Ive shopped this location/business on a regular basis now and quite honestly find the staff to be rude and unprofessional. Often I will inquire if a product is being restocked when they dont have it on the shelves and most of the time I do not get a straight answer. Its a simple question with a simple answer; yes we can, or no we cannot get it in.Each time I made a purchase, my groceries were put into a bag. Today I went in, purchased $30 worth of products and was told I would not get a bag. When I asked why, the owner Dany responded in the most rudest and unprofessional tone stating he was not paying for bags and that they were too expensive.As a business owner Dan, I wouldve keep that thought to yourself. As a customer I didnt need to hear of your financial woes and why I would not receive a bag going forward; best kept to yourself. And your tone should have been better controlled. Bad business practice...

Great selection of healthy food

Love their healthy selections of food, drinks and supplements as well as a small selection of household items. Not sure if they have had some crime issues in recent days, but if so, I suggest they get a better camera system as my last two trips felt like I was being followed in the store. Both times I had quick visits and each time the sales person was quickly by my side but not asking if I needed any help. I will continue returning to this store, its that great. Overall, the staff are friendly and we love the treats in the mini cafe, but I know there must be a way to protect the store without making shoppers feel uncomfortable.

This is the best place ever! They have a wide selection of groceries - including great gluten-free and functional food options, as well as many vitamins and supplements (dont worry, the staff is SUPER knowledgeable and can direct you to the perfect product for YOU! One of the owners is even a Certified Holistic Nutrition Practitioner!). Healthy Thymes Market also carries wonderful, clean, beauty, body and skincare products.But I have to say, the star of the show is their organic juice bar - More than just organic juices and smoothies, this place is like an entire vegetarian cafe / deli! They have hot vegetarian food made to order, and also vegan sandwiches and salads remade to-go. They also serve two different, store-made soups daily, and have 8 different flavors of kombucha on tap! I love this place! Highly recommend!

I like this place. Has a lot of variety. Plus you can get fresh food to go. A little bit more then grocery store. But youre paying for better, healthier choices.

I had the most incredible apres ski lunch I could have ever asked for! Sweet potato quesadilla with vegan cheese, grilled to perfection. I recommend highly, not only for the beautiful breakfast and lunch selection, but the wonderfully stocked market and great customer service! My only regret is living too far to stop by daily.

Gal at register didnt know what a Tare weight is for bags for the loose herbs.So I turned around and asked the managers in the office. They said the register scale was calibrated for rare weight.So either the mini scale at the loose herbsis wrong. Which I doubt because both scales show the total the same.So why exactly do I need to pay 30 to 60 bucks a pound for a baggie? Turns out to be like 60 to 90 cents per bag and those things most likely coat the shop less than 5 cents a peice.Bad form.Ill try again eventually.Better get it right.

I got the sweet potato burrito with a vegan cheese. It was good. They had a chickpeas chocolate cake that I wanted to try but it was standing outside without a cover (and its around 3.50$ for a slice).

Dan and Dani are the owners of Healthy Thymes and nicer people you will not find.The manager Jennifer is very knowledgeable and has helped me quite a few times navigate the myriad of supplements to make sure I am taking the correct formulation or amount. She has also recommended new products that I would not have found without her help.They order supplements directly from the manufacturer so they have genuine products with good expiration dates that can not always be taken for granted,especially when ordering from Amazon.They have a very nice selection of groceries as well as a kombucha bar which is awesome. Its nice to have a local business that really cares about its clientele.

Just recently moved to Vernon and Im so happy that this store is so close and has amazing products. I mainly shop for beauty/vitamins but their food/tea selection is great in my opinion. The staff is also friendly and helpful

Sick of having terrible experiences here. Vernon is fairly isolated when it comes to finding a variety of organic and vegan varieties in one place, which is the only reason why I shop here. However, from purchasing spoiled items to the snobby encounters with the older, rotund woman with glasses behind the counter, Im done. If Im returning moldy bread I bought the day before or asking about an item Ive seen elsewhere theres no need to be skeptical or smug. Ill be making the trip to the other alternative market on route 23 from now on.

I like this store and that it is local. The staff seems to be not very caring however which is a slight disappointment. There was a young guy working in the back making iced coffee for two customers while I waited to order my usual, and what do I see? : he is grabbing ice with his hands (no gloves). Well... now I need to find my new "usual" somewhere else. I even asked the guy if he is normally grabbing ice with no gloves he said to me: yes, but if I grab food I always use gloves.... and how is that different??? Ugh... frustrating. Anyway, they got a Kombucha self-served little bar - reason why I will be back :)
