come and see yourself
