Haze Lounge in Mississauga

I usually enjoy the food here but was pretty dissapointed with the Nashville sandwich and mangonada, the chicken was overcooked and chips were hard within 5-7 minutes of me sitting there. The mangonada drink tasted different this time, not sure if they have changed the recipe. Staff and manager is super friendly and its my go-to shisha lounge. Just wish they can improve on the quality of drinks + food.

Edit: so I recently had some not so ideal situation with my visit, but due to a miscommunication.However, the Management from Haze Lounge went above and beyond and personally reached out based on my review and completely turned my experience around into an awesome one.Their food, their service, their hospitality was absolutely amazing to say the least and I am now a FAN!I would definitely go back to dine in.Their weekend brunch is a must-try!!!

Asked for no bacon. I ordered potatoes, rice and a salad. Selected no bacon. Very disappointed.Update; they reached out and said they’d take it seriously and won’t mess up again and literally did it again. So I’m officially not ordering from here nor would I recommend this place if you don’t eat meat they WILL not respect you and give you meat.

It was great going to Haze the other day I was very impressed with their service. Shane was great and the others. We had some delay but he was able to make it up with just making us feel super comfortable, welcomed and overall had great attitude during a busy period. Definitely recommend! :)

food is always amazing here which is a huge bonus to a shisha lounge! the place is clean, good vibe & music, a good crowd & welcoming for everyone. i have come here on several occasions with different groups & we’ve always left having a great night. i would hands down recommend their pizza’s, especially the truffle! new management is also amazing, shout-out to the manager!

My experience was so amazing. They took care of us amazingly. The food was great, and they prioritized customer satisfaction. Special shout-out to Shane, who took extra special care of our group, and everyone else in the lounge. Will be coming back, and we advise anyone else reading this to.

Had an amazing time at Haze with some friends for a girls night out. The servers were super accommodating and helpful, and truly made us feel welcomed. The food and drinks were very good, and the atmosphere is amazing. Shout out to Shane and Faisal for going above and beyond to make sure that we had a great night! We will definitely be back again soon!

Really nice hookah lounge with a chill atmosphere and great music. Food is great and shisha lasts a long time. I havent been smoking hookah for over 10 years but I will probably get back into it, since a lot of the flavors and extras sound exciting. It does get busy and service staff can be a bit overwhelmed but I would come again.

I ordered the meatlovers pizza and chicken wings off of Ubereats on a Saturday night. TASTE wise it TASTED good. The quality of the pizza was NOT good. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that since it was a Saturday night, they were PROBABLY super busy and maybe they rushed the pizza as it was burnt from the top and thin from the middle part. The pizza was stuck to the box! I had to take it out and put it on a fry pan to salvage it but even then it still didn’t come out good. Disappointed especially since lol it was $19.29 before taxes, JUST for this small sized meatlover pizza. Lesson: don’t order on a weekend night!

I flew out from London to Toronto for a holiday very recently, and I was recommended by friends to come to the Haze Lounge. Here I had a very good time, the staff members were impeccable and very approachable. Big thanks to them and the host for providing the best customer service. I will for sure be looking to come back when I touch down next time!

WOW i had such an amazing experience here!!! It was my first time and I will definitely be coming back. Marcus was INCREDIBLE! He was super friendly and always made sure we were having the best time ! The chicken shawarma pizza was delicious. 10/10 Will definitely be back!

Love the food the best part is its halal, Its difficult to find halal pastas that are good. We tried their mocktails, Pizza and Rosé linguini. Everthing was fresh and delicious. Service was good too. I will definitely come back.

This is a nice spot to go to for Shisha and Food! Their flavours are done well, we tried the Paan and it was smooth. The food here does not disappoint. In my opinion, it’s the go to spot to have shisha and still eat really good food. We ordered the Fattoush and Honey Garlic wings to start. For mains, we went with the Truffle pizza, chicken shawarma platter, and veggie burger. I enjoyed the pizza most! For desserts, the mud cake and cheesecake are worth a try. Abdul was serving us, and he was very welcoming! Ask for him when you go.

We were party of 7.Ordered different dishes.Chicken Nashville, Shishkakuk,pancakes,Steak and eggs,steak was more cooked. Rest food was very tasty.The reason I gave 3 stars is because glass of milk shake was chipped. Fly kept bothering us.we saw mosquitoes stuck on windows.I would request to make sure about such things in future.

Good shisha flavour, friendly servers, nice atmosphere. The server informed me that they had run out of ice pipe and went out of his way to give us coconut coals on the house. Was very pleased and impressed with the professionalism. Best lounge we’ve been to so far in Canada. Definitely recommend!

We were a large group of 15 on July long weekend. 5 stars for the great service and how quickly they brought the food out, piping hot. Unfortunately the food was really bad so 2 stars it is.The Nashville fried chicken sandwich was possibly the worst chicken sandwich we tasted. None of the 3 people liked it. It was bland, seemed like it lacked salt or any seasoning. The sauce also tasted like tartar sauce which doesnt go with the chicken.Others got Philly steaks, ribs, pasta, beef burgers and no one liked the meal as it tasted bland. And no, we didnt have COVID, as we could taste our breakfast just fine.The potato chips that were listed as fries were also soggy. I get they were trying to do something different but yall should stick with regular fries because they came with the ribs and were great.I would say the food is a huge miss but my friends enjoyed the shisha so that was great.

Enjoyed their portabello mushroom chicken for dinner this evening! Good flavour on the chicken, mushroom, and sauce but I felt like the mashed potatoes could have used more seasoning. It was a relaxing atmosphere out on the patio

Went here on a busy night, was greeted and helped by Anel and Arleen. They are amazing hostesses! Im calling out the service because the food and shisha was as per expectations--Very good!

The food was great, staff were excellent especially Anel who helped us arranged lounge area for sitting when we accidentally asked for dine in area. The food wait time is also not too long.Must try their mango flavour mocktail…

I went to Haze lounge in Mississauga with a large group of friends. We were seated in a timely manner (even though we did not have a reservationand our server Alicia was fantastic. She was very kind and personable and ensured we had a great experience. Alicia was very informed and helped us navigate the menu. She brought our food out very quick with no mistakes. Even though the restaurant was extremely busy, she had a smile on her face the whole time. We will definitely be coming back because of the great service!!

Kiran and Shane were great hosts and very attentive and always there when we needed them. This was my first time in Mississauga for my cousins wedding and we had the best time. The best hookah place in town and lively all night.

Loaded Beef Fries & Strawberry Margarita. I really liked both of them. Fresh fruity drink and crispy filling fries are very good. The place is so cool, especially patio. The only flaw is the chairs and tables, they are very uncomfortable.

Had a great time at Haze and the food was amazing. Our server Marcus did a great job at making sure we were alright and checked up on us multiple times. He was so helpful and kind. We were in a rush and asked servers to get our bill and Marcus immediately got it for us recognizing our situation.

We had brunch on Saturday. Excellent choices. Great food and service. Nashville hot chicken benedict is a recommendation for poached egg fans.

We (my husband and Ihad the best experience here! We sat outside because of the nice weather. The food was indeed a little pricey but ABSOLUTELY YUM! We ordered the boneless bites with sauce on the side, southern fried chicken burger (yummm), red daiquiri with strawberry and lemon, an iced tea and paan + kiwi shisha. The shisha was a bit too sweet and we weren’t a fan of the flavour. The red daiquiri was really YUM. The manager Shane was also super nice and helpful with any requests we had, plus he gave us dessert on the house. The cheesecake we got, the flavour was immaculate. I know what you’re thinking while reading this, there’s no way everything at a restaurant could be this good, but it actually was! I’m impressed, this is the first restaurant where customer service AND food was been both 10/10.

Amazing atmosphere. My partner and I were here a week ago and the service was stellar. Food was simply divine. Were coming back to make this our regular spot.

Nice patio, nice staff that kept checking in. The nachos were great. Freakshakes are a work of art. Candy shop is super sweet!

Beautiful Shisha Lounge.Ordered a rib eye steak with a mango flavoured shisha.2 Stars Down:1 Star down is due to the overcooking of my steak. A steak is served on a hot rock platter, a medium steak turned out to be nearly well done when the steak first arrived, if you eat slowly you’ll probably finish with your steak completely well done.Informed the manager about the steak after we were done and he informed us that we should’ve told earlier to get our steaks replaced, but it’s a waste of food so I didn’t tell earlier.*You may want to wait for around 15-20 minutes to have someone checking up on you when the place is busy.

I got filet mignon as well as a mangonada.Service and ambience is great but food is not worth the price tag. I ordered medium rare but it was well done. Caesar salad had some sort of really hard dark bits on it that were basically jawbreakers and didnt add any flavour. Mushroom sauce was the one decent thing, but couldve done better at home 🤷‍♀️Mango mocktail was 10$ but didnt have much mango flavour, just overpowering sweetness.

Went with a couple of friends on a quiet Tues night and was pleasantly surprised. The shisha (watermelon mint peach), Oreo milkshake, Truffle and Herbs oven baked pizza were all really great.Farouz and crew gave great service, came by often to offer more coals. Nice atmosphere, not too hot or blasting music like other shisha lounges; would definitely go again!

Nice ambience great food . Portion is right for the price ….considering it is basically a hookah bar so one need to bear in mind the 💨… My absolute favorite. From the food to ambience. Staff to location. Everything is amazing... Their steaks are huge and so good.

First of All amazing and kind staff. Greets you with a smile. Sheesha was phenomenal. There was a wait but they take your number and text you when the table is available. The ribs were out of this world. Chicken sandwich was a little light for my taste but the chips were perfectly cooked.

This place is really good for shisha.We have tried the gape mint and its very smooth and lychee and pina colada mock tails both are so amazing it literally felt the actual fruits.Ambiance is quite good and the air conditioning is maintained very well you wont feel smoky at all and music is very soothing.They don’t serve alcohol here but thats okay you can enjoy shisha with such a great ambiance.

I’m officially a HUGE fan of Haze! I have nothing negative to say. Before you go, make sure you have your proof of vaccination QR code downloaded from the official Ontario COVID-19 website. They WILL scan it and check your ID, so it’s just easier to have it ready.The staff is incredibly professional, the ambiance is amazing, the service is 10/10, the food is delicious, the music is well curated, and everything on the menu is very reasonably priced. My group of 4 ordered 2 appetizers, 3 main courses, 4 drinks, & 1 shisha, and the bill came out to ~$45 per person!Haze has definitely become one of my favourite spots in Mississauga. Highly recommend!

Shout out to the chef who prepared my uber order for carnivore pizza. Put him or her on a high pedestal and make sure you never let them go. I have often ordered pizzas from you guys especially when I have guests over but todays pizza was absolutely super duper delicious, well made, great taste, great size and perfect portion of pepperoni on my pizza. I love it 😍👌🏻🍕 ( oh and I already had a slice before posting this)

Weve been here so much with that Arleen and Shane can recognize us with our masks on and theres definitely a reason for it! The food, the ambiance and most importantly the service is impeccable. Weve celebrated so many milestones at Haze (new job, birthdays, engagement, MARRIAGE!!and thats because were always treated so well like were friends, not guests. Thank you my girl Arleen and also Shane for always welcoming us with smiles!!P.S. Try their cheeseburger, portobello chicken & steak!!

What can I say about this place!! My absolute favorite. From the food to ambience. Staff to location. Everything is amazing... Their steaks are huge and so good . The drinks, shakes and everything is amazing!!

Went to Haze lounge twice is the past two weeks!The first time it was great, got the New York strip loin and it was really good. Their Shisha was great too.Service was amazing, they were very kind and friendly!However, the second time we went. They were missing quite a few items. They didn’t have some of their most common items(Jalapeño poppers and their sizzling ribswhich was a bummer and service was just ok. (Maybe because it was a Friday, and they were really busy?). Ended up getting the Nashville Sandwich. It was really hot and really good!Took one star off because I wish their service was consistent and because they didn’t have the both the items i wanted :(

Visited Haze on a spontaneous whim to do something different and it was a very interesting experience. I reached around 10PM and was spot #24 on the waitlist. Arlene was so kind and friendly. The perfect person to greet you when it is your first time visiting. Since I was a party of 1, I was able to get squeezed in in about an hour. All saff is SO PLEASANT. Washroom is clean. There was a mistake with my bill and my server was very apologetic while Shane, the manager, corrected the error. Amazing place and vibe. Strawberry margarita was my favourite. Will visit again 😊

Nice lounge with good vibes and ambience. Wanted to give 5 stars, but taking 2 off. 1 star for less vegetarian options and 1 star for poor service.Lounge is very popular. We walked in and waited for 40 minutes approx. They have seating area in both places inside and outside. Ample of space. Nice collection of drinks and good flavors for hookah. Variety of coals as well if you prefer.We ordered Mushroom & herbs pizza and Rose Linguine pasta. Pizza was good if you like mushrooms. Pasta was okay. We were expecting sauce is a mix of Marinara and Alfredo as confirmed by server. However, it was more of smooshy tomatoes with milk/cream. Drinks are creative and flavorful. Lychee Rose has rosewater which was delicious.We wish there were more vegetarian options. Service was poor. We had to call server many times for the same service. She would forget and had to remind her multiple times. She was polite though.Pictures are attached for your reference. Enjoy!

Both the food and the service were amazing, I wish I could gave tried the ribs, but they were all sold out, the shisha was alright.Place was nice and tidy.Always a great spot to hang out.

awesome first time experience at the Haze Lounge! Shane was awesome an all the servers were so nice and personable, I just wish the photos of our mains werent blurry but thats a me problem. All in all, the shisha, food, aesthetic and all around vibe of this place was awesome, well be back for sure. pictures are of the sticky toffee cake and naturally the hookah

Unfortunately the worst experience Ive ever had. Service was good, but the food was terrible. I ordered the Philly cheese steak had no cheese whatsoever. The steak pieces had more fat than meat and the bun was so small that nothing was inside. The garlic bread was just a sandwich bread with a little bit of cheese and nothing else. The shawarma platter was just stale chicken with pepper and salt not at all like how a shawarma should be. To top it off there was no cutlery or napkins with our order. We only came here because of all the 5 star reviews but was very disappointed. The pictures are supposedly the garlic bites and shawarma platter.

This place never disappoints you! My only favourite place to spend the weekends.. From their customer service to food and the *HOOKAH* OMG everything is so Perfect! After every 10minutes the staff comes in just to check if their customers are enjoying makes the customers feel valued and respected. I am very thankful to the entire staff of Haze Lounge to provide us with such an excellent place to hang out💙🤩!
