Heller House Inn on Main in Parowan

We stayed earlier this month and loved everything about the Heller House on Main. It is such a cozy little place just a few minutes from the Zion entrance. The property was clean, comfortable, & well stocked. Breakfast options in the fridge, snacks, and a Keurig for people like myself who need coffee to function properly.Lezlie is a gracious host! And her pup is the best little welcome party ever.We truly enjoyed our stay.

The guy who gave the Heller House a 1 star rating should probably get professional counseling. This is one of the best run bed and breakfasts we’ve ever been in. The host is super professional and has thought of everything. You won’t regret staying here. Premium bedding. Extras everywhere. She’s a wealth of knowledge for activities and restaurants. I could go on and on.

My partner and I stayed here over the past weekend for a Zion getaway. Location was great and the house was beautiful but that was about it. After a long day at the park we were hoping to head back to our room and get some rest as we were on vacation. There was classical music playing throughout the home but not a peaceful level. The music was not "relaxing" and seemed as if the host was playing loud music for their own enjoyment without considering their guests. As well as the host having what seemed like an hour long conversation with other guests the morning after at an unbelievable volume with again no consideration for other guests. Though this is not what made me give this "hotel" a 1 star review. What made me write this review is the unimaginable email that we received from Lezlie. Our room had loofas in the bathroom for convenience. We did not use them but thought like other hotels, they would be thrown away after our stay for sanitary reasons and took them with us to save waste. About an hour or so after leaving, my partner received an email from the host. It stated that the loofas in the bathroom were missing and that they were REUSABLE scrubs. We care about doing our part with the environment as why we decided to take them in the first place but at least let the guest know prior to their stay as this could make them uncomfortable not knowing these are used products but sanitized after each stay. After Lezlie sent us that email, my partner then responded apologizing for the mix up and to charge our card for the $6.00 she was requesting to replace them. Lezlie responded with and I quote "do you throw your washclothes away? The plastic scrubbies are very sanitary. Think about it. They are washed in the washing machine, dried in the dryer and sprayed with alcohol. Just as a general rule to live by......if you didnt bring it, dont take it". Talk about a good way to ruin any sort of referrals for your business. Also note to self if you read this Lezlie, I am pretty sure not all bacteria can be killed with a simple wash and spray of alcohol, especially a product used to clean dead skin cells. Thank you for giving us a reason to never recommend your B&B to anyone.

This place is a true gem, anybody would be lucky to stay with Lezlie!

Lezlie was an absolute lifesaver! She helped arrange a gift for a guest on property and was able to put it together with ease. She was wonderful to work with!

The perfect place to stay for Zion National Park. Lezlie keeps a lot of stuff stocked in the kitchen, so you may not even have to go to the Springdale market stores to pickup food or snacks for your hikes. Its about 10 minutes from the Canyon Shuttle parking which is great. Bronxy is the goodest boy, and Lezlie is extremely nice and accommodating. Book through the website instead of AirBnB to save some coin. You get a lot more bang for your buck here as compared to the other options in Springdale and Rockville. Would absolutely stay here again!

From the moment we walked in, we knew we made the right decision. It felt like home. Just outside Springdale and a short drive to the park, it is located in a quaint and comforting area. Lezlie is an incredible host with an eye for detail and impeccable design. You cannot find a better breakfast in the area, and not in the fanciest hotels anywhere for that matter. AMAZING. Great place to stay for a zion vacation.

Great place to stay when visiting Zion, the homemade breakfast is the perfect start to your day. The place is very clean, very modern, and very comfortable. Lezlie, the host, does an incredible job making your experience enjoyable. Would recommend this place to anyone.

What a great place to stay! Lezlie is an amazing host and her breakfast is delicious!Lezlie greated us on arrival and gave us a tour of the common areas, kitchen and our living area. We reserved the upstairs master suite which was perfect for a couple spending a few nights. The Inn is very well decorated and impeccably clean. We felt right at home.The house dog, Bronx, was lovely to have around. We love dogs and Bronx is so friendly and well behaved.I highly recommend staying at the Heller house and we will be back.

What an amazing, professionally done Airbnb!

Lezlie is a wonderful, thoughtful and accomodating host! Delicious breakfast! I booked the master bedroom and was not disappointed. Quiet and comfortable with all the amenities. Felt like being at home.

This a luxurious b&b with very nice finishes and amenities. The proprietor is attentive and really enjoys giving advice about the nearby restaurants and attractions. If I come back here I would definitely stay here again.

Very modern B&B guest house located 5-10 minutes by car from the Zion park entrance. The lovely host Lezlie is running the place by herself, which is amazing given how clean the house is and how delicious the various breakfast options are. The house seems to be newly renovated and furnished in a way one would expect from a modern high-riser in a city. Complementary fingerfood, wine, and brandy are available for truly villain style chillin at the end of the day after a long hike.

We absolutely Loved our 2 night stay at the Heller House. I can not speak highly enough about Lezlie and her Bed and Breakfast. The entire B&B is completely remodeled and beautiful. Our private room and bath was so wonderful. Oh my gosh, all the attention to every detail in the entire place. She didnt miss a thing! Im telling you she is pure perfection! Oh my god the breakfast!!!! The breakfast was so good. She made a breakfast that I will not forget. The pancakes with lingonberry were the best pancakes ever. We felt so comfortable and just loved the feeling we had when we were there. Zion National Park is only 5-8 minutes away. I am more excited to stay at The Heller house again than I am about finishing all the trails in Zion. Haha. Hopefully we can make it from Oregon next year too.

Leslie is absolutely amazing. This place is modern, gorgeous, and quaint! The most courteous host ever with homemade breakfast!! Highly rated and suggested!
