Immer super Essen! Eine gute Karte, viel Auswahl! Draussen Essen ist genial, aber auch drinnen ist es sehr schön ! Sehr nettes Personal und immer zuvorkommend.

Super accueil, excellente nourriture, bon vin. Loin de la zone touristique, plus local, genre brasserie. Service très sympathique, ambiance cosy.

Wir waren hier am Abend nach einem Geschäftsanlass essen.Die Bedienung war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wünsche wurden so gut es ging berücksichtigt. Essen war sehr lecker und es gab gute Portionen.Das Restaraunt war an diesem Freitag sehr gut besucht, dennoch gab es keine sehr langen Wartezeiten.Die Einrichtung ist im Älteren Stil gehalten und macht das ganze recht heimelig. Mir gefällt das Ambiente sher gut.

Einfach immer gut! Gediegene Schweizer Küche am coolsten Platz von Luzern abseits das ganze Tourismus getue…

Ich war gestern zum zweiten Mal und hatte ziemlich Pech. Das Essen war nur lauwarm und das Risotto extrem al dente. Freunde fanden es teilweise gut. Bei einigen waren die Speisen zu Essiglastig. Gut zubereitet, aber nicht sehr hochwertiges Fleisch war auch ein Feedback. Die Rotweinsauce bei mir war eher Geschmackssache. Leider konnte der Kellner auch nicht punkten. Er war freundlich, wirkte aber spürbar genervt.Alles in allem für den Preis aus meiner Sicht keinen weiteren Besuch wert.

Nice place for mussels, went there several times during mussel season. It is an old restaurant, but very nice decorated. Friendly staff

One of the most favourite local common areas of Luzerns with a good selection of restaurants and bars for a drink with friends. Easy walking distance from Luzern main railstation. In the evenings there is a good atmosphere.

Love everything about this place! My wife and I were on our honeymoon and the restaurant we were originally going to dine in were full, and we ended up at Helvetia. What a great turn of events! Food is impeccable. Their Bone-aged Prime Sirloin Steak easily jumped in my top 5 steaks list. I mean, just look at the picture. We had Puff Pastry Vanilla Cream slice for dessert, and for such a simple dessert, it tasted amazing. The service was excellent, and staff were very friendly and we felt very welcome.We would definitely be dining at Helvetia again once we return to Luzern!

Great food and very friendly service

Wonderfull place, service was fantastic and food as well. We ordered sirloin stake and it was one of the best weve tried. We also liked how the staff interacted with our child. Highly recommended.

Great location, specially in summer while you sit outside. Its not cheap but good quality food. my favorite is the beef tartar... Love it

I was on a tour with only 2 menu options. Neither one was great. Broth soup is a joke. There has to be better food for the money somewhere else.

lovely ambience but waiter stuffed up our orders and wrong food delivered. Manager offered free drink to compensate but really need to accommodate english speaking and confirm orders at table. Other food delivered was very good.

The old fashioned is quite good but quite dilluted. Sadly the server had no idea to make all the items of the menu)

3/3 of us were quite disappointed with our meals. My wienerschnitzel (39chfwas average at best and came with a tiny bit of plain steamed, unseasoned vegetables, and chips. Almost like a kids meal. The meatballs were just plain disgusting, they were filled with stringy fat and chewing on them was all sorts of hard, crunchy fat. That plate was left unfinished. And then there was a pasta with tomatoes, olives, etc, which was super basic, definitely nothing better than youd buy in the grocery store deli. Definitely the worst food ive had on this trip (specifically the meatballs), and its even worse that it all cost $100. If you have to eat here, definitely avoid the meatballs, you might have better luck with the pizza or steak.

Fantastic location under the trees with excellent food. The Hacktätschli are delicious!

We had a tasty Lunch with a great wine. The a is friendly and helpful. I would recommand this place. For dinner are reservations are needed.
