Health Prep Meals in Edinburg

I have been coming here for years to buy health prep meal packages..The food is always fresh and amazing and has helped me loose 40 lbs without working out and helped me maintain the weight. I highly reccommend them to anyone looking for healthy meals, loose weight and maintain it!

Rude service and unorganized welcome. The lady emphasized prices went up due to “inflation” and charged us. She also told me I couldn’t use the restroom, and I’m 8 months pregnant. You can’t imagine how I was feeling on the way to the nearest public restroom.Meal preps are okay, but I recommend the quality of FitGrill instead.

Me encantaron las comidas, apenas mi esposo y yo llevamos dos días probandolas y en verdad que nos sorprendieron de lo ricas que están, ni cuenta te das de que estás comiendo healthy porque se parecen a las comidas que comerías en restaurantes, pero nada que ver porque creo que hasta están mucho más ricas que lo que sirven en los restaurantes. Pedí el control portion de los 21 días (comida y cenay de desayuno me estoy tomando los jugos que preparan ahí también y de snacks me como las galletas también de ahí, que igual están muy ricas. Pense que me iba a dar más hambre en el día y a doler la cabeza los primeros dias porque estoy acostumbrada a comer mucho, pero no ni hambre me da, se me hace que si voy a bajar de peso haciendo esto. Habia probado antes meal preps de otros negocios pero este ha sido el mejor por mucho! Peso 140 lbs ahorita, a ver si hago un update después de los 21 días 😁 lo recomiendo mucho!!!

This is my first time ever trying any type of meal preps and I am very happy I went with health prep meals. I called and spoke to a gentleman that gave me all the information I needed and suggested perfectly what I was looking for and they brought me everything the same day! I was so impressed with everything I received also the lunch I just had for my first day out of the month was amazing! The taste and freshness were perfect definitely Tops all the going out to eat due to work so I’m super excited to try everything else definitely worth every penny.

I have tried a few local pre-made healthy meal places in the valley, but this is the BEST. The food is actually good, so good that I had a nightmare where I find out they arent actually low calorie, but the scale doesnt lie. I am so happy I found this place!

The Keto meals are awesome pick up every two weeks , and there snacks 😋 yummy...

I highly recommend. I was in RGV for work and living in a hotel and mainly eating out everyday until I found this company. Meals are awesome and they actually deliver. Everyone at work keeps asking me what am I eating because it smell so good!!! Definitely highly recommend.

Ive tried another Meal prep place in the area and used them for 2 months. (Around 600$And their food was always subpar and I didnt think much of it since there pre-made. But THIS food is actually pretty damn good! Really wish I started with this company because its light years ahead of there competition. So far always on time and always tastes like a little love has been on added. Youve earned me as a repeating monthly customer. Thanks for the good eats!

Ive gone to a few "keto friendly places" and this place is the best. I love that it has the nutrition facts. The keto donuts are so moist and delicious, it makes me forget Im doing keto. This is so far my go to for healthy snacks and meals.

Great price and variety of different plates every week. It’s healthy just like the name and I’ve already lost 5 pounds in a week of eating their meals. I’d suggest atleast checking them out. Also, the donuts are really good, which is crazy bc they are healthy too.

I’ve gone twice and I have to say they really know what they’re doing. Maybe it’s too early to speak but I haven’t had any problems with any of the meals. Better then a lot of other places I’ve tried and the food actually has flavor and it’s not undercooked or over cooked just right. Definitely recommend to check it out.
